I normally don't write reviews for fast food restaurants. However, the staff were so friendly and my food came out nice and hot and juicy. Molly was so sweet, even from afar when she was taking orders I knew I wanted her to be the one to take my order. Another adorable girl with a great smile gave me my order and said " aww you are so cute ". I haven't really experienced this kind of sweetness from fast food. It was also cute that they have an outdoor dining area. I didn't seat there just because it wasn't sunny enough for me but for anyone trying to enjoy their food hot it's a nice spot ! The staff was very friendly and warm. The spot is in a strip mall, off a busier road, so it's pretty easy to access. It has a drive thru, a walk up, and a covered outdoor patio if you wanted to eat there. No indoor dining. Overall it's convenient, fast, and delicious. They gave me extra sauce and I found out the Barbecue sauce in particular goes so well with low sodium Lay's chips. Just a slight edge dip. Perfect taste! Never been to a Chick-Fil-A before and was excited to try it. Waited a few days to give the new employees time to acclimate and find their rhythm. The place was jumping but the line was handled pretty well. Pros: The Spicy Pretzel Cheddar Club Combo was really good. Chicken was tender and the Waffle fries were hot with a crispy/chewy texture that I liked. I also see why their sauce is so well liked, though it was sweeter than I was expecting. Their cookies and cream milkshake was perfect. Cons: While my half of the order was correct, they got my family members completely wrong. While I love spicy food, their tolerance for spice is near zero. We ordered the Chick-Fil-A Deluxe Sandwich for them and we got a second Spicy Pretzel Cheddar Club instead. They literally could not eat it. The Cherry Berry Sprite was also very bland. We both tried it and it had less flavor than some carbonated waters out there. Edit: Mistakes happen, especially with new staff, but it is how a company reacts to a mistake that tells you a lot about them. We usually go to the one in Hillsboro once a week but were in the area so thought we'd try this new one in Sherwood. First off, a pick up window (outdoor only) or drive thru only, really Chick-fil-A???? Ugh. Lame. Anyway, we sat in our car and ordered our usual via the app. I went up to the outdoor pickup window and checked in to make sure as soon as my order was ready, I would get it, nice and fresh and hot. Well......I got the order but none of it was nice, fresh or hot! The mac and cheese tasted mealy and old and was lukewarm. The dogs got the majority of the mac and cheese- thankfully they aren't picky! The chicken strips were decent, but my husband said he didn't like them (thought they too tasted old). His chicken sandwich was not hot- the bun was downright cold as if they just brought it out of the fridge. And the waffle fries- lukewarm, NOT crips, simply...old. We only ate a few of them. So on top of the unenjoyable experience (ESPECIALLY compared to one we usually go to in Hillsboro, which is usually really good), we had to sit in our car to eat it. SO disappointed that they chose to not have any indoor dining -the one in Hillsboro always has a lot of people eating in the indoor dining room, sometimes it is completely packed- people want to sit down and enjoy their food while it is still (hopefully) hot and fresh, especially when you have kids with you. AND...soooo disappointed in the quality (or lack thereof) of the food. We 100% will NOT be back. Back to the Hillsboro one for us and next time we are in the Sherwood area and need some food, we will choose somewhere else. read more

I have bought food here several times since this store opened, and my food was only lukewarm. Finally, at my most recent visit, my sandwich and fries were both hot although just hot enough to eat in my car in the parking lot, but not hot enough to survive the ride home. The first few visits, I was giving the new place a chance to improve. I do wish they had inside eating though. They are better tasting than other options for fast food here in Sherwood, so I will return. read more

moving here from the South, we are CFA vets. This location seems to be struggling with quality. I have been here a few times and tonight was the last time I will go.
