Taco Bell gave me an experience like no other restaurant has ever given me not only was the service phenomenal and fast. The food was also amazing quality and tasted great. I would never go to any other Taco Bell after going to this one. It was really good and I'm really glad that I went. I would recommend ordering something off the Cantina menu because you get the avocado sauce and the avocado sauce is very good. I wouldn't recommend getting the grilled cheese burrito if you're not putting avocado sauce on it cause then it's kind of mid but overall the food was amazing. The service was amazing. The people were just great. I remember laughing with the Taco Bell employees about chipotle ranch sauce I remember the good times I had because this place always runs the good times I had that's why I can give it no less than five stars. Entering into the Taco Bell the ambience was phenomenal not only was I not only not did it feel like I was back in Mexico, but I also but I also felt like the term Mi Casa Tu Casa was ever so true their hospitality in the atmosphere just make me feel like saying hola por favor so I never said before. read more

If you would like to be yelled and have food thrown at you this is the place for you. Leah took our order incorrectly at the drive through and when we got to window, I tried correcting it and she screamed at us saying, "We can not make any corrections at the window, it's our policy!" She then, shoved the drinks and food at me. read more

No drink carriers available (and the guy looked at me like, "do you still want your drinks or what?") and you better specifically ask for napkins since they think two napkins total is suitable when THREE drinks were ordered and this is handheld food. Oh, except for the sides of beans and rice, but they also didn't give a fork. Way to live up to the stereotype, Taco Bell employees! read more

Bad experience more than 30 min for 4 tacos not coming back they said the the order was not ready

Horrible customer service. This must be a retard hire only Taco Bell so I get why they always mess up the orders. Unfortunately this is the closest TB to me so FML. Unfortunate. read more

This place is an attestation to why we need to lower the minimum wage. Unfortunately this is the closest taco bell to us, but we are willing to make the extra drive to avoid the degeneracy of the staff and owner at this location. This taco bell has a record for missing items, forgetting sauce packets (even when there is no rush, hint: there hardly ever is), drinks, wrong orders, etc. Today was quite the day when we mobile ordered a Mexican pizza (vegetarian). We waited in a 60 minute line to get to the speaker in the drive thru. By the time we got to the window, the order was still not ready. We ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza, which reflects as so on the receipt, but the bozos still made it with beef. In normal circumstances, this isn't an issue because I can just go to the lobby or call taco bell and have the order fixed. Not this taco bell. The phone is down. The lobby is constantly closed. The owner of this location is too much of a Covid-19 patriot to open up his lobby. The cheapskate just wants to milk the system for his franchisee profits. So here we are, a wasted hour, and a meal we cannot eat. Some people really aren't cut out to do much more than be a Walmart greeter. The staff at this taco bell, fit the profile very well. My recommendation is to go to the Taco Bell down rayford rd about a mile down. The staff there is very quick and they always make orders correctly. I want to say there is a boy who works in the morning/noon shift (with a higher pitched voice) and a big tall guy who works evening shift. They are both excellent and this review doesn't reflect on them. read more

I frequent this location very often and have had some bad customer experiences the last few times. There are no cars in line but the gentleman taking my order is very short tempered and mad that I'm what I can only assume is taking too long in his mind. Keep in mind I'm the only car in the whole line the man proceeded to aggressively ask anything else at the end of every word I speak. He then informs me I can't have all 3 sauces, I then ask can I pay the rest witch he responds with yes for an extra charge rudely like Im supposed to know that. Come to find out no sauces where given at all and I was still charged extra for them and the fry's makes me believe he pocked the extra money. read more

this taco bell location is my favorite! I live 20 minutes away with 2 taco bell's right down my street but I drive out of my way to this location. ordering inside the wait can be a little long, but the drive thru lines are always quick and the employees are awesome too. the food here is always just as expected. I guess people come here expecting 5 star mexican tacos lol thus the bad reviews. but for TACO BELL this location is the best read more

Last few times I have been here, trash. Use to be good. Mangers take the employees side. I guess good for them but they didn't want to do my order with a lot modifications, claimed to be a misunderstanding but I was clear, even corrected myself for using the old name of the item, since the ap was down. Normally try to make it easy on yall with the ap. Most of the time the staff is nice, not sure what happened today. read more

This is already my favorite Taco Bell but Brandon at the drive-thru made our visit so much better! He's going places, great kid.

I agree with some of the other reviewers, we never get our order right, so we tried one more time! It seems to finally be correct! However one big flaw! Is if you are going to wear gloves to make food l, well cool awesome thanks for the courtesy, but if you decide to use the same gloves to handle cash taking orders. Well then with that I do take issue with, I would hope that in this day and age we know that does no good for anyone! Common sense? Food gloves cash do not mix together! read more

Taco Bell - Gloves and touching everything, so what's the point then? - Fast Food Near Me - Spring, Texas

My boyfriend and I go to this Taco Bell often because of the proximity to our house. Most of the employees there are pretty friendly, but I have no clue what the hell the kitchen staff are thinking. Today my boyfriend and I placed a mobile order and waited nearly 1 HOUR in the drive through line because the lobby at this location is closed. As soon as we left the drive through we realized they had gotten our mobile order incorrect. We clearly stated we wanted the vegetarian option of the Mexican pizza, but got beef instead. This isn't the first time this has happened to us at this location either. Taco Bell CLEARLY has a vegetarian menu now, so the kitchen staff should no whether or not they should add beef into someone's order. We ended up throwing our order away because there was nothing else we could do. The drive-thru line was already an hour wait, and we were NOT going to wait in line again. ESPECIALLY since we had placed a mobile order and already had to wait a full hour. My question is, why the hell do you not have your lobby open? What are you doing? People who place mobile orders have to wait an hour in your drive-thru line just to get the incorrect order? What is the manager of this store thinking? COVID-19 is over, open your damn lobby. read more

Ordered late at night through Uber Eats. No fault of the the delivery driver as I don't expect him/her to pick through or taste test my food like it's 1345. But for the love of g0d how do you screw up not one, not two, BUT THREE items. Two supreme tacos were VEGAN in every sense of the word and there were no chips and dip as ordered. I FEEL ROBBED and I will never order from this "restaurant" again. Anybody who reads this please keep in mind that the nightshift is borderline ********. read more

This should be one excellent taco bell....NOT....its the worst and goes through ups and downs so much the reality this is a no star. The App never works!!!!! Months and months go by then you might get one month it works. The staff turn around is so bad you never know what you're going to get in your bag. The taco bell on Rayford owned by same franchise but the issues are minimum to this location and the app works there. I've spoke to the taco bell corporate office so many times with the same response of the store will get back to you. Lies lies lies!!!!! Never ever! read more

Really disturbing. Used the Rayford Road Taco Bell drive through (near the Mill), in the Woodlands, for the second time in a week. Once again, everyone who was working in the drive-through area was not wearing their mask. Masks that were hanging around their necks- and not actually in use around their mouth and nose. Called 800 number to report and it is closed. Where is the management and oversight for this place? read more

Went to this Taco Bell today. Ordered from the menu with the touchscreen ordering. Placed my order and said pay at counter with cash. My total was $10.77 I place $20.77 at the counter. Employee says I can't take cash. This Taco Bell has zero cash on hand. How are they a player worldwide and can't come up with $10 change? Pathetic. read more

wouldve left zero if possible, personally i love taco bell. i have lived in this area over 3 mos.now and tried this location a few times, always kids working ,(i understand that),but almost every time food has been cold ish, poorly wrapped (every time) and forget about special orders, i have literally drove past this location more than a few times because of the quality of food and service, and yes i have called and spoken to who they say is a manager, but with Zero results in the way of improving or changing my view of the place. i worked at Taco bell when i was younger(late 70s early 80s) and if i had served food like this, even once, iwould have gotten a talking to at the least , or retrained and tested. but honestly, this place sucks bad. read more

I will drive the additional 5mins, to Rayford and Aldine Westfield. The Birmham location has many issues. 1. Unfriendly Staff 2. Slow Service 3. Dine-In tables/booths are dirty 4. Menu monitor looks to have something thrown at it and not working for over 4 months. 5. Portion sizes are small 6. Final inspection of items need to be improved. Have made it home to many times without all items purchased. Save your time and money...go to another location. You would think in the area this would be an up-scaled location but is run like a 3rd ward location. read more

Placed an order using the Taco Bell app for 2 steak chalupas. I drove up picked up my food and went home. Once I got home I realized that the chalupas were beef and not steak. I was pissed and I called the store. They offered to replace them and I drove back. While I was at the window waiting I had a good conversation with the store manager. Apparently the store received an order for regular chalupas and not the steak. After I checked my app I saw that he was correct. He was still nice enough to let me take the steak chalupas at no additional cost. THAT is great service! read more

The lady taking the order is terrible. When she took my order I quickly took one thing off before paying. She told me I couldn't because they are already making it. Timing: Ordered online so I could "skip the line" when picking up. Order process said it would be ready in 5-8 minutes. It was a 13 minute drive from my house but when I got there, they hadn't even started my order. In total, it took them over 25 minutes to fill my order. Food: Some of the items were ordered off the value menu and those items weren't worth $1. We order off the value menu all the time at another Taco Bell and have never seen the lack of meat that we saw from this one. All three of the chicken quesadillas only had about 1 tsp of chicken in each of them and the tortillas were burnt on one side. The 4 tacos had just a hint of meat in each, which was barely recognizable as meat there was so little of it. The Mexican Pizza was good, but that's the only positive thing I can say about the visit. If you eat at this location, I'd strongly suggest opening your food up to check the amount of meat before leaving the restaurant. read more

I spoke to which I think was Manager Letti, I told Letti that Maria was not filling up my freeze up all the way and she just completely looked me in the face said okay and she never even try to tell Maria anything literally in my face while I was still watching Maria still fill my drinks up not completely to the top of the line. I told Maria she wasn't filling it up all the way to the line she stated that If she filled it up it will spill but I completely showed her 2 cups that had not been filled up completely to the line. I'm more disappointed in Manager Letti who does not understand what Customer Service is at all, ignoring a problem as a manager when it has been brought to the manager in charge attention in a friendly matter and for the Manager just to completely ignore the customer is a huge problem. I would like to understand why they would promote Manager Letti into a Manager if 1.) she does not have a Customer Service character 2.) she does not try to fix a small problem 3.) She did not SMILE not even once throughout the small conversation we had. If your looking for the best team for your store this manager is literally NOT it. she might be great cleaning she might be great at prepping and cooking but she is NOT great with customers. I would like to be contacted by the store manager on a action plan they will delegate to Letti on what customer service is maybe have her go through some video training. me commenting in here should be brought to Letti attention. read more
