We did an online order that wasn't quite ready by the time we arrived. We were greeted by Nick who was super friendly and accommodating and relayed that our pizza would be done shortly. Upon trying to leave my car battery died. I was outside for a few minutes trying to figure out how to charge it myself and Nick came out to check on me and kindly offered to help. He went around the side of the store and brought his car over to mine and charged my battery all while being aware of current customers. This was such a quick and thoughtful thing to do-he went out of his way to extend excellent customer service into the parking lot and it was very much appreciated! Our pizza was delicious too! Thank you for being so kind, attentive, and caring! read more

As MOD's go this is solid, good vibe and attentive staff. We also modify a current type, like the Mad dog that we made into a barnyard, by adding every meat to the pie. The team was talkative and laughing, making for a nice atmosphere. read more

I rarely if ever leave reviews for restaurants; Good, bad or otherwise. If this had not been easily the fifth or sixth time we've gotten a bad pizza from MOD Pizza in Sherwood I wouldn't be bothering to leave a review. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. This is what it looked like when it came out, after my husband asked for them to add additional cheese and pepperoni. He brought it home and we opened the box and just started laughing. This has become the new normal for how our pizzas are made. We get it... the place is primarily being ran by young adults and this is their first job. But they also need to pay attention to the final product before it goes out the door. This is just silly that they thought this was an acceptable. read more

MOD Pizza - Our pizza after we requested additional cheese and pepperoni be added... lol! - Pizza Near Me - Sherwood, Oregon

This is a great little pizza chain restaurant. I like that you can build your own or pick one off the menu. It was my first time back in a while and I think they have added a lot more to the menu between salads and deserts etc. I got a lot of toppings and my pizza crust was kind of soggy on the bottom, so next time I'm going to ask them to cook it longer :) The service was very friendly! We sat outside which was more quite. read more

Oh my Gosh! Our favorite pizza ever! Love how you can have the the pizza specialist make the pizza how ever you want!! All their ingredients are fresh & so many toppings to choose from. Several cheeses, meats, fresh veggies & I love the balsamic fig glaze sprinkled on it after its baked. It's fabulous! They also have salads that you can pick & choose what you want on them! If you've never enjoyed a (M)ade (O)n (D)emand MOD Pizza you need to get over there & try it! You'll be addicted! read more

MOD Pizza - My personally prepared pizza! It was wonderful! - Pizza Near Me - Sherwood, Oregon

The pizza is fine. Sysco truck ingredients... nothing special. With no other "fast pizza" places around, this will have to do. Unfortunately, service ping pongs between awful and just ok. The kids working often rush you through barley listening and when it's particularly awful, they act annoyed to be forced to listen to you. Given that there isn't any other "fast pizza" in the area, MOD will do in a pinch, keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed. read more

Quick ,Simple , hot and fresh good tasting thin crust pizza. You pick the toppings.. add a little more ... add a little less. They will add a finishing sauce if you want before they cut it and plate it up. They have tasty fountain lemonades, I had the Marionberry lemonade. They also offer bottled beverages and fountain sodas. You pretty much know what you are getting when you come here for a quick bite to eat. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. read more

MOD Pizza - Raw chicken - Pizza Near Me - Sherwood, Oregon

I'm giving a two star due to the sanitation. If the soda and condiment stations are dirty, I hate to see what the kitchen looks like. I would have taken more pictures but I was starting to get looks. We ordered three pizzas for in dining. Instead of putting the pizzas on a plate like they normally do, they put them in boxes. Very wasteful. When we went to throw the boxes away, the garbage can was already full of boxes. Are they trying to not do dishes. The staff seemed to have no leadership present. They acted like kids at a party. The food was real good. They did a great job making and cooking the pizza. read more

I love Mod. My complaint is why the salad greens, any of them are always brown. The romaine had so many pieces that were bad, the arugula was yellow instead of green. I asked the worker to remove a realllly brown piece of romaine and they acted like they couldn't see it. People in line were in agreement it was not acceptable to serve old brown lettuce. $15 for a salad. I would've never reviewed but this is twice in two weeks. Management, please use fresh ingredients, teach your employees how to identify lettuce that should be tossed. Very sad. Not sure I'll return after this. read more

Honestly my favorite pizza in town. Great stuff. And the manager guy who works here is really cool.

Food is amazing 99% of the time, though these last couple times seems to be the worst. The same employee several times makes it seem like it's an absolute burden to her when customers order food. The food is always rushed and the customer service is terrible. Anybody else working is always so nice and friendly, it seems as if this person only closes or works nights and is just awful to be around, i feel bad for the people that work around her. Though i do want to say, the other employees are great. I really hope this person gets the help she needs. read more

I've checked in here 9 times and not written a review? For shame! I flat-out love this pizza. I'm picky about my pizza and the fact that I can design my own, on a great thin crust, AND have it ready in mere minutes, makes me heart this place. They have a bunch of pre-designed pizzas up on the board for those who want an easy solution, but I prefer to put my own toppings together. The staff works fast to build your 'za and they have their system down so that even if you want something a bit off the main street (I like basil added after cooking), they get it right. It's loud in there and frequently crowded but who cares, it's great pizza! read more

the ladies working when we went were so incredibly rude and talked to me like i was a complete idiot when she messed up my order after i told her multiple times what i wanted. then she proceeded to talk loudly about me with her coworkers while i waited for my pizza. safe to say ive very disappointed with the lack of customer service read more

Not a good experience last Friday @ 2pm! A guy was waiting to order a pizza when I came to order a pizza. There was one young lady who was very slowly filling a salad order from on line ordering! There was a nice young man who also made a salad to go with a online order and they both made us wait 15 minutes to order our pizza's! Unreal! And to make it worse the mozzarella cheese smelt funny and tasted like rubber. Such a waste of $12!! Also they put the to go pizza directly on the cardboard with out a piece of parchment. It stuck to the box. Yuck!! From now on I will drive from Sherwood where we live and go to the Wilsonville MOD Pizza that does a fantastic job and they are so nice. I saw there is a new MOD PIZZA in Newberg and we might try it the next time we go to Newberg. read more

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences in my memory. I had surgery a month ago that has severely restricted my diet in the past month. I've been craving pizza (my favorite food) all month. I was very excited to have pizza this afternoon, but my pizza was gross. It was warmish (not hot), the vegetables were barely cooked, the cauliflower crust was soggy from the sauce, and the cheese was only melted to the point of being "mealy," but not smooth and stretchy. This particular location has been hit or miss on the quality of the final product. Sometimes it's amazing, but sadly this day was a miss. read more

MOD Pizza - a pizza in a pizza box - Pizza Near Me - Sherwood, Oregon

For the price, MOD pizza is a fantastic deal. While the sauces and cheese are quite bland, the fact that one can doctor their pizza to their liking is fun and very affordable. I am a big fan of options that they have for toppings and for the freshness and quality of ingredients. So grateful for the option to either do a gluten-free crust or cauliflower crust. We moved to Sherwood in the last month and between all the moving and unpacking, we have gone here twice. One of the selling points of dining here is that they have an awesome outdoor seating area. Dining al fresco is one of my favorite summertime joys, so eating here is a real treat. The first time that we came here, we ordered our pizza around 9:30 and left a little before 10:00. By the time we left, there was a couple ordering for take-out. The second time we ordered, it was a little after 9:00. We got our pizza, sat on the patio. I hadn't even finished my first slice of pizza when we were told that we needed to leave. Even though the employee prefaced it with a "sorry," I wanted to question her as to why we needed to leave. I thought that for some reason, they closed at 9:30 on a Sunday night. The hours on the door listed that they were open until 10:00. As we were getting into our car, someone pulled up and waltzed in to order. The oven/fire was clearly still on and they were still taking orders. The fact that we got kicked out, was incredibly irritating since we were paying customers, did not have any outside food, no one was outside to clean tables or the patio, and we weren't in anyone's way. There wasn't any logic, reason, or explanation as to why we needed to leave at 9:26. It was rude, I had the urge to speak with a manager, and left a bad taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively. We only live a couple of minutes away, but by the time we made it home to finish our pizza, it was cold, and I was pissed. We moved from Portland and looked forward to awesome, small town, personal, and kind customer service. I was incredibly disappointed that we received such poor customer service. It does not matter that this is a chain restaurant, I still had expectations to be treated kindly not only as a paying customer, but also as a human being. read more

They make the beer gluten free pizzas in the Sherrod area and it's not even close. Also love the option for cauliflower crust. I prefer to order online ahead of time. They're usually slammed which I'd why I did 4 instead of 5 stars. read more

One of our pizza's was burned and the other 2 were at best marginal in taste. Won't go here again. Back to Papa Murphy's we go!

Bought 2 minis. Sooooooooooo much cheese and maybe 3 slices of toppings I requested. Then apparently a few orders that had already sat down were online orders and needed to be reconciled, so I stead of acknowledging me (next customer with card in hand ready to swipe) they called over the other groups to come clarify and pay. Awful experience. read more

Stood waiting to order and the employee kept grabbing online Uber eats orders to make on front bar instead of letting the back staff pizza makers make to online orders. I ended up walking out tried to calm and speak to manager but they had phones turned off. So I'm left with complaining here instead. So congratulations mod I won't be back!! Also watched others walk out as I sat in my car to order at dominos. They walked into koba so you managed to loose money tonight. read more

I've been too MOD Pizza a few times and this by far is my favorite location. The staff is always friendly and willing to explain the menu. They have always worked with my special orders without any issues and seem happy to do so. The wait is usually pretty short too, depending on the crowd inside. The crust is a thinner crust so the pizzas don't take long to cook. Great place to go if you have a picky eater because everyone can have their own pizza without breaking the bank. The salads are huge and flavourful as well, and you can build your own. They always have 2 local beers on tap and each month they have a special shake flavor. Try the Marion berry lemonade. The only place I can find it and it's special for Oregon. read more

They normally do a good job unless there is a certain person working. This employee has served me at multiple locations and every time I feel as though I am burdening them by ordering food. They are viably upset that I would even come in and order. I ordered a mega which they had to make the dough for and she might as well have e rolled her eyes completely backwards and sighed to ensure I understood how much I was upsetting her. I have refused to say something the first 3 times, but this was my last straw. I ordered the pizza well done. It's still doughy in the middle. I asked for basil after and I think I might have got an entire lb basil which ruins the pie. Like I understand not loving your job but if you are going to treat customers horribly. At least make the food decently. It's a shame because the Mod by old house was perfect. Never had a problem. They'd ask if I pie was a well done enough. I'm sorry to pick on one person but I'm not trying to spend money to be made to feel like a burden then also not get edible food. read more

Quick, convenient, tasty, and reasonably priced! I love a good Italian chopped salad. A nice go-to for a weekend treat

The amount of times I have ordered a pizza online from here and it's been just an unbearable amount of cheese with barely anything else is too many to recall - I once tried to remedy this by asking for light cheese and found it with two or three strands when I got home. There is no fixing that, or finding a middle ground with a "normal" amount of cheese. Finally today I got it home and it was so bad I just threw the whole thing in the bin. I tried to remove some of the greaseball river of cheese, but they put it on top so everything else came off with it. A total waste of time and money. read more

I use to love Mod Pizza but this location has completely changed in the last year. The employees are now super rude. The girl with blonde hair, I believe her name was Bryce but Im not sure was wearing gloves that were clearly ripped, sneezed into the food toppings, and didnt wash her hands. She was also not wearing her mask properly, as were two other employees. The GM didnt seem to care when I addressed my concerns. They gave me the wrong pizza twice. Not to mention how unsanitary this place has become. With Covid going on you'd think they'd take all the proper precautions, but this place is NOT SAFE. If your hungry there's KILLER BURGER and CHIPOTLE that are sanitary and took all the proper precautions during this covid era. The employees are also super nice and sanitary at the Chipotle and Killer Burger. If your in the mood for Mod Pizza, SKIP THIS LOCATION, unless you feel like getting attitude from young kids and sick read more

1st time visiting a MOD Pizza. I love the selection of toppings, they even have vegan cheese that is tasty and the employees were very sweet. Huge portion! Similar to the pieology concept, but I don't know who came first. Definitely visiting this location again. read more

First time at MOD pizza and truthfully was avoiding a place like this because I thought it would just be more expensive than delivery pizza but was proven wrong (glad I was). The menu and ordering is simple and straightforward, really like how there are predesigned pizza pie options for you to choose from (favorites and seasonal) or build your own. From the topping choice, you can see really how fresh the ingredients are and love that they have healthy options such as salad and a pizza salad! Drink options galore with water cups available, but also various lemonades (definitely noted to try for next time) and beer options. Even shakes too! Lots of sauce options snd and very organized in terms of display and having pizza boxes already set out by the drinks for leftovers. Great for families, and even picky eaters! read more

This is some of the blandest pizza I have ever had. The sauce literally has no flavor. They also put the cheese on last, which causes a lot of the toppings to just slide off since there is no binding to the crust. Pieology is far superior. Now I know better. Two stars just because staff was friendly and the price affordable. read more

The place is clean, well organized, and ive found the staff to be relatively professional. You've got quite a few younger folks so sometimes when I come in it is a little rowdy or the staff might be talking about something not quite appropriate BUT nothing vulgar or the like. That being said, price is good for the food but the food leaves you feeling like it is lacking. It isn't bad persay it just isn't WOW. Almost everything tastes the same except the bbq chicken which just tastes like bland pizza with a sweet bbq poured all over it. All in all you get what you pay for but at least the staff is cool. read more

Amazing EVERYTHING! Food, service, selection and clean! I'm more the type of person who doesn't want to be paid attention to unless my drink or plate is empty but you get a warm welcoming greet when you enter and a thankful goodbye when you leave, which I don't necessarily like but I can definitely appreciate. There are tons of fantastic and delicious options to choose from for toppings. I absolutely LOVE the garlic rub and roasted garlic cloves. Delicious! They have a bunch of beverage options, including floats! All around great option, just know that it's more of a fast food type of dining experience, not a table serve establishment. But don't be fooled by the style, because the food far exceeds the grade of fast food. read more

The food is actually decent, but the service has been absolutely awful, multiple times. One instance, I went for a custom pizza with a specific list of toppings. I tried to get them to top it with what I wanted three times, and three different people could not follow a basic this-n-that instruction on what I wanted. They kept getting ahead of me and putting things on then trying to redo it until I had to just give up on them making me a pizza because my topping choices kept going right over their heads. It's finally come to The Last Straw now when I stopped in for a salad. I like to mix romaine with the other greens. The romaine was slightly witly but passable, but all their other greens selection was totally wilted and looking spoiled. I stated I had come in for a salad but the greens were looking spoiled, and was simply told, "Yeah. You want a pizza instead?" No, I just wanted a salad. Then it was just, "Yeah, sorry." Okay, do these people even have food handlers cards? Besides the lack of moral fiber that would prompt one to see about replacing greens out on the bar (which were agreed to be bad) so that they can offer a salad with fresh, edible ingredients, the risk of food borne illness from spoiled greens is a real and frightening fact that any food service employee should take measures to ensure doesn't happen to their patrons. Period. Those greens were not only unappetizing and not in edible condition to a sane person, they were a serious health risk to just be left out to serve in the next salad. They could hardly get any worse than that. read more
