I ordered the tofu yakisoba noodles! The portion was HUGE. I felt like the noodles were cooked perfectly. I have had yakisoba noodles that were either too greasy or covered in sauce, these were neither of those! I had to knock a star off as the photo included lots of veggies and what I got had zero broccoli and maybe two shreds of carrot. I prefer heavy veggies. I'm sad to say that in the last few years my whole family has been a bit disappointed in the quality of the food from Rice Time. This used to be my favorite lunch spot in Wilsonville, but the last years' lunches just haven't been up to the previous standard. The chicken in the teriyaki has been dry and the flavor is all from the little bit of sauce. The noodles used to have a nice mix of cabbage and thinly sliced veggies, but that seems lacking too. My wife has been disappointed in her spicy vegetables too. Oddly few veggies for a dish that's specifically a veggie dish. My daughters and spouses have also stopped going there because of the food quality issue. I keep going in every 6 months or so, hoping that it will have changed back to the great quality food from a few years ago, but so far the food has just been consistently...mehhhhh. One of the best places around for orange chicken - they absolutely LOAD their portions and the fried rice is killer. Love this place and always come grab lunch on my days off or tell my clients to grab a bite to eat here. The sides we've gotten have been great too, especially the gyozas. Went here for the first time today and it was delicious. Clean, fast service, and boy were they busy for an early lunch. Tons of work trucks and to go orders coming and going. But the busy-ness did not affect the food. It came out in about 10 minutes piping hot. Like too hot to eat right away! I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken lunch. This tiny eatery has massive portions. The general Tso chicken was tender juicy flavorful. The combo Plate with teriyaki chicken and beef bulgogi was slightly salty. The beef sauce was dark and tasted like soy sauce. These plates don't have salad rice and protein. They are just rice and protein. Great place for a quick to go lunch. You can't beat RT Wilsonville. We've been going there since 2008 or so. I am addicted to General Tao's Chicken with fried rice (Extra for the fried rice). The service is terrific! Some of my other favorites are the orange chicken, Bi-bim-bap, and you can't go wrong with their lunch special, simply teriyaki chicken with rice and salad. Right now they are to go only, as most places are. But they've honed their skills and do a great job getting the food to the counter and out the door. read more

Rice Time is definitely due an update. A change of ownership has resulted in an improved dining experience. Lunch specials (choice of about eight) are now $5.95 and you can include a drink for an additional dollar. Local high school students save 20% with their student ID. The current incarnation of Rice Time is clean and spacious and they have a nice side dish bar with sauces, green salad and kim chee and a pot of vegetable soup if you dine in. They also have a nice selection of guilty pleasures magazines (OK, US Weekly, People) to enjoy while you wait for your order to arrive. The interior has been simplified and while it won't win any awards for design, it is perfectly fine for a casual meal. I still am more likely to order food to go since Wilsonville has a number of parks that are perfect for an outdoor lunch when the weather cooperates. read more

The place is a scam! My girl and I paid 38$ for two chicken teriyaki half rice/half noodles he said it was a 5$ extra charge on both plates 14$ for each plate...the chicken tastes like soy sauce disgusting and salty half of the plate is rice with barley any noodles. It was so gross. This place has went downhill . Go to joy teriyaki if you want ACTUAL good food . Twice I've ordered food here, the first time I ordered chicken fried rice. The chicken was chewy and way over cooked, the rice had areas that were over cooked and dry.
