Hey Chipotle Management... Yall do me wrong every time I visit, so I'm really struggling to figure out why I keep returning LOL.... Can yall please find a standard/universal method for measuring your ingredients? On one visit I'll receive an Andre the giant amount of cheese, then the next visit it's a sliver. What portion size should I expect? .5oz, 1oz, 2oz?... I just ask for consistency please. Also, can you make sure the rice is cooked all the way through, biting down on uncooked rice is painful. In addition, wayyyyy too many bay leaves in the rice, I'm tired of chewing leaves in every bite. Lastly, can you inform the food prep team that it is perfectly okay to cut out the core of the tomato. We don't want it. Almost forgot... there's this little known fact that chips don't do well when they are exposed to air. We prefer crispy over stale. First off whoever was working the drive through window was high as balls. Normally I wouldn't care and say live your life and I even laughed when driving away then I got home and opened my order. Oh Chipotle! Came here for a quick dinner after the movies. I had the steak bowl and my husband the pollo asado bowl. Both bowls had good flavor and it was fresh. For cleanliness, I will give this Chipotle location a half star. It is very dirty, papers on the floor. Most of the tables were dirty. I had to clean our table in order to eat our dinner. The trash can and recycling cans were all filled up to the top. Overall, food and service was good but this location needs to get better at keeping the place clean for its customers. read more

I have no idea why companies stopped actually training their employees but our visit to this chipotle was another example of their horrible customer service. The girl taking orders was SO rude and whispered everything and if you asked her what she said she would basically tell it at you. My teenagers are super polite and kept trying with her but my son finally just started laughing because he couldn't believe how rude she was. They said this was the worst restaurant experience they've ever had. They were actually in shock at how bad it was. Ordered sides of guacamole we didn't get. We also ordered a kids meal that had a fruit cup with variety of fruit. It literally had a slimy small orange in a cup that hadn't even been peeled. My kids could not stop laughing. read more

I've been there multiple times to no food restocking because they were gonna close in 45mins. Not acknowledging that a line is still forming. They refuse to help serve when they're already cleaning. Oh they also refuse to take online orders or drive-they before 9:30 because they're closing. I've worked in a restaurant business where you don't close until the doors are locked at closing. Regardless if people are walking in 15 mins before closing. Yes I would get mad but I have also been guilty of pulling the same stunt when I'm running errands & need a quick bite to eat. Very disappointing experience. The steak was overcooked, barbacoa tasted old, and the rice was hard. Service was terrible--I had to ask multiple times for more food, and the staff seemed uninterested. The kitchen was disorganized and a mess, and the manager was absent the entire time. There is something wrong with the warming table at this location. The meat and fajita veggies (cooked onions and bell peppers) are always cold now. Like, refrigerated cold. Also the steak used to be tender but now is chewy and mostly gristle- not sure what's going with that. I liked going here for a quick lunch but one day the meat and fajita veggies were cold (it tastes awful) and it's been cold every time since. It's been 4 additional times now. There isn't much around this area that I like to eat when I'm on the go. Chipotle was the one "fast" type food that I can actually stand but now it's always terrible. read more

Quality control at this location is bad and the customer service is immature. I usually order from the app for pickup. One time I ordered guacamole and was served something dark green, which I didn't realize until I got home. When I called the store, they offered to give me a fresh guacamole, I just had to go back to the store. It should always have been fresh! This location has gotten my order wrong several times but typically I can get past it and move on;however, this time I am frustrated. I work an hour away and have a newborn I care for at home so making dinner is really hard some nights. Tonight we thought it would be a good idea to grab chipotle. It's never perfect but it typically gets the job done. When I got home I took one bite out of my bowl and felt the rice literally crunch. The entire bowl was filled is completely undercooked and hard rice. Not just a little hard but to the point where our food was completely inedible. I tried calling the restaurant but their system hung up on me each time so I couldn't get through. I then reached out to customer service and all they did was give me 2 meal credits but I told them I would rather have a complete refund as I don't want to come back if it's never consistent. When I said that the live agent types for 15 minutes and then left the chat... Chipotle used to be one of my favorite meals and it's disappointing to see it go down like this. Ok so I work a little over a mile away and I only have a 30 minute break. This is not the 1st, 2nd ... or even 3rd. This is the 4th time I have came on my lunch break and my food was not cooked. At this point in time you would think I would check but I shouldn't have to check to make sure your restaurant is serving cooked food. Each time I have gone back after work to get my money back and I will today as well. But after letting them know this has happened multiple times all I get is responses like "oh yeah someone did complain earlier" or "well try to catch it next time. We just get really busy" ... there's no I'm sorry or anything. I will never come back again and make sure that the 200+ employees I work with don't come either. read more

Hmm.. I already had to complain about a previous order being wrong so chipotle gave me a free entree reward. I ordered September 2,2020 around 8pm for store pick up.. I had a veggie burrito with extra peppers extra red salsa cheese black beans and lettuce.. and chips and salsa. This is seriously a horrible location. The staff of KIDS they have running the restaurant have serious attitudes. I ordered 2 steak bowls with NO rice and NO beans so I asked for extra lettuce on both of my steak bowls TWICE! After an attitude the second time AGAIN, I just chose to leave it as is. Two visits in a row I wanted steak, but they didn't have any, no apologies, no "it will be ready in x amount of time," nothing, no explanation. I've gone inside and ordered and taken my food to go three times now and had mixed experiences. My first experience was maybe a week or so after they opened and the employees didn't really know what they were doing, which is understandable, but they were rudely speaking to each other and arguing on who should be doing what, all while myself and another customer are waiting in line. My second trip in was a pleasant one. Service was fast and the food was fresh. My third trip in was last Saturday and again service was slow and the food was really dried out. I did get the last of the carne asada for my bowl, which was probably sitting there a while. I also ordered two kids meals which are a great value: chicken tacos and a chicken quesadilla. I had to remind them to put chicken in the tacos right before check out, because they closed the kids meal without it. When I got home I realized they didn't put chicken in the quesadilla. Lesson learned. If I go back, I will check all my meals before I leave. They also have a drive through which I won't try because of the above reason. read more

Really bad service. Especially for online orders. I arrived 5 minutes before my order scheduled time and was told they were working on it. 20 minutes later still nothing. Another customer comes in and complains about his order and I see them push his up in front of mine on the screen since they haven't even started on it.
