I like this particular location because today's service was impeccable especially the hygienic practices the staff. I watched the register attendant wash her hands and glove up between the register and helping in the food line. The guy who made the meat pizza changed gloves before making the veggie pizza. The guy handling the oven tools washed his hands before handling the dough for the dough press. If they keep this up, along with their pleasant courteousness, this location is sure to be my go to MOD. read more

Usually messy & nasty in prep & slicing area; several times my pizza was burnt The cook actually cut off the edges and attempted to still give it to me! I love MOD pizza where I can pick my own toppings and unlimited. They are fresh too, which is great. The workers there are usually pleasant. It's good to see the workers are happy cause they treat their customers better. I have not used the bathroom, so I can't comment on that . There are indoor and outdoor seating. I usually don't have any issue to find a table. There are also adult beverages. I give 5 stars to this MOD Pizza in this location. I'm glad it's close to my house. read more

Wasn't the greatest experience. Way to crowded. People had their food and were standing waiting for tables. My pizza was under cooked. Saint Arnold's was a no go due to carbonation issue with tap... went for shiner. Was warm. Even went to ice it blah. Place was filthy. Since this location has opened, my family and I have eaten here at least once per week. This is our "cheat" meal of the week. Unfortunately I will not be frequenting this location anytime soon. I've had some hiccups dealing with their online ordering service (numerous times I arrived at the expected completion time and they didnt even have my order in queue.) But the last visit put a very bad taste in my mouth...literally. My Mom and Sister in Law both got food poisoning after eating here last week. This is my family's new favorite pizza place! We love that we can customize our pizza any way we like for one set prize and the ingredients are always fresh. I always like to try the seasonal pizza and salads and find new favorites and my kids like to try new creations and talk to the staff. We like that the staff at the Discovery Creek MOD pizza location (like Erik & Kayleigh) are always very friendly and helpful. We always order our kids their own mini 6" pizza because they love it so much they eat the whole thing. We usually get the 11" Mod, but have been meaning to try the thick crust Mega dough. You can pick your salad size and customize it any way you like and you can add cheesy garlic bread (so yummy), garlic strips or cinnamon strips (my kid's favorite) for dessert as well as their no-name chocolate cake (it's really good too). read more

We went to Mod pizza last week and ordered 2 pizzas to go. They screwed up both orders which we didn't discover until we got home. We called the store and spoke to the manger,Eric, who seemed to indicate he would make it right the next time we came in. The staff here are not organized at all , instead of resolving an issue , they just blame eachother. My husbands pizza was given to someone else and I ended up eating my pizza cold bcuz they had to re do the pizza, I really wanted a refund but no one wanted to really help me, i felt very embarrassed. read more

This location is by far the worst I've been to, the employees were rude and I was rushed to finish building my pizza. The tables were gross and there was stuff all under them. The one that started my pizza was talking down about other employees that weren't the at the time. VERY unprofessional. There was food scattered throughout the food line. The tomato's were soggy and the mushrooms were so dark! It did not look pleasing whatsoever. I came close to closing time and said they did not have anymore 6 inch for my daughters or a thick crust for my husband. They were clearly rushing to leave. Also, the bottom of my pizza was burnt and the crust was just cut off because it was burnt. I wasn't offered to make another or get a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WILL NOT be going back to this location and I will make sure to tell others so as well. read more

I went here with my son and he now refers to this restaurant as "our special place" and I am only allowed to eat here with him- no dad or sister. This is a great location. The staff is friendly and polite and even took time to be kind to and acknowledge my son which doesn't always happen. I like the choice of toppings and the speed of service. Man where do I start.. the girl who was wiping her sweaty head while making my pizza, or the night shift manager that was so sweaty his head looked like it came out of a swimming pool. I ordered the cinnamon sticks and had to ask 3 different people 4 times to make them. This place was dirty and used napkins laying everywhere. Tables were dirty as well as trash at almost every table. I would rate this lower but can't. read more

MOD Pizza is a great concept with good pizza and salads, well until tonight. We both had salads and each ate maybe a third of them. The lettuce seemed old, limp and tasteless. Luckily we order a pizza to split. It was marginally better. We did the build our own but even with toppings of our choice the pizza was bland and tasteless. Very disappointed tonight. read more

On the plus side, my kid's pizza has been great, the location is ideal, their service is friendly and knowledgeable and my whole family loves this brand.
