Now it seems we just tip to get our order. The tip is treated like a surcharge that is probably distributed equally amongst all staff. One thing I can't stand is pre-tipping at dine in. And I see why these style restaurants only have pre-tipping. Just doesn't make any sense when dinning in. For just having food delivered to your table, you get your own drink when ordering, meh really not worth 20%, this place operates like a glorified fast food place. Just like all the others I've been to. Order and pay for food and beverage, get drink and number and grab a table, they bring food clear after you leave. No one asking if you want more water and probably no refills on soda. At least that was my experience. Not even tip worthy just charge more for your product and don't bother asking on your pos tablet.
