Hey Chipotle Management... Yall do me wrong every time I visit, so I'm really struggling to figure out why I keep returning LOL.... Can yall please find a standard/universal method for measuring your ingredients? On one visit I'll receive an Andre the giant amount of cheese, then the next visit it's a sliver. What portion size should I expect? .5oz, 1oz, 2oz?... I just ask for consistency please. Also, can you make sure the rice is cooked all the way through, biting down on uncooked rice is painful. In addition, wayyyyy too many bay leaves in the rice, I'm tired of chewing leaves in every bite. Lastly, can you inform the food prep team that it is perfectly okay to cut out the core of the tomato. We don't want it. Almost forgot... there's this little known fact that chips don't do well when they are exposed to air. We prefer crispy over stale. Thank you, A bothered returning customer read more

Make sure you go in and order in the line. You will likely get shorted if you order to go/delivery. I ordered a burrito to go with double meat and I received the smallest burrito I've ever had from Chipotle. The guy in the line was solid because I had to order another burrito. This was today, 6.20.2026. Very disappointed and probably going to Freebirds next time. You'll be able to tell very easily which burrito is which in the picture. read more

I bought a burrito today, and upon eating it, I began to taste mold. I wasn't sure at first, I opened the burrito and didn't see anything and took another bite and the mold taste was there. Upon removing the tortilla, and tasting the inner food, the mold taste wasn't there. Disappointed , as I go there frequently. read more

I don't eat at chipotle often and this experience reminds me why. With plenty of time left before closing, they "ran out of cheese" while also having some available, nearby in sight. Poor customer service. read more

I have CONSISTENTLY been given the wrong order going through drive through... something is wrong with management at this facility. They have forgotten sides, individual ingredients, and today given a random persons order. read more

Oh Chipotle! Came here for a quick dinner after the movies. I had the steak bowl and my husband the pollo asado bowl. Both bowls had good flavor and it was fresh. For cleanliness, I will give this Chipotle location a half star. It is very dirty, papers on the floor. Most of the tables were dirty. I had to clean our table in order to eat our dinner. The trash can and recycling cans were all filled up to the top. Overall, food and service was good but this location needs to get better at keeping the place clean for its customers. read more

Always a long line It seems like not enough staff. Staff pleasant even in a rush. Cleaning need a bit improving

First off whoever was working the drive through window was high as balls. Normally I wouldn't care and say live your life and I even laughed when driving away then I got home and opened my order. Brown rice when I ordered white, he put veggies on there when I never ordered them and it was just overall and awful experience and from someone who gets chipotle a few times a week is the most disappointed I've been in a long time... top down this location sucks drive the extra ways and go to the sawdust one... read more

I've been there multiple times to no food restocking because they were gonna close in 45mins. Not acknowledging that a line is still forming. They refuse to help serve when they're already cleaning. Oh they also refuse to take online orders or drive-they before 9:30 because they're closing. I've worked in a restaurant business where you don't close until the doors are locked at closing. Regardless if people are walking in 15 mins before closing. Yes I would get mad but I have also been guilty of pulling the same stunt when I'm running errands & need a quick bite to eat. If this is the restaurant's practice to saving money by refusing to waste food before closing- they're losing more money by losing more & more customers. read more

I have no idea why companies stopped actually training their employees but our visit to this chipotle was another example of their horrible customer service. The girl taking orders was SO rude and whispered everything and if you asked her what she said she would basically tell it at you. My teenagers are super polite and kept trying with her but my son finally just started laughing because he couldn't believe how rude she was. They said this was the worst restaurant experience they've ever had. They were actually in shock at how bad it was. Ordered sides of guacamole we didn't get. We also ordered a kids meal that had a fruit cup with variety of fruit. It literally had a slimy small orange in a cup that hadn't even been peeled. My kids could not stop laughing. read more

Very disappointing experience. The steak was overcooked, barbacoa tasted old, and the rice was hard. Service was terrible--I had to ask multiple times for more food, and the staff seemed uninterested. The kitchen was disorganized and a mess, and the manager was absent the entire time. Definitely wouldn't recommend. 0 stars. read more

i ordered a bowl and they gave me RAW rice. I made this post right here a few weeks ago. Yet again this place never fails to let anyone that's walks throught the doors down. Such poor service and horrible attitudes . And once again the rice was Raw. I don't understand rice is quite simple but the girls working there seem to not like there job and never wanna make fresh food when they run low so when ordered they use fast cooked and still raw rice. read more

There is something wrong with the warming table at this location. The meat and fajita veggies (cooked onions and bell peppers) are always cold now. Like, refrigerated cold. Also the steak used to be tender but now is chewy and mostly gristle- not sure what's going with that. I liked going here for a quick lunch but one day the meat and fajita veggies were cold (it tastes awful) and it's been cold every time since. It's been 4 additional times now. There isn't much around this area that I like to eat when I'm on the go. Chipotle was the one "fast" type food that I can actually stand but now it's always terrible. read more

I love chipotle, but out of all the locations I go to this one gives the least food. My bowl is never filled and burritos are half the size of others. 10 out of 10 times I've picked up my food, gotten home, and been disappointed. read more

AWFUL. rice not cooked, portions small, food is always cold! Nasty dining area. Prices going up! Not worth it!

Out of everything (or the kids working didn't want to refill anything). No small tortillas, steak, queso, or guacamole.

Quality control at this location is bad and the customer service is immature. I usually order from the app for pickup. One time I ordered guacamole and was served something dark green, which I didn't realize until I got home. When I called the store, they offered to give me a fresh guacamole, I just had to go back to the store. It should always have been fresh! This time they forgot to include chips which were specifically ordered and not some free side. I may switch to the Louetta location as indicated by others. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - This is supposed to be fresh guacamole. How fresh does this look? I didn't add the garnish ... - Fast Food Near Me - Spring, Texas

First off they're out of almost everything when you go there. The employees are standing around while the food containers are completely empty. The tall white kid working tonight at 8:16 PM on 12/9/24 literally said that he didn't want to go get my cheese for my burrito because he's supposed to be "getting out of here soon". The other kid working the register was half asleep and couldn't even stand up or put a word together. I'll never be returning. read more

Ok so I work a little over a mile away and I only have a 30 minute break. This is not the 1st, 2nd ... or even 3rd. This is the 4th time I have came on my lunch break and my food was not cooked. At this point in time you would think I would check but I shouldn't have to check to make sure your restaurant is serving cooked food. Each time I have gone back after work to get my money back and I will today as well. But after letting them know this has happened multiple times all I get is responses like "oh yeah someone did complain earlier" or "well try to catch it next time. We just get really busy" ... there's no I'm sorry or anything. I will never come back again and make sure that the 200+ employees I work with don't come either. read more

This location has gotten my order wrong several times but typically I can get past it and move on;however, this time I am frustrated. I work an hour away and have a newborn I care for at home so making dinner is really hard some nights. Tonight we thought it would be a good idea to grab chipotle. It's never perfect but it typically gets the job done. When I got home I took one bite out of my bowl and felt the rice literally crunch. The entire bowl was filled is completely undercooked and hard rice. Not just a little hard but to the point where our food was completely inedible. I tried calling the restaurant but their system hung up on me each time so I couldn't get through. I then reached out to customer service and all they did was give me 2 meal credits but I told them I would rather have a complete refund as I don't want to come back if it's never consistent. When I said that the live agent types for 15 minutes and then left the chat... Chipotle used to be one of my favorite meals and it's disappointing to see it go down like this. I think if the staff would have tasted the rice they would have understood to cook it longer. read more

Hmm.. I already had to complain about a previous order being wrong so chipotle gave me a free entree reward. I ordered September 2,2020 around 8pm for store pick up.. I had a veggie burrito with extra peppers extra red salsa cheese black beans and lettuce.. and chips and salsa. Bring it home.. it's forgetting the salsa.. drive back to get it.. now I'm going to have to reheat my food. Open the burrito.. seriously!? It's 95% rice.. hardly an brand no peppers no cheese.. Restaurant refused to honor promotional email offer because I ordered food in UberEats app. Discourteous and disrespectful staff

This is seriously a horrible location. The staff of KIDS they have running the restaurant have serious attitudes. I ordered 2 steak bowls with NO rice and NO beans so I asked for extra lettuce on both of my steak bowls TWICE! After an attitude the second time AGAIN, I just chose to leave it as is. I will drive to the Louetta location because I always get amazing service and don't get skimped when asking for extra lettuce. The bowl seriously is half full. I cannot believe that this cost me $20.24. Will not be returning to this location again. read more

The app does make things ordering here very convenient. Even if you don't have the app the line will move along quickly. I feel most Chipotle's are known for that. Yes things sometimes run out. But that happens at our local grocery stores so I don't see it as being a big deal. They do sometimes forget a couple of items. Today it was the juice on my sons kids meal we ordered via the app. Could I have called and let them know. Yes. Did I ? No. I will still come back again and just make sure I check my bag before driving off. read more

I don't really think Chipotle gives a hoot about reviews. This location is the worse when it comes to customer service. Two visits in a row I wanted steak, but they didn't have any, no apologies, no "it will be ready in x amount of time," nothing, no explanation. The first time I had to settle for the horrible guajillo steak. The next I walked away, I was not about to settle again for something I don't want! I do love Chipotle and I hope the issues will be resolved. The floors are regularly dirty with trash. Not horrible, but it is a restaurant, cleanliness is important. read more

3rd and last time eating here... burritos always cold .... burrito bowls are cold also ..: not sure why this location can't get it right?

I've gone inside and ordered and taken my food to go three times now and had mixed experiences. My first experience was maybe a week or so after they opened and the employees didn't really know what they were doing, which is understandable, but they were rudely speaking to each other and arguing on who should be doing what, all while myself and another customer are waiting in line. My second trip in was a pleasant one. Service was fast and the food was fresh. My third trip in was last Saturday and again service was slow and the food was really dried out. I did get the last of the carne asada for my bowl, which was probably sitting there a while. I also ordered two kids meals which are a great value: chicken tacos and a chicken quesadilla. I had to remind them to put chicken in the tacos right before check out, because they closed the kids meal without it. When I got home I realized they didn't put chicken in the quesadilla. Lesson learned. If I go back, I will check all my meals before I leave. They also have a drive through which I won't try because of the above reason. read more
