I ordered the nachos with chicken, which had queso and were a very large portion considering they were listed as a starter. All of our food arrived as ordered and looked delicious. However, by the time we were finished eating, the restaurant had started filling up. There were only two servers and unfortunately, our server had many tables she had to keep up with. It took her 25+ min to come check on us after we had finished our meal so that we could pay the check. It was so hot that it just made the experience miserable. I would definitely give this place another chance, maybe on a cooler day. And definitely when it is less busy.

The accompanying fondue was so good to dip the Croquettes into. We finished with a Ham and Brie Sandwich that was excellent, accompanied by crisp and hot french fries. The frys are frozen skin on. I really love frys fresh. It's much more labor intensive but very tasty. I ate my frys first and was satisfied. The Bacon Swiss burger was big juicy and tasty! It's made with regular ingredients but somehow they magically added the deliciousness. I just had to get a double Spumoni. Oh Yummy! This is a busy place. And now I know why. Just really good food.

The food came out incorrectly at first (brown gravy instead of white), but it was fixed and that part was fine. While we were eating, my son needed a root beer refill. I placed the empty cup at the edge of the table, but the server ignored it. After waiting about five minutes, I went to the counter to ask for a refill. Only then did she come up and ask what I needed. I asked her for a refill and requested to speak with the manager. Another employee went to get him. I explained what had happened and told him this would be our last visit. He didn't seem overly concerned. I understand being short-staffed, but this level of disregard for guests is unacceptable. When he asked what I would like to see done, I said additional training for the server. He didn't even offer a free meal which I was expecting after the way we were treated, or heck even just take care of the whole bill. It was only $28.
