Ordered a People's Pizza, drove home only to find that there was no sausage on it and hardly any toppings. My advice to dissatisfied customers is to skip Domino's chat bot, it's worthless and you'll be trapped in a circle of "can you provide more details" after providing the location, receipt number and date and time of purchase I was in an endless circle of being asked for more details. I called the store directly and was offered another pizza to be made but I had drove all the way home at that point and gas isn't cheap either. An offer of a refund or a free pizza in the future would have been appreciated. So I ate the so-so pizza with hardly any toppings and learned to avoid Newberg's Domino's Pizza. Plenty of other much better pizza places in Newberg to choose from. read more

Super disappointed with Newberg Dominoes tonight. We order here all the time and never usually have a problem, but tonight our pizza looked half bare and smashed up, on the wrong crust and cut in "square form", also the other pizza we ordered (just cheese pizza) was also made the same way. I nicely called and explained it and they were quick to say they would replace them for us, which was awesome. Quickly after hanging up, the store manager Allie called pretty rudely in my opinion, and said she would need the other pizzas back, and I got the sense she didn't actually believe me that both pizzas were messed up. I gladly said it was okay though and waited with our guests (pretty hungry at that point) for our replacement pizzas.. when they arrived one of them was wrong as well. I called back and said something, because I thought the manager would want to know if things weren't being done correctly, and I pretty much got told nicely, to shove it. Last night after coming home from the dog park we saw a Domino's delivery car and decided to have that for dinner. We got home and placed our order at 7:31 and started cleaning.. 16 minutes later there was a knock on our door and it was our pizza. HOLY CRAP ARE THEY FAST. As usual I ordered on-line. I like taking my time and building the pizzas. One a pan pizza and one with hand tossed dough. I also like to watch the time from ordering to baking. This gives us a good estimated when we need to pick it up. Since my husband was out and about I text him when it was going to be ready for pick up and he still had to pay. He said he had already paid and was waiting. I messaged him back saying that on my end it showed that the pizzas were finished and joked that we should get some dessert if they are wrong. To my surprise my husband brings home 3 medium pizzas instead of the two I ordered. The first pizza was made correctly but the second was not so they made another..... but still gave us the incorrect one at no charge. I thought that was great customer service even though it was just a few extra minute wait. It says they admit to mading a mistake (which happens) but fixed it quickly and compensated the customers for extra wait time. read more

The app works well and the pizza is good but if you have a customer service issue well nobody can do anything about it. Ordered two pizzas, chicken wings, and bread balls, and when the driver delivered my order only one pizza was in the oven bag. So away he went to grab my other pizza. When he returned 10 minutes later I still had no dipping sauce for my chicken wings. When I asked the driver about my inconvience he said to call the store. So, I called the store. I was informed I could receive a .50 credit for the missing dip and that was all they could do. Any other food chain would have offered something for their issue with my order, but evidently not Newberg Domino's. I placed an order over the phone for pickup and the young girl told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. Well approximately15 minutes later and I walk in and low and behold..... No pizza! They never even knew about my order! It's a busy Friday so naturally things could get wonky. I messed up and ordered 2 pizzas with no cheese, I ment to order 2 pizzas with extra cheese. I also ordered stuffed cheesy bread with ranch. They forgot the ranch. My daughter then decides she wants wings, so the driver said he'd be back with the ranch and wings. They also delivered my 2 pizzas with extra cheese.... NO CHARGE! It was MY mess up, but they made it right! The best customer service EVER! I'm a customer for LIFE! I'm very pleased! (I did pay for the wings). But I should have paid for the pizza too! I ordered 2 medium pizzas on-line a few weeks a ago and they had no sauce, even though I checked the box for regular sauce. I called the store to ask for a store credit so I could reorder in the future. Allie, the manager?, said no store credits and offered to send out 2 new pizzas. I said I did not want them to deliver 2 new pizzas so asked for my money back. They brought the money back almost immediately and I thanked the person that delivered the money. No time during our interactions was I rude or mad at anyone. So I called the store today to find out if there was something in my profile stating I wanted no sauce on my pizzas and was informed that Allie had said to no longer deliver to this address. I asked if I could pick a pizza up and they said no. The store has friendly people and the pizzas are good, to bad they have such a terrible manager! Oh well, they are not the only pizza place in town so I will take my business elsewhere. read more
