I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience I had at the Taco Bell location in McMinnville while working as a DoorDash driver. On the evening of my visit, the lobby was closed, so I entered the drive-thru to pick up three DoorDash orders. When I reached the speaker, I clearly stated that I was there to pick up three separate orders. The employee informed me that they could only release two orders per vehicle and instructed me to go through the drive-thru again to retrieve the third order. Although this policy was inconvenient--especially given that the drive-thru line was very busy--I complied without argument. After receiving the first two orders, I re-entered the long drive-thru line as directed. Because the employee at the window specifically told me to "come back to the window" for the third order, I did not stop again at the speaker and instead proceeded directly to the window. When I arrived at the window, I was then told that since I had not stopped at the speaker, I would need to go back around yet again and stop at the speaker before they could hand me the third order. This was contradictory to the instructions I had previously been given. What made this situation especially unacceptable was the behavior of the staff. Throughout the interaction, employees were laughing and mocking me while I was simply trying to do my job. As a DoorDash driver, I rely on restaurants to communicate clearly and treat drivers with professionalism and respect. Instead, I was treated dismissively and made to feel embarrassed for following the instructions that were given to me. This situation caused unnecessary delays, impacted my delivery times, and ultimately affected my ability to provide good service to customers. Policies--if they exist regarding order limits per vehicle--should be clearly communicated and applied consistently. Additionally, employees should never mock or laugh at someone who is simply following directions and attempting to do their job. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and that staff receive proper training regarding professional conduct and consistent communication with delivery drivers. DoorDash drivers represent paying customers, and we deserve to be treated with respect. read more

This is the day after Christmas, my family and I decided to eat Taco Bell, it was a $50 order and we used the Taco Bell app and I went in to pick it up. We used my girlfriend's phone/app not mine. When I arrived for pick up I waited in line and then told the guy at the register I had an order for pick up and told him my girlfriends name he pulled the order right up and said would be a few minutes. I then sat down and waited exactly 19 minutes and they called her name, I went up to get the order and a lady not the guy who I spoke to at first that takes orders confirmed my girlfriends name and she said ok I need to see your order on your app. I said my girlfriend's name is home with the kids and she did the order she said she needs to see it first to give me our order. She turned around and walked away without saying anything else. I said out loud since no one was there speaking to me any longer that we will cancel the order and I left and we went somewhere else. I went in during the middle of the day to go get my weekly supreme crunch wrap. Not only was the food under cooked but Henry was being extremely passive aggressive towards me. On the plus side it was clean. However Henry really ruined my day by being extremely negative towards me. I really just wanted my food. This overall experience was not worth my time. Dear Taco Bell, when you see the customer at your counter and you tell them that you don't/won't take their order - that they have to place their order at a kiosk -- you shouldn't be surprised when they turn around and walk out of your restaurant without placing an order. It's kind of sad that this location is so bad. I don't live in Mac. I work there a lot. I ordered through the mobile app. Chicken cantina soft taco. No pico, no avocado ranch. Add spicy ranch. Went through the drive through and sat at the menu for 5 minutes waiting for them to take our order. They didn't say anything so we went up to the window hoping they'd take our order then. The manager refused to take our order at the window and told us we'd have to get back in line. Went in for lunch, ordered at the touch screen menu... I couldn't see the new Grilled Cheese Taco, so I asked someone at the counter to which he replied "yeah you need to ask us and we can order it for you". I said great! I'll take 3!...he replied "sorry we're out of them. Oh well, we finished ordering, and a few minutes later our order was ready. I grabbed the tray and asked for our drink cups..." Which size did you order? "..." Large "..." Oh sorry we're out of large cups so here's 2 mediums instead. Wow, I thought... After getting ALL of our drinks, we ate. On the background I could hear the employees taking orders... Onions? Sorry, we're out of those. Really? Onions? A few minutes later a Doordash driver arrived to pick up an order. She got the usual "sorry we're out of large cups so here's 2 mediums". The driver returned a minute later and said she couldn't get any Baja Blast out of the pop machine... Ready for this one? "Yeah sorry we're out of Baja Blast". She had to call her customer to get his second choice for a drink... Honestly underwhelming and not a great experience. The food was standard Taco Bell so it filled the hole in our gut. On the upside, the bathrooms were pretty clean. Who handles the ordering for this place? The owner or the manager? Either way, someone should be fired... You might also put up a sign when you're out of something so that people don't try to order it and find out they can't have it until AFTER they have paid... read more

Ugh Taco Bell. How hard is it to read a screen and get an order correct? Apparently VERY. I can't count the number of times our order has been wrong. But it's only been right twice no matter how you order CHECK it for accuracy. I am super allergic to dairy and get very sick from it and 99% of the time I get cheese when I specify NO cheese ‍ I know it's "just" Taco Bell, but for the number of vegan offerings and options there are the employees need to understand how to read order modifications. read more

We'll never thought I'd say I've had the worst Taco Bell on my life but after all these years he's happened. Before visiting I checked the reviews and was sceptic to bring with. Ordering was easy, even though the attendant didn't sound the best. Had to ask for a fork for the fiesta potato's. Get back to enjoy our food, chipotle Mets we're these little cheesy roll ups with chicken not chipotle sauce hence the name chipotle melt. Our Sierra Mist was only soda water. This was literally one of the absolute worst examples of customer service I have ever witnessed. Firstly when I called I asked the name of the young lady who answered the phone when she implied she was the manager (Emily), then once she realized I was not going to be rude or combative back and only wanted an issue resolved for my elderly father who is a disabled veteran who not only received the worst food imaginable (I have photos and will be passing this along to their Corporate office when it opens Monday morning at 7am Pacific time) but the worst possible attitude when he called to let them know there was an issue she then got the General Manager (Jake). My father came through the drive thru around 12pm when he called regarding the food that was far below par and the drinks that were aggressively watered down he was told they would give him a free Taco COUPON for his next visit after which he called me and I spoke to Jake (An awful excuse for leadership) finally at 2pm after my father tried to resolve the issue, then threw the disgusting excuse for food out and went elsewhere for lunch. I was offered that my father could return and they would remake the food as this point and when I explained that was not necessary as they went elsewhere after all the issues and I suggested he offer a refund I was tld and I quote "There will be NO REFUND... (Click the phone hung up)". Now being in the customer service field and having a large staff myself I can understand frustration hence why I am always polite even in situations like this, therefore his response was not only shocking but completely unwarranted and I am going to make certain the community and their Corporate office know exactly how they treat no only the general public but our nations HEROS who fought for the freedoms we have today. Proceeded to wait literally 30 minutes before anyone asked if I had been helped (I was waiting by the counter), couldn't find my original order, took my order again at the counter, only too serve me half of what I paid for. Went in and ordered a crunchy taco. Waited ten minutes before telling someone who was also waiting for their food (and had ordered before me) to enjoy my taco and left. Interesting that the drive through computer board that tells the team members how much time the average wait time is said the current wait time was two minutes. God bless the Cashier who heard my cry as i remembered that the grilled stuffed burrito was no longer on the menu. She told me the 7 layer with the added things (she pressed some magical buttons for ingredients that USED to be in the GSB) and basically made the Grilled stuffed burrito for me!
