I defintely understand the sentiment about coming here during the day and not at night. I do not have the daytime comparison and genuinely hope to never visit this location again. I do delivery driving. Taco Bell is a favorite spot to pick up usually because the staff are always very friendly, helpful and they are so lovely to us drivers since we are all just doing our jobs. It is great also because I have all the other locations I have been to offer me a large water (a lot offer other stuff which is so sweet but I try to just drink water as much as I can) while doing a pickup. Most shut down the lobby for pick up after 2 or 3 am so I pulled into the drive through and I asked for a water for me and I'm always at the ready to pay for the cup or whatever seriously it's cool! She took a REALLY looooong time then says she can ONLY give me a medium water. Ok? Not sure why that was such a thing but.... so then, I say thank you so much and I have a pickup for... She then says this really long way to say I have to go inside (they did not have signage like the ones with lobby open or I would have but ok...I figured well, then I will just get a large water and pay for it. But oh no folks...they INSISTED I get my free medium water at the window. I had to wait a solid ten minutes behind a guy at the window, then park and then get my pick up which was AWESOME. There was no other customers BTW. Just WOW... If they are this efficient at water, I can only imagine. But, if it is late night and you are craving the Bell... go to ANY other locations. read more

Ordered chicken bowl. Got to work and discovered there was no chicken in it. Took a pic. A couple days later went back for lunch, showed them the pic, asked for credit against my new order. They said the only way you can get a replacement meal (never a credit or money back) would be to BRING the food back. Who is going to leave work, drive back, take extra long unpaid lunch, to get $7 lunch replaced? And, why then would they EVER put chicken in for drive thru customers if they know the majority of customers won't bring the food back for replacement? Sounds like a scam to me. read more

Sometimes you crave tacos and settle with Taco Bell, it brings back memories from growing up and coming in at peak lunch time (12:30pm) I felt that it would be quite busy but was surprised. The drive thru was busy through out my time eating in and while doing so about 12-15 customers came inside to order. Even with the lunch rush, my order came out in 2 minutes. I ordered a mexican pizza and two soft tacos. From my memory of eating Taco Bell in the past and now, the prices were raised quite a bit and the portions got smaller. I remember tacos being leas than a dollar too as now they are almost $1.50 each. The soft tacos were not as filled and the pizza too had missing ingredients from what I remember. The restaurant itself was clean, with lots of space and fast service with three employees preparing the orders and one employee taking orders, but the price increase and small portion size makes me sad as the quality of the food seems to have gone downhill slowly. I'll just hold onto the good times... As I was leaving, the crowds kept coming on in...I mean everyone needs their taco fix! read more

Wow. Gross. I just moved to sherwood and this was my first time there. I ordered 5 things. Out of the 5: -They forgot my sauce after asking me what I wanted -They put maybe 7 shreds of cheese on my potato tacos -The tortillas were stale -The potatoes were stale They nailed the chips and cheese! I had gone through the drive thru and ordered a Baja blast freeze and a cantina chicken quesadilla, total came to $15 and I questioned it but payed anyway when I got my food they gave me the meal instead of only the quesadilla so I went inside to ask for what i wanted or a refund or something to be figured out. i believed I spoke to the manager, she was rude, she wasn't helpful and refused to give a refund. she ended up giving me 2 dollars and walked away. I still had to order something else so I waited for her to comeback or something so I called out to the employee in the back and said "excuse me " 3 times and made sure I was loud enough but was completely ignored. I walked away and instead ordered on the computer. My friend had ordered a Baja blast freeze too and gave her a cup for a fountain drink and when we corrected her she grabbed the same cup my friend had already touched and put it back in the cup stack. This Taco Bell is great during the day- I will sometimes put in an online order and it is fast, fresh and well prepared. A decent deal for lunch- especially since you get rewards on the app which means free stuff on occasion. I even got a free Mexican pizza when they brought those back! At night though, the quality nosedives and it looks like someone literally throws the food together without thought. The prices are significantly higher than they used to be too- remember when you could get bean burritos for .99 cents and tacos were sub-$1? I know I sound old saying that, but it really wasn't that long ago that Taco Bell was the cheapest fast food option available. Nowadays though, it's even more expensive than Chipotle! And at least there, the food is fresher and you won't feel bloated and gross after eating it. But you know, sometimes you just have to scratch the fast food itch. There is one thing I really care about at Taco Bell. Were my items evenly distributed between sauce and fillings? Some Taco Bells I get a bite of just rice or sour cream. This Taco Bell has consistently filled my tacos well. On top of that, the staff are friendly and smile. They asked us about our day and went beyond the normal Taco Bell experience. My husband and I just ordered a number 1 a d three soft shell tacos. The you g man taking the order in the drive-through couldn't get it right and called another employee who figured it out in 1 minute. When we received our order the young man giving us the bag wished us a fantastic day in a loud and sarcastic voice! The sauce they had asked us about didn't make it into the bag. I've been to this location 4 times, 3 of those times my order was wrong: 1st time, I ordered a shredded chicken soft taco, and it was delicious except for the part where there was no chicken; 2nd time I ordered the same thing and received some weird potato burrito; 3rd time, totally fine; 4th and LAST, received 2 out of 3 items that I did not order. I just left this Sherwood TB location. I would like to let you know about my experience today. I ordered food through the drive thru for myself and my 3 kids. I had my daughter check our food order to make sure it was all there and correct. After seeing that we were missing an item from our order, I went back through the drive thru. There I was met by a very rude women I believed to be a manager. I have never experienced this with any sort of drive thru before. She repeated to call me a liar, completely unprofessional. Not only did this women call me names, she told us to give her the bag back. We handed the bag back hoping to resolve this. She destroyed the food in there, handed it back, then proceeded to tell us to get out of the Taco Bell line as we were holding it up. No refund, no apology, and we did not get the food that was missing back. I asked to see my receipt, and this women refused to give me one. I am in beyond disappointed and frustrated as I have never experienced this before. Not only was this experience bad, I was unable to eat my food because she violated COVID-19 protocols. This is unfortunately one of the only fast food restaurants available in this area. They frequently get your order wrong. When you go through the drive thru and find out that your order is wrong, get out of your car, go inside, and let someone know that your order is wrong, they make it right, and pretty much treat you like you're bothering them. No apology, no extra anything to make it up to you. There are apparently 2 managers who won't even bother coming out of the back to apologize. And if you by chance go home with your order and realize that it's messed up, don't bother calling 503-625-9944 (which is also the number on their receipt), because as of 3/16/18, it's hooked up to fax machine. So, if you order through their drive thru, always check for accuracy prior to leaving the parking lot. read more
