Called to order a pizza for delivery because I was tired and pizza is a splurge nowadays. The man who answered the phone immediately told me they aren't offering delivery tonight. This was the Lancaster/Silverton Rd location. So sadly they are going out of business I can only assume. Because the only reason we order overpriced and often burned pizza from them is because we are tired and want it delivered and often with a six pack of beer am I right? Back in Salem, Oregon for work. It's a lovely place, you should visit. I was working and tired so I DoorDashed. And it should come as a shock to absolutely no one that I got pizza. It's really the perfect food. Anyway, I ordered the Power Forward, the Big Juan, and Cheezy Garlic Bread. The whole time I was waiting, I hoped that it tasted as good as it looked on the app. The pictures really sold it. After about 35 minutes, I had my three boxes in hand and a promise from my Dasher that I would LOVE the pizza. Apparently his buddy owns the place so he's quite the cheerleader. He's also not wrong at all, far from it. This pizza was top five for me. From the look to the texture to the flavor, everything was just done RIGHT, you know? It even looked like the pictures! The garlic sauce on the Power Forward (and the cheesy bread, if I'm not mistaken) hit all the notes. The Big Juan made me think of a Navajo taco, which is one of my favorite things. The crust was flavorful enough to eat without sauce but I got the Burns Twice sauce for crust cleanup. Lemme tell ya, that sauce isn't kidding! Especially if you're a generous dunker like myself. Great flavor and PLENTY of heat. Overall, it was just a perfect pizza experience. Bonus points for being amazing leftovers too, though I did have to pick some lettuce off the Big Juan before it could go in the microwave. If you're a local and you haven't tried Odd Moe's, I think you might have to move to Texas or something. At least, that's the rumor I just started. But today, husbands comin home with a pizza all happy, ate a piece on the way home even. Comes inside and it's like wtf? Is that hidden pepperoni? Yep. So I call. Austin answers the phone. He says the ticket says 1/2 pep and the other half pep with extra cheese ?? What? No, he said 1/2 cheese 1/2 pep It's a friggen 1 topping carry out special so what?? Yep, they don't care. I have to say as a global traveler I'm surprised to see this with such a low star rating. I've ordered here twice to be sure my first experience matched my second. It's without a doubt the best pizza I've had as of yet, fantastic crust depth and flavor, very well matched generous topping flavors and a free two liter of soda. The customer service has been welcoming, spirited and kind both times I've gone in. I didn't know this was a small chain restaurant until creating this review so I can't speak for other locations but this one will undoubtedly give you an outstanding pizza pie experience!!! Ordering process was good; delivery was even early; and delivery person good. The pizza itself had a good thin crust as ordered. The sauce, three veg's and three meats appeared to have been kept all together in one vat of not-olive-tasting oil before being used, so lacked any individual taste one from the other. One flavor no matter eating crust, veggies, meats, sauce. All the same, and their individual flavors flattened out by the wealth of oil. I find it hard to describe a general and pervasive non-flavor. Well the night was late, and our stomachs empty from avoiding over priced, bot that great fair food. See we have a family of six, and really I insist to not go broke eating 60 bucks in food that might as well be from dairy queen. We looked about in what could be near by, able to eat in the car, quick, cheap, and preferable to be of the fatty grease variety. Naturally I figured a pesto based pizza (oil not grease) would fit the bill. We summoned the might coupon apps and 1 mile away was a BOGO pizza, one for me, one for the 5 of them... Nabbed one pesto based cheese, and one white sauce, for a screaming deal. Solid choice, both were amazing, see I hate cheap red sauces, and really... most cheap red sauces (Verde tribe represent) we enjoyed the pizza so much we at all 6 on the ride home to portland. read more

Pizza was satisfying. We got the thin crust which is not the same as Pietro's or Paddington's, but still very tasty. Our "Hawaiian" came with bacon and the cheese was good. We got a large and it fed three people with a couple slices left over. BONUS: not sure how oomph it's available, but take away orders get a free 2 liter soda pop. read more

I don't know what is going on there but skimpy on toppings is an understatement. This was the first time ordering from here- a huge order due to having our power off for repairs and the heat. There was barely any sauce on all pizzas, so because there wasn't many toppings on most, the pizzas were bland. Beware that if you order a two topping pizza with a meat and veg, you'll pretty much only get veg, and the special Hawaiian pizza with the extra extra ingredients like Canadian bacon and pineapple and bacon, you're only going to get the regular amount of Canadian bacon, no regular bacon and barely any pineapple. The bbq chicken pizza will have small chunks of hard overcooked chicken and no bacon. And the big Juan had the right amount of veg, but the lettuce was wilted, and no sauce and barely any meat, so it was like eating cooked tomatoes and black olives and cooked lettuce on a tough piece of bread. For a pizza that should have been flavorful it was soooo bland that you couldn't tell what it was supposed to be. Also the crusts are extremely tough. Maybe over kneaded? I don't think that this is indicative of what is the norm, or at least I hope not. Our customer service was pretty awesome though. The delivery guy was super nice (although we're pretty sure that the pizzas were shifting in the car ride over or got tipped at some time due to the condition of them when we opened them. Overall I'd give rate them at OK , but needs work. Not worth the expense because you're not getting what you paid for, but not terrible either. read more

At around 3:00 this afternoon I ordered a large pizza and wings from Odd Moe's on North Lancaster. It was scheduled to arrive at 6:45 PM. While pre-paying, I left a generous tip for the driver. It is now 7:20 PM, and my order has not arrived. No one called or emailed me. No notice of any kind has been forthcoming. Thinking that the driver might be lost, I phoned the restaurant. My pizza has not been made. No driver is en route. Nobody has any explanation. I asked for a refund, and that was refused. "We don't do refunds. We might give you a partial credit if you come down and want to buy something." I asked for the name of the manager. He is "not in." I asked for the name of the person I was talking to. The employee disconnected the phone. I called back, and was told to quit calling in by someone who called himself "Avery." This is a little bit shocking to me, because I've been ordering from this location for a year. Nothing like this has ever happened before. I suppose a credit card dispute is my only recourse. Pro Tip: If you decide to order from Odd Moe's, don't pre-pay. Make them collect on delivery. And don't leave a tip before service is rendered. That sounds obvious, but the proclivity to be nice is my undoing. read more

The toppings are fresh and bursting with flavor. Their chicken strips aren't amazing, but their specialty is pizza, so I can let that slide. They also deliver beer and soda. I buy these folk's pizza once a week, and 2 xlarge multi topping pizzas ain't cheap. The toppings, although plentiful on the combo pizza I ordered, didn't save it. The chicken wings weren't crispy at all - kind of rubbery and unappetizing - and is it really necessary to charge $0.50 per each tiny 1 oz container of ranch? Only one tiny container comes with the order of wings - enough to maybe dip 2 wings, so unless you have a bottle of ranch at home, you'll need to buy another one or two. Best pizza in town. All of their ingredients are very fresh. They make their dough every day in the store. They are generous with the toppings and they have excellent customer service.
