Normally this location doesn't do a very good job of preparing drinks or mixing the shakes well enough. But, yesterday, for the first time in five years, I experienced some of the best service. New carhops that I've seen by the name of Raniah and Ethan (I believe that's what their names are) did an amazing job yesterday. This location was particularly busy right before closing and these carhops were running to get out orders and fulfilling them as efficiently and quickly as they could. They were both very welcoming and kind, explaining things to other customers despite being under the pressure of being busy. My order took less than five minutes to wait for (which never happens) and the drinks I ordered were amazing. I know this store is new but seriously...? It's been almost a month and they've missed the basics twice now. The burgers are never hot. The first time they left the meat patty out all together. They are sloppy and the condiments are always missing. We said no mayo so they left out the mustard too. Cold and sloppy are even worse. Got a milkshake, and the foam cup had a hole in it that they stuck a round sticker on the spot to cover up the hole instead of give a different cup. So not only was the sticker contaminating my milkshake, but they left the piece of foam in the shake and I had to pull it out of the cup. Gross. I haven't visited this location in about a 6 months and today my food was cooked to perfection. I ordered a number 1, added bacon with onion rings. I had just left the doctor and received some unsettling news and it was very warming to be treated with such great customer service. I parked away from the door, so I could cry in peace. However, I could see my carhop in the rear view before I could even drop a tear. My car hop greeted me with a smile you could definitely see through his mask. Last time I went here was two weeks ago and my order was messed up. I ordered a medium sized drink and was given/charged for a large and the best I got was "oh I'm sorry" instead of giving me the drink I asked for. On top of that I ordered two chicken sandwiches, onion rings, and a coney meal. When I got home I realized I had everything except the hot dog although I was charged the full price for a meal...so don't make the mistake I made and check your order before leaving. I wasn't able to call/drive back because they close at 10 and I believe it was about 9:45 when I left and a 15 min drive home. And this isn't the first time they screw up my order. I've made the mistake of going here (since it's walking distance from my house) several times, and have been not only disappointed, but frustrated every time. Everytime she serves me, she doesn't speak to me & comes off as very rude. She just hands me my drinks & walks away.
