Food~A large (12 slices) Black Knight/Pepperoni/Pineapple it was piping hot pizza, fresh ingredients, and the crust was to die for (thin, crispy, and cooked to perfection). It's pretty big slices it feed 3 of us and, we took 2 slices home. Soda was cold and crisp (I feel you can tell when the machines need to be cleaned/replaced). Service~Cashier/Server he had great customer service. All of my questions were answered with a smile and, friendliness. Ambiance~I had been craving pizza for a few weeks so this really hit the mark. This was a high school hangout spot for my love so he was so happy to share it with me. It's plenty of seating and, street parking. They had a free arcade game, slot machines, and restrooms in the back. I would highly recommend this parlor the locals are really nice and, the pizza is so very good. read more

Enjoyed the friendly service and delicious pizza at UGOs Pizzaria. The ambiance is old-school pizza style establishment that feels welcoming and calm for a mid afternoon break. Looks like this is a popular place for little leagues. The pizza we had was topped with our favorite ground beef onions and black olives. Great first impression. read more

Terrible customer service. Placed a delivery over the phone and was treated terribly and was absolutely shocked by the disrespectful responses. I will not be supporting them a after this experience. What a shame! read more

IT WAS DELICIOUS. Their food is really good and amazing and the people there were really nice. One of the people accidentally made a full order of bread sticks but I ordered the half order so he gave me a free half read more

Really good pizza and incredibly friendly staff!! Plus super fun retro seating! There's also a cool bar that I'll have to try out sometime! And I love that you get a pizza slice magnet with each pizza purchase, and when you build a full pizza you get a free one!! Such a cute and clever idea! read more

The pizza was good and had a good rice crust. The freshness of the salad was not. The broccoli had black mold spots and the salad was soggy. They did offer to make me a new one, which I accepted, and it was better but wow, not a good quality product to leave a kitchen. The bathroom was broken and dirty. Although the pizza was good, the cleanliness conditions were not. read more

The worst pizza I ever was served! I can't believe they allowed this to leave their kitchen, and they charged me for this! I even left a nice tip. My fault for not checking before I left with my order. Will probably Never eat from here again!! read more

Ugo's Pizza Parlor - Ugo pizza - Pizza Near Me - Dallas, Oregon

Pizza is not what it was 8 years ago and double the price. Jojos had no density. The place was filthy. Walking by the bathroom you could smell urine. The toilet seat in the Mens room was falling off. No towels to dry my hands after is in the bathroom. The first table we chose had dried beer on it which smelled of spoiled beer. Walked over to grab a child seat both were so soiled there was dried food stuck to them. It took an hour to get our two pizzas. There was only one other family in the place and they ordered one pizza. Will definitely chose another establishment next time. read more

I hate having to write an updated review but things have change. First off the pizza hasn't changed. They still have wonderful food, I tried their BBQ wings and I love them. One of the things that have changed is the services. Its hard to tell who works there because no one wears a uniform. People just come and go from the kitchen/back area. Many time during the lunch rush they are understaffed. I will make simple requests, like a glass of water with my food. And they forget or don't care. There personal appearance is very poor as well. The building is in need of repair. The arcade game room has no light and half of the games don't work. They also have exposed wires in the room. The room with the video lottery has plenty of light and look fine. Priorities I guess. The men's bathroom is hot and usually dirty. They really need to spend some money on a few updated. read more

It's not the worst pizza I ever had. They have a lot of good pizza-making ingredients, but they seem to lack the engineering intelligence to assemble one that would please even the simplest of palates. Friendly suggestion: use standard pizza sauce as a default option. It can be a real people pleaser. I would put zero stars, but the crust was interesting. read more

If I could actually give them a no star I would... this place has gone down hill since Taylor has managed it. Sorry but making a specialty 2 topping the way my family has had made for over 10 years. Then telling me that can only b done on early morning orders and afternoon orders. It's ridiculous. U lost a good customer.... read more

Ugo's Pizza Parlor - a pizza with pepperoni and olives - Pizza Near Me - Dallas, Oregon

Ordered 3 pizzas today paid 118 dollars and drove back home opened the box to find the pizzas were burnt one even had a hole threw the pizza they tried to fill with olives then they had one pizza so mis shaped they had to put it in a second box? And when I called to complain they said they would remake and refund me for the two pizzas but when I got there they only refunded me one and they ran out of big dough so they have us two small pizzas for the one big one! And the pizza that I customized they didn't read the old receipt so it had green bell pepper an my son is allergic so they said they can remake but it will take 30 more mins on top of the 45 mins I already waited for the first remake! This is ridiculous if you say your going to refund us for two then do it don't lie then make sure you remake right thanks for ruining my night read more

Terrible business!! Everything is SO dirty and the prices are ridiculous. Pizza is burnt most of the time

We are from out of town and we're visiting my sister while in Dallas. I was in the mood for pizza & beer. UGO didn't have the beer part, but sure did have the pizza part & it was DELISH! We got 4 personal pizzas and 1 small pizza and it took a bit of time but we'll worth the wait. They had such a yummy dough for the crust and just the right amount of sauce and toppings. Took it to go so we could head next door for the beer part at the tap house. 10/10 recommend (even tho the wait is a little bit long) the pizza from here. Super yummy and well made! read more

I went in for a large pizza and wings... I was told 25 mins. I left and went to Walmart, Safeway and one more store. When I got back I waited 10 mins and then I was told they are trying a new pizza crust and it's just taking longer. I waited over 55 mins for something that should have been waiting for me when I got back. I'm just sad cause I love the pizza but that was wrong!! read more

I've been eating this pizza since the 70's. It's always been great! If you want great pizza this is a safe bet.

Decided to give Ugos another try since they used to be our favorite pizza in town, though the last few times we'd had it, it had gone down hill. Well, when I called to order this evening, the person refused to take our order (two large pizzas) because they were closing in 30 minutes and his boss just left. This was the last straw. We took our business elsewhere and will be doing so for now on. Extremely disappointed in Ugos. read more

Wife and were craving pizza. We went Ugo's Pizza and ordered giant 4 topping Pizza and it was delicious.

Used to be a go to staple! I've tried to give them a chance but 3 bade experiences in a row. They given me an estimate twice then I show up and the claim staff didn't show up and the pizza will be out soon but I end up sitting in the lobby for 45 more minutes. They also continuously mess up the order. Service just isn't acceptable for a place that charged $40 for a pizza. I hope they work it out as this has always been a favorite spot but it's no longer worth ordering a pizza here. read more

Really good pizza and spuds. JJ's is my favorite. Spuds are good size. goes really good with pizza. Got to come try it out.

Got the combo for $42 ...was some of the best fried chicken I've had in a while!!!..the potato wedges fried just right!..and delicious thin crust pizza, and the niners beating green bay that night made it even better. First I would said like to say, the owner is very active in the community .Helping the with special events. Now for the pizza nothing special here fair to average at best. My pizza with sausage pepperoni and mushrooms. You might need to take a second mortgage to pay for a pizza here it's outrageously expensive. As far as the service is concerned there is no service. The staff wasn't rude but didn't care. I will not be back here. Mediocracy doesn't work and its at work at this place. read more

The pizza is delicious and the jojo's will make you want to come back for more. Another perk is their video games are free!

Pizza does not get any better than here, JoJos are good and they have wonderful ranch. JJs pizza is by far the best, pepperoni, pepperoncini, onion, beef and Canadian bacon. Crust is always crispy and perfect. A bit overpriced but soooooo good. read more

Best pizza ever! Whoever made this pizza did so good on the crust! Great customer service!

I love Ugo's and what they do for the local Dallas Community. I have volunteered there as they offered to help fundraise my sons school. But after last night I will not be going back. My family and I came in to Ugo's and it was busy with the wine walk downtown but as I walked in most people were leaving. We needed a big table so I helped wipe them down. We order a medium half pep and half BBQ chicken and potatoes along with a pitcher of mtn dew, water and a salad. We got our salad and pitcher of dew. 15 minutes later the rest of our family showed up (a party of 13 people total) and ordered for themselves. Soon enough they got their pizza. My husband-Mike-thought it was strange they got their pizza first and checked in with the staff about our order. They said they couldn't find our slip for our pizza and asked his name and what he ordered. After a few minutes they said they still couldn't find it and would upgrade it to a large. That would've have been nice but our entire family was already eating and already done. We had two little boys with us and one had school the next day (by this time it was 7:20pm). My husband cancelled our order. As soon as my husband cancelled his order and asked for his money back the manager came out and told us we needed to be quiet because customers were complaining. There was only one other family in the dining area, with a teenager son. We never saw them go up to the counter as they were eating their pizza. The manager was extremely rude "You guys need to be quiet or I'm going to have to take away your alcohol." One pitcher for 4 adults. Really?! And she said this as soon as my husband cancelled the order? Very sad this women is a manager. It is very obvious she has no BASIC customer service skills. I am still in shock with how we were treated at a usually very hospitable local family pizza joint. I won't be going back till I hear she's been fired. read more

Went here for a fundraiser tonight. I was waiting for my pizza and my friend got theirs while I waited. It was covered with olives and pepperoni, it looked sooo good I couldn't wait for mine. But I waited... and waited... and waited. Finally, AN HOUR LATER (no exaggeration, my receipt said 5:20 and I received the pizza at 6:19, yes I was watching the clock). I got my pizza to go and didn't peek at it till I got home. What a disappointment... I ordered the Kings Delight. It's a meat pizza with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, salami, beef, and spicy Italian sausage. With those ingredients (and at that price) I expected a loaded pizza. There were large areas of just cheese with no topping and several pieces that only had two of the toppings on them. I couldn't taste any Italian sausage if it was on there at all. What was there tasted good, but the experience in whole left a lot to be desired. read more

Ordered large with bacon mushrooms tomatoes. Mushrooms def come from a can, toms were fresh, not sure about bacon but it was fairly tasteless as was the entire pie. Seemed to be missing sauce in a lot of areas but underneath the cheese its hard to see. Kind of greasy. Service was lacking too. All in all will not try again and do not recommend. read more

Recently moved back to Dallas after 15 years away. Went to Ugo's pizza for dinner and could not believe how wonderfully the exact same it was! It brought back so many memories of Friday night pizza and movie nights. Love this pizza place. Good pizza, sauce isn't overly sweet like some chains can be. The spuds are my absolute favorite from anywhere, and don't forget the ranch! read more

Ugo's is great! It has been in Dallas for over 20 years and still growing strong. Although it seems like it is often empty inside; its business is 90% delivery. You may have to wait alittle longer for your food because they make almost everything from scratch- the dough, pizza sauce, only the freashest 100% California cheese and premium toppings. The crust is thin. Thats their trademark. They do offer a thicker crust for a additional price. The prices at Ugo's are a little bit steep. But thats the price you pay for good pizza. I've been eating there for YEARS! The most popular pizza on the menu is the Black Knight- pepperoni, Olives, Mushrooms and italian sausage. The restaurant has FREE games for kids, which is super nice for when my neices and nephews go with me! People are friendly and willing to help you get exactly what you want! I'd recommed it!!! Yummy! read more

Best pizza in town. It takes a while to get it, but it's worth the wait. Also, do yourself a favor and order the spuds, you won't regret it.

Wow!! I'm so Impressed this is the best pizza I have had in a long time. It does take a bit to get but well worth the wait.

This is based on customer service. Not the food. Don't bother trying to redeem this online yelp coupon, family meal for $22.10 They refused to take it saying they had never heard of it. When I complained and said don't put stuff online you refuse to take, the girl ignored me, no experience with unhappy customers I guess? Poor customer service in my opinion. No offer to except it this once or comp me something extra, no instead the girl wanted to charge me more for extra ranch! Go here with your wallet open.. read more

Been a customer for 30+ years. Love the pizza. Tonight we recieved the WORST service. They overlooked a pizza order in our group, when we canceled (not waiting an additional 40 min) the female manager came out of kitchen, said we were too loud and she would ask us to leave. It was done out of spite. We had 4 kids with us. We are a large family and we were enjoying our time there before that. It was uncalled for and we will not be back. Sad. read more

Best pizza around. Yes, it is expensive, but more than worth it! Delivery is always faster than what they say. I've had them screw up a delivery one time, but I got a free pizza out of it! Yum!! The pizza is so tasty, perfectly cooked and crispy crust. Friendly staff, good prices, and yummy ice cream!

Best pizza in Dallas! We always get delivery and it takes about half an hour to 40 minutes. It is pretty pricey, but it's so worth it because it's not domino's. The restaurant itself is kinda sketchy, but the pizza is great. The staff are friendly and we'll always get our pizza from here. My favorite is a large half pepperoni and black olive/ half pepperoni and pineapple. Sweet and savory! read more
