This is a nice little Pho spot in town, and just like you'd expect. Small and decorated very simple. My fiancé wanted to come for some Pho because she wasn't feeling well and pho does the trick. If you know, you know. I really wasn't in the mood for pho so I got some noodles and yellow curry with chicken and veggies. I was really disappointed, it didn't taste like anything. It had just a hint of curry flavor but other than that it tasted like nothing. Chicken wasn't seasoned or anything. My fiancé and oldest step daughter loved their pho and our youngest got pot stickers and said they were the best she ever had. Maybe next time I'll order pho. Just a quick update. "Just Pho You" has become one of our favorite places to "dine-out" and for "Take-out"! I don't think I've ever had Pho before coming here, but the food was delicious! I have celiac and the Pho was labeled gluten free. I tried to ask questions about other menu items but the owners don't speak amazing English, so I played it safe and just ate the Pho. Such a cute little place, and the owners are very kind and are always so willing to help with anything you need! They have such sweet souls and put a lot of love into the restaurant. The tiny little "hole in the wall" strip mall appearance outside hides an absolutely wonderful experience within. The black and white photography of old Vietnam on the wall is your tip that you're in for something more than expected. And the food only confirms that! It's obvious the cook enjoys what they do and puts a lot of love into the food. Everything was absolutely delicious and we were only sad we were full so soon. Had the worst vegetarian pho of my life. Tasted like dog water. Flavorless, the rice noodles were broken and not cooked correctly. I asked for salt and other seasonings and tried to make the best of it but could barely make it salvageable. The food is the star of the show here. Very laid back atmosphere. More of the established couple date place rather than the first date place. I think this would make the list of places not to go. Not anything bad just no frills. The family is sitting there eating if you get there before the crowd. Yes the crowd is coming. That's how you know the pho is where you go when you know. This broth is in the top 5 for me all time. It's not one or two. As those are reserved for places in China and CA that are just up on Pho Mountain by themselves. Service is a little slow but not something that you mind because there is a laid back atmosphere as they I assume the family take turns coming out taking your order then cooking. I got a large size. For me easily two meals but worth getting the large of you wanted to go for it a little. If you get full you could stretch it to three meals. Reasonable pricing as again I believe you're paying for the no frills. You want to eat at the place that is full. This place is regularly full in a shopping mall that does not support much else other than the Safeway. Definitely a return worthy fo the quality of food. read more

This has become our go-to pho restaurant in the area. The staff are always friendly, the space is always clean and the food is quite tasty. The pho broth is every bit as good as I've had in Los Angeles, and the meat is always tender and tasty. My only negative comment would be that I wish they would have chili paste along with sriracha, but that's only a minor quibble. read more

It is a small family run restaurant and the food is delicious. We came in on a day where there was a brush fire.. grant it we had no idea. The place was empty as it was a weird hour. The service was great! When the fire caused a power outage we simply all continued eating. When we were done they took our card information and charged us later. This place is VERY filling. I had ordered salad rolls which were rather small but very fresh. Despite being skinnier rolls, they were super delicious and the proportions of the ingredient were on point. I had the c-1 rice dish which was very tasty and filling. 50 cents for the addition of the egg roll was a no brainer! It seemed like the meat may have been marinated, but was great nonetheless! We love pho so we try new pho spots regularly. This one rank right in the middle, not a favorite but still good. The restaurant is located in a strip mall. Nice spot with a great parking lot. We were greeted upon walking in and sat quickly. We ordered apps, drinks, and our pho all at once. We tried the crispy egg rolls & potstickers to start. They were hot and crispy and tasted great. I'm not a fan of this new thing these places are doing, the menu shows a (6) piece egg roll but really (3) are served cut in half. However, the price hasn't changed. We choose the chicken and the beef pho. Both options were good with all the sides added. We asked for soy sauce, since they don't have it available unless it's asked for, because the broth was still a little bland. We all like it to be flavorful. Their meat cuts are really excellent. The chicken was great white meat chicken and the beef was nice cuts as well. The place appears clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely worth a stop in to try. read more

Had a pick up order for dinner. Food is great, but I was a little irritated when I picked up my food and paid. They informed me on the phone that there is an ATM fee for debit cards so I brought in cash. My order was 33.50 so I brought 43.50 to get $10 in change. I handed the lady my cash to pay for my order and she said thank you assuming my change was for the tip, she told the cashier to put my change in the tip jar before even handing it back to me. I took 5 out of the tip jar and said they can have 5 lol. If you want a customer to give you a tip you give the change back to the customer first and if they want to give you a tip, then you'll see it go in your tip jar, but you do not put your customers change in your tip jar before handing it to them. I think I'll be spending my money elsewhere. read more

There were some Vietnamese restaurants in the area I was coming from. I'm glad i decided to hold off, and visit this local family owned restaurant. They're located off of Portland Road, in the same lot as Safeway. I came in a little after lunch and ordered to go. Their prices are competitive with other restaurants. I ordered pho, lemongrass chicken, and teriyaki chicken. They were busy, and I ran some errands while they prepared my order. Service was friendly, and accommodating. The lady asked if she could "help me load the orders into my car?", which was super sweet. The rice dishes, and pho were wonderful. Everything we ordered was fresh and amazing! I had the grilled chicken bahn mi and my husband had the house special bahn mi. We also got the gyozas which came out hot and fast! The pho I tried (shrimp with beef broth) came out sizzling and with plenty of all the ingredients. The bowl was huge. Pho in Newberg? Oh yes, and it's some of he best I've had. Don't let the strip mall location near Safeway fool you. Excellent prices, very friendly people and top notch food...and not just the pho. We've been to Just Pho You a few times before the pandemic and a few times during. It took a little practice for them to get the "contactless" takeout right but now it's all good. Pretty standard menu and fair prices. Portions are just about right too. I'm so glad to see my favorite places still thriving during this COVID pandemic.
