First time using this pizzeria. I ordered pickup. Service was great. I took the pizza to bake at home. Ingredients were fresh, the vegetables were all chopped small, which I don't care for too much. We got the 12 topping pizza and wanted the thin crust but decided on the regular crust because of the amount of toppings, I think in the future I will go with the thin crust. All said and done, I will be eating at Figaros in the future and recommended this pizzeria read more

I came in late (5 minutes to close) genuinely not knowing they closed at 8pm. I didn't realize it until I made my order and Wyatt reassured me that it was no issue. He made the single pizza with no complaints and we made casual conversation as it was prepared. Great service, great guy, needs a raise. read more

We love Figaro's! More than the awesome food, the staff has always been so kind and the service has been excellent. Our deliveries are always on time or early, even at peak times. A few years ago we went through a tough time with my health and we utilized the donation board for a free meal - people purchased food and those that are struggling can get help with a meal when they need it. Everyone was so kind and caring during that time. I've never see that kindness anywhere else EVER. I highly recommend giving them a try. 7/8/2020 came in today to buy a couple of pizza crusts for make at home pizza night. An employee, named Nathan, took my order and cash payment. He barely washed his hands, then proceeded to assemble the pizza crusts on takeout baking trays, all the while peeling and rubbing his bare, ungloved hands all over our crusts. ( we are currently in a Covid-19 pandemic) When he brought it out to me, I was still in shocked as I asked him why he did not wear gloves like the other gal that was also working there. He rudely replied, " I forgot", with a disgusted and non- apologetic look on his face. In the same demeanor, he asked, " do you want me to remake that?" I replied, " yes, please." He then angrily and with force, threw it into the garbage. He then proceeded to re-do the order with gloves, but mind you, his body language was loud, forceful, and rude. He was slapping the trays and pizza crusts loudly and angrily, I could see he was giving me a side- dirty look from behind his mask. I didn't want to make a scene in the store because this is basically an older teenage- early 20's yrs old kid with a minimum wage job. After I left, i was still very uncomfortable enough with this treatment of a customer, that I felt I needed to let the manager know. I called the store to ask to speak with a manager on duty. Nathan of course answered the phone, and told me the manager is not currently present, and that he was in fact the one in charge. He asked what I needed a manger for. I quickly said that I had an issue with my interaction with him and I'd rather preferred for him to let me know the name of the manager and the best time to try back. He said, " that is private info and can not give that info out." I then insisted on speaking with the other gentleman that I saw working that shift, and thus he finally put me on hold, then Kathy answers saying she was the daughter of the owners. She continued to say that Nathan was definitely wrong to not give out the manager's name and contact. She said it's not private info, and that her parents, the owners' names, are publicly printed. She was kind to listen. I told her my experience with Nathan, his lack of care in safety and sanitation practices in handling of food and lack of care for dealing in customer service. He had total lack of respect. He straight out lied, and said that there's no way he's giving out the name of the manager for me to talk to. It's private info. He repeated it twice, as I was insistent that this has to be wrong for a customer not to be able to contact manager. Hmm, what else could he be lying about with other customers??! Hopefully, Kathy will redirect Nathan. Hopefully, Nathan will review his safety & sanitation in proper food handling and customer relations practices. Left a bad taste, will not be going back to this location. read more

Big Fan of Figaro's! They are really fast at getting your pizza made and cooked. The pan crest they use is so good. I don't have a Figaros where I live so I stop by on my way home. The pizza's are made fresh and hot. The best part is they are always running a special. If didn't give five stars because its chain and not that unqic. read more

Very slow. 10 minutes later than quoted. Very expensive for the money. Seems like they went downhill from when I used to live here.

I called a competing pizza chain restaurant in Keizer and they didn't know squat about service, Figaro's Keizer on the other hand DOES! Friendly and willing to experiment with your order. If I could give 0 stars I would have, my boyfriend picked up lunch here last week, the woman working was beyond rude. I really wanted to Ike this place, as it's so close to home. I've had maybe 4 pizzas from here over the last year, and its been average, on average. Tried it again last night, and I've come to the conclusion that I simply can't eat this pizza anymore. It tasted so cheap and low quality. My GF was starving, and she said it tasted good enough, but I told her that I just wouldn't be able to try this place again. Who knows, if I move or have people over and have another occasion where I need to order pizzas, I might. But I won't willingly choose to eat this anymore. Ordered over the phone. Said my order twice. Went to pick up and waited for a couple of minutes because no one was in the store. When someone did come to the register, they had to go and find a pen so I could pay. I got my pizza, but it was not what I ordered. They just said that someone else took the order and would remake it. I had to tell them a couple of more times what it was supposed to be on it. And, I said please make sure it has extra sauce. And, of course, they did not put extra sauce. They did not even offer anything for my time. No thank you or sorry. Way to run a business. read more

Great pizza's for a reasonable price. I really like that they have the option of baking your pizza there or taking it home.

We are visiting from out of town. We saw the sign for the $6 pepperoni (and $1 more to have them bake it). When I asked how much to add mushrooms, they replied that would be $14.99. So it is $7+ for another topping? Are you kidding me? We ordered the plain pepperoni and picked it up. All we have to say is ICK.... We have had better frozen pizza than this. I know you get what you pay for but in this case we didn't. Don't waste your money. read more

Ordered here last night, for delivery. This is the best pizza I have had, anywhere in this area. They do not skimp on toppings, like most others do. Ordered a salad as well, the best I have ever had, without having to make it myself. Again, there was no skimping. My new go to pizza in Keizer! Delivery was quick too! Good job Figaro's. read more
