Quick service, clean, low key atmosphere, large menu selection and able to make changes. Food was prepared accurately and in a timely manner. Service was always prompt but not over bearing. Would absolutely eat here again without hesitation.

Just a quick update. "Just Pho You" has become one of our favorite places to "dine-out" and for "Take-out"! Our favorites list has grown to include Thai Tea, Fried Spring Rolls, Chow-mein, Pad Thai and the same great Pho Bowls and Wonton soup... We are going to miss this warm family restaurant (Transferring back to Texas) and we want to encourage visitors to stop in and enjoy this great little spot! We think you"ll enjoy it as much as we have!

service was super good, quick, and efficient! the seating area was so cute, a little small but that added to the cute/comfortable vibe. the food was so good, i had the vegetarian pho and it was very yummy. i also got the lychee boba which was also very good, and the boba was cooked perfectly! thank you!

The food is the star of the show here. Very laid back atmosphere. More of the established couple date place rather than the first date place. I think this would make the list of places not to go. Not anything bad just no frills. The family is sitting there eating if you get there before the crowd. Yes the crowd is coming. That's how you know the pho is where you go when you know. This broth is in the top 5 for me all time. It's not one or two. As those are reserved for places in China and CA that are just up on Pho Mountain by themselves. Service is a little slow but not something that you mind because there is a laid back atmosphere as they I assume the family take turns coming out taking your order then cooking. I got a large size. For me easily two meals but worth getting the large of you wanted to go for it a little. If you get full you could stretch it to three meals. Reasonable pricing as again I believe you're paying for the no frills. You want to eat at the place that is full. This place is regularly full in a shopping mall that does not support much else other than the Safeway. Definitely a return worthy fo the quality of food.

I ordered a small P10 - beef, basket and tripe pho and hot vietnamese coffee. The food was served very quickly and delicious. I enjoyed it very much. The service was great and the dining space was good - soft jazz music playing in the air while I enjoyed the delicious food. It was a great day!!

We love pho so we try new pho spots regularly. This one rank right in the middle, not a favorite but still good. The restaurant is located in a strip mall. Nice spot with a great parking lot. We were greeted upon walking in and sat quickly. We ordered apps, drinks, and our pho all at once. We tried the crispy egg rolls & potstickers to start. They were hot and crispy and tasted great. I'm not a fan of this new thing these places are doing, the menu shows a (6) piece egg roll but really (3) are served cut in half. However, the price hasn't changed. We choose the chicken and the beef pho. Both options were good with all the sides added. We asked for soy sauce, since they don't have it available unless it's asked for, because the broth was still a little bland. We all like it to be flavorful. Their meat cuts are really excellent. The chicken was great white meat chicken and the beef was nice cuts as well. The place appears clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely worth a stop in to try.

It brings back the best childhood memories. What sets this place apart is the vibe. The owners have created something truly special; the lighting is well-lit yet moody, creating a space that feels high-quality but completely unpretentious. Between the atmosphere and the experienced, welcoming staff, it's one of the few places I can walk into and immediately feel relaxed. The prices are right, the food is incredible, and the people behind the counter deserve the world. As Albany continues to grow, I truly hope the community continues to discover and support this spot. I had the bún (rice noodles) with grilled chicken and charred prawns. The first bite was good: prawns were excellent, lightly cooked, moist with a smoky sweet char. The second bite included nicely herbed noodles with fresh, good quality lettuce, mint and cilantro. The third bite, and majority of the dish unfortunately, contained overcooked, chewy chicken. The fish sauce mixture lacked birds eye chili, acid and seasoning. Dry chicken dominated, but ironically components that require more delicate treatment were prepared well. The fried spring rolls (cha gio) were greasy, missing that blistered, bubbly skin.. My companion ordered a strawberry matcha and the vegetarian bún: nice and herby and green, but lacking that good flavor (chili, acid) in the Nước Chấm fish sauce. It shouldn't be solely up to sriracha to get a dish to the right flavors. In all, a nice spot aesthetically and friendly staff but while dishes had super fresh veg and some solid proteins, other proteins were overcooked and our dishes were missed some of the flavors we love to see in Vietnamese food.

There were dragon on walls, umbrellas in the ceiling, a huge full service bar. Our dishes came out within few minutes. We got the chicken skewers, chicken pho, chicken luc lac and steak rolls. We liked the small plate dishes, but the entree ones were disappointing. The chickens were chunky and dry, bland flavor. As much as we loved the vibe of the place, we didn't enjoy the food as much. We got lucky and pulled into the last open spot. There were a good amount of people inside but we were seated right away. They have a little shop area in the front that was super cute too. Their menu is pretty large but in the best way. There's literally something for everyone from spring rolls to pho to banh mi. My friend and I each got our own DIY spring roll set and I got a cup of beef pho broth with an order of rice noodles to make a mini bowl of pho for myself on the side. The spring roll set comes with 4 sheets of rice paper, fresh veggies (lettuce, basil, cucumber, pickled carrots), rice noodles, your choice of protein (we chose pork sausage), and dipping sauce. The pho broth was flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The spring rolls came out amazing and were so filling. My only suggestion would be to have the carrots shredded instead of sliced to get a more even distribution within the spring rolls. But overall it was a fantastic meal. The restaurant itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, with a comfortable layout that works just as well for a quick lunch as it does for a relaxed sit-down meal. Perfectly grilled pork chop with great char, paired with shredded pork skin and Vietnamese meatloaf, served with rice that soaks up all the flavors. It's hearty, balanced, and incredibly satisfying. When I'm craving soup, I always go for the #40 Phở Tân Tân Đặc Biệt (Phở Special). The broth is rich and comforting, loaded with beef meatballs, eye-round steak, brisket, flank, fatty brisket, soft tendon, and tripe. It's one of those bowls that hits every note and keeps me coming back. A nice bonus is their house sauces. They're so good that they actually sell them, and you can even find them at local grocery markets nearby, which says a lot about how popular they are. If you're looking for consistently great Vietnamese food in Beaverton with solid service and a clean, modern atmosphere, Tan Tan Cafe & Delicatessen is an easy recommendation.
