It's a fairly standard pho restaurant. I got the D8 and it was tasty. The broth was perhaps a bit more bland than what I've had at other pho joints - still good mind you, but just not quite as spiced as I'm used to. That said, I think it's the only pho place in McMinnville and I would eat here again if I'm in town. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean.

    Food not wrapped or labeled

Disappointed heavily- things in fridge were left uncovered and undated. The waiter was on his phone the whole time without washing hands and he scratched his back under his shirt before serving us the food! I hate leaving bad reviews but I couldn't even bother eating after this

Sweet, family owned queer friendly business! Good service. There are only two people cooking in the kitchen and they are good at what they do. The pho was delicious, plenty of meat and noodles. The broth was really tasty. I almost didn't come in because of the bad reviews. I am really glad I did anyway, the negative reviews were wrong. McMinnville is lucky to have a good Pho restaurant.

    Size large chicken pho

Ordered our food tonight, got two chicken pho. Not only we're we waiting while three of the workers just starred at us (we ordered ahead of time and our food was already done) but we also received the wrong order. If we didn't receive the wrong order then we just paid $30 for 4 bites of noodles and three little pieces of chicken. I called to ask if they had changed their sizing and was told that they moved to shallower dishes but the same amount of food is inside. This is not the case and I would have preferred the worker just be honest. For reference I ordered a size large, and received the following size bowl which used to be their small size. Happy I didn't order the small size considering it probably would've been two bites of noodles and 1 piece of chicken.

So this is now my second time here. It was lunch time on a Tuesday. I ordered the large pho d 3 and a bahn mi with pork to go. The food came out quick most likely because it was very slow inside. With that said the pho first of all didn't really fill me up. Elsewhere I order a large and I have plenty of noodles and meat. And usually end up taking some home. So the meat, noodle to soup ratio was bad. Second the condiments weren't up to par. All the had was sriracha and plum sauce. I like the trifecta of jars with a dark chili sauce a sambal sauce and some mystery sauce. I asked for chili garlic and they provided that. Then my sprouts were light along with the raw pepper. Maybe this is the one net fat man in me but I was hoping for a lot more. Now to the bahn mi. I get things are more expensive these days. But paying almost 9 dollars for a bahn mi is crazy. The thing that makes a bahn mi so good is it's cheap tasty and fresh. Oh and the bread. I will probably be back just for bahn mi x 2. I need two of them lol.

Food is always so good, and after wanting it for a few days it was well worth the wait.

Delicious Pho. Good service and clean environment. I would recommend this place for a sit down or drive-through and take home.

It brings back the best childhood memories. What sets this place apart is the vibe. The owners have created something truly special; the lighting is well-lit yet moody, creating a space that feels high-quality but completely unpretentious. Between the atmosphere and the experienced, welcoming staff, it's one of the few places I can walk into and immediately feel relaxed. The prices are right, the food is incredible, and the people behind the counter deserve the world. As Albany continues to grow, I truly hope the community continues to discover and support this spot. I had the bún (rice noodles) with grilled chicken and charred prawns. The first bite was good: prawns were excellent, lightly cooked, moist with a smoky sweet char. The second bite included nicely herbed noodles with fresh, good quality lettuce, mint and cilantro. The third bite, and majority of the dish unfortunately, contained overcooked, chewy chicken. The fish sauce mixture lacked birds eye chili, acid and seasoning. Dry chicken dominated, but ironically components that require more delicate treatment were prepared well. The fried spring rolls (cha gio) were greasy, missing that blistered, bubbly skin.. My companion ordered a strawberry matcha and the vegetarian bún: nice and herby and green, but lacking that good flavor (chili, acid) in the Nước Chấm fish sauce. It shouldn't be solely up to sriracha to get a dish to the right flavors. In all, a nice spot aesthetically and friendly staff but while dishes had super fresh veg and some solid proteins, other proteins were overcooked and our dishes were missed some of the flavors we love to see in Vietnamese food.

Everything is immaculate and very nicely decorated. Once we were seated we were provided with an extensive menu of dining options. Everything on the menu looked incredible! I had difficulty choosing one thing, so I chose TWO! I chose the Banh Mi sandwich and the Wonton Noodle Soup. I love the type of rolls the sandwich was served on. The outside is crisp and flaky while the inside is soft and chewy. I asked for chicken as the meat choice. I enjoy how the carrots and cucumbers are sliced in a square straw. I think that provides a nice texture in every bite. The wonton noodle soup was delicious. I've never had soft wontons before. They've always been crispy nibbles on a side plate. I like that in this dish they were part of the soup. I was a little disappointed in the vermicelli noodles though. They were nicely done and very tasty, but there were so many that they clumped together and were difficult to get a bite of without getting a whole mouthful. Also of note were the drinks. I chose the pineapple tea and it was MARVELOUS! All in all, lunch was an amazing experience and I will always remember that meal with my stepmom.

Both the older restaurant "Pho Keizer" (just South of here on River Road) have the same owners, their offerings and quality are similar. My wife loves their soup bases. Since she is quite sensitive to hot spices, we are careful to order the lowest level of chiles offered in dishes we order. I, then, increase the heat level by using the chiles available at the table. In that way we are able to share different dishes served "family style." My own favorite dishes are the egg rolls (Chả Giò) and the vermicceli salad (with grilled pork and egg roll). We also dislike the fresh coriander so ask them not to use it in dishes we order.
