First of all, the food in my opinion is a lot more delicious than the other Wendy's. It's always served hot and fresh. Service is good, they sometimes do forget little things when busy, but they are under stress. And holy cow, the inside? Has a fireplace, large TV, and even the Coke Freestyle machine is in there! Genuinely I don't think I've EVER had a worse experience at a restaurant. We had 4 meals, ALL of them were messed up. Not ONE thing was right. The most baffling: even my baked potato. They put a dry, uncut potato into a container with NOTHING on it. Not a drop of sour cream or anything. (I asked for EXTRA sour cream) When I called them they said they can't give me a refund, so I had to drive the 15 minutes back and speak to them to convince them to give me a refund. Ps the drive through guy looked and sounded fucking high too. WORST service ever. EDIT: I gave them the benefit of the doubt, went back and they messed up my order AGAIN. The minions monsters meal had as disappointed and mad. 13 bucks for a small amount of food. We basically paid for the toy. The frosty, just vanilla ice cream and banana syrup. Not even the good kind. This is a great location. It's always fast. Ordering in the app and driving thru is super easy. I love the Wendy's salads. They have a very tasty Caesar dressing. The apple pecan salad is excellent and you don't have to use the pecans. The grilled chicken is always tasty. This location is super cute. It has a nice looking cozy area with a fireplace. McDonald's uses beef seasoning for their fry's and non meat eaters can not eat. So fight me when I say, In my opinion Wendy's has the best fry's. Pineapple frosty was a bust. We made the switch from McDonalds to Wendy's because of the decline in the quality of the food and also a significant increase in price at McDonalds. It is kind of ironic because we hold McDonalds stock but recently things have changed regarding our customer experience so Wendy's is now our fast food restaurant choice. Wendy's is all about fresh and my wife and I like their salads and I particularly like their Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It is good as a Combo meal with their french fries and I like to change the drink to a small Strawberry Frosty for a small increase in the price. I normally don't like spicy foods but in this case the spice is mild, the flavor is good and the chicken isn't dry and overcooked like you sometimes get at fast food restaurants. The staff in the Mcminnville Wendy's seems to be hard working and well managed. read more

Went to McMinnville Wendy's drive-thru on Sunday, 10/8/2023 to try their breakfast for a change as we had never tried it. Well, still haven't! They said they didn't have the Bisquits special even though it was advertised. They acted like they didn't know about it. It was advertised with a big banner. What's up with that? Very disappointed in the staff's customer service. I have been ignored many times while 5 or 6 staff is behind the counter. Then when you do get their attention, they stand and stare at you like they are doing you a favor. Not a good morning, not a how can I help you, not a thank you just an air of entitlement. I'm so disappointed. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, I really like them ordinarily. Tonight however I had a very different experience. My sandwich had baby greens for lettuce which were slimy and wilted, not the type you see on a hot chicken sandwich. . I had an end cut tomato that was exactly 1" across. Nothing else. Nothing. I came home and added Mayo and Dijon which I thought came on it. Chicken is rubbery and doesn't taste cooked, I may be dead tomorrow from undercooked chicken. Enjoy. A typical Wendys plus extremely nice and cheerful employees! The employees definitely make this location stand out from other fast food joints. The value menu has changed recently but overall you still get a meal at a decent price. I like that they offer "healthier" options - salads, baked potatoes, chili. Maybe healthier isn't the best word but whatver. The new Parmasean Chicken sandwich - not so much a fan. Maybe the overly flavored sauce or the not quite right cheese but it wasn't as good as it looked. I'll stick with my go-to Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. read more

Again -- apples to apples, and burgers to burgers. No question. Of all the national chain "fast food" outlets, Wendy's is our favorite -- and the one I wish most we had on the coast. As it is, we seem to find this one every time we drive to McMinnville on errands. Why favorite, you ask? This is not a difficult question. 1. They offer salads -- real honest-to-goodness fresh veggies, with additions that both up the nutrition and the flavor. Bits of fruit, nuts, real chunks of chicken (as opposed to the glops of fried chicken-mashed-parts formed into nuggets or patties... boo-hisssss). 2. they have baked potatoes -- my favorite -- fluffy and hot and fresh. (Buh-bye fries!) 3. their chili (okay, not really chili -more of a leftover beef patty soup with beans) has some of the best fat-to-carbs-to-fiber-to-protien numbers out there. A small dish w/o cheese is low fat, high protien, high fiber, and low carb. You can't beat it. AND you can use it to top a baked potato and call it a meal! 4. real beef hamburgers. with plenty of meat -- or just a little. You get to choose. AND real chicken chicken-sandwiches. A double whammy! 5. they now have vanilla as well as chocolate ice cream shakes (frosties). Husband's favorite -- Can't imagine how they'd be a better stop on a busy or hungry road trip -- maybe some real chili instead of their soup -- but then again, real chili is hard to get in those nutrition numbers, so never mind. Today, and every time we need to make the trip to McMinnville and need a quick snack, we'll be here. They're a clean cafe -- with friendly people who smile like they actually enjoy what they do -- and they get our order right every time. read more

I was in the drive thru and ordered an item off the menu and when I got up to the window the woman tried to charge me double the price that was on the drive-thru menu. She said that she knew the price was wrong on the menu but they hadn't gotten around to changing the price to the correct price. The manager needs to correct the price immediately.
