It seems like every time we come here we always get short change or they don't put something on the sandwich that you paid for extra. Tonight I ordered a French dip and didn't get the au jus then you try to eat a sandwich it's dry and you see that the roast beef is rare and bloody all over the roll. Placed a delivery order and received only 3 out of 5 items. When I called they said it was a third party order and wouldn't even talk to me. When I finally got the rest of my order the food was cooled and they had cut my roast beef sandwich with the same knife they cut the meat ball sandwich without even wiping the knife off. I ordered ahead and came a couple of minutes after the said time given and I had to wait awhile but when I got home and ate the sandwich... the wait time was worth it!!! This was literally the best sandwich I've had in such a long time. I've had Jersey Mikes (awful) and Subway (a joke) and the price that it cost to get a sandwich these days is such a joke... you expect what's pictured! Well the other two places looked as thin as a PP&J sandwich! On my lunch break currently ran across this great place I had always drove by never thought of going but gps took me to the wrong taco place. So I decided to go in here. I ordered a steak Philly but got the wrong sandwich which was great I got the beef cheddar brisket which is amazing. Customer service is exceptional you don't feel rushed when you order and they are very friendly and super fast at making your sandwich I was in and out with within five minutes. Highly recommend. ***CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL***BEWARE*** Stopped in last night on my way home from working a 10-hour shift. Hadn't eaten all day and just wanted to eat something a sit down. When I walked inside it was about 10 minutes before they closed. The girl behind the counter said "It may take awhile for us to take your order as there is only two of us and we have people in the drive through." I said, "Okay, no problem." Another girl came out a few minutes later and asked what I wanted? I said, "Um, so many good choices...." and right then, she said "Well, I need to take your order right now if you want to place an order because we close in 6-Minutes." I placed my order and sat down patiently at one of the two only tables that didn't have a "CLEAN" Placard sitting on top of the table. They ended up giving me my sandwich. I sat back down and took a few bites out of my sandwich when the girl from the back came back out in the dining area and said "I actually can't have you eat here because we are now closed." WHAT??? They kicked me out while I was eating at 9:02pm. I can't believe they are treating people this way! read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I ordered the Hook and Ladder sandwich with of course the pickle on the side. Honestly a delicious meal BUT your employees are such a delight. Maddy waited on me and was so kind, helpful and polite and even gave me a free medium drink for being in uniform. Your employees are the face of your company and having good ones or bad ones can make or break a business... She is definitely a keeper and deserves a HUGE pat on the back of appreciation! read more

Ordered lunch 20 minutes after store opened manager gave instructions for older gentleman to make my sandwiches and he was fiddling with the steamers not making my order after sever minutes the manager returned and the gentleman stayed he had never turned the steamers on she asked him if he'd told me I stated no and was told it takes 30 minutes for them to warm up! Tried the new sub restaurant. Terribly disappointed Prices were very high and not good value. (approx twice the price of Subway for same item) . Meat tasted like pre-packaged meat- not fresh. Bread was dry - didn't taste very good. No flavor. We ate inside - very noisy - music was too loud. (Am I getting old!!!) Service was adequate. A long way to go to be a good lunch/sub place. Stopped into Firehouse Subs in McMinnville today (12/18/19) with my older son for a quick bite. We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone said ANYTHING to us...no "hello, welcome to Firehouse Subs, we'll be right with you" etc...nothing. They had 5 employees behind the counter,no one else in line and I counted 5 people total in the restaurant, most had been served. Finally my son ask where we should order and they acknowledged us and took our order. Decent food and atmosphere etc...but, your employees need to learn basic customer service skills of acknowledging a customer when they come into the store instead of staring at us like zombies.. customer service 101. read more
