Pretty happy with this chain. Price for size and quality and whatever toppings you want all at the same price, definitely other personal pizza chains can't compare. I will say you have to find what you like here. Their basic cheese or Margherita pizza is great if unsure. But some of their others can be tempting and sometimes a let down. I found my go to though, the Tristan, but add marinara base and balsamic glaze on top. Maybe an extra veggie or 2. Oh, and the No Name Cake aka copycat Ding Dong! My all time favorite "chocolate cake"! Occasionally their seasonal flavors are good, but not always. Classic is always a safe go to. If you're dining in they have plenty of seating, cool atmosphere and the employees are always super cool/friendly. I've been here several times and it's always consistent! read more

On a visit to Utah and this is my first visit to a Mod Pizza. You enter and they make your pizza Ala Cart or you can choose from their menu. The service was excellent as not many customers and we did not have to wait in line at all. My grandson chose the toppings and sauce he wanted and it was made right in front of us and then wood fired. The place was clean with music playing and I will try again if in my travels I see one. read more

It's been awhile so I thought I'd update. The guy I interacted with was super nice and helpful. I told him I'm only gluten intolerant so no need to go crazy with cross contamination but he still changed his gloves and wiped everything down. I told him I was there for book club and he gave me a free drink which was super cool! I loved the berry lemonade! My only complaint is the cauliflower crust is like eating pizza toppings on a cracker. Super uncomfortably crunchy. So many positive reviews for this crust so I was surprised. Back to the "gluten-friendly" for me! read more

Made in slow time...Only 2 employees and nothing was prepped. A girl with colorful hair was making each pizza by herself- kept forgetting our order. Took 5 min each time to put gloves on after each customer. Meanwhile girl with two braids at the oven texting on her phone and smiling to herself the whole time, completely oblivious. Girl with braids friends came in and then she starts chatting with them. Girl at oven wouldn't put our pizzas in until the whole order was done... a couple walked out and said they had been waiting in line and couldn't stand it any longer. The line got longer and longer and it was painful to watch. Judging by the reviews this is a continued problem. Maybe management needs to do some checking in. Restaurant was clean otherwise. Women's bathroom needed help. read more

Employees and NOT practicing safe food handling measures. Ordered a pizza and while the employee was waiting to take it out of the oven, he picked his nose. After my pizza was done he used that hand to cut it. Let's just say, I lost $10+ dollars that day. I then saw another employee wash his hands and bare handed, no gloves, started handling the dough in the presser for customer orders. Never again will I go to this location. Forewarned read more

Food is tasty. Need some training though. Two fast people were whipping out online orders while people in line waited, I kid you not, 10 minutes PER PIZZA just to have it assembled, let alone cooked. The guy was new. Others should have helped. read more

Awful experience they were so slow and burned my pizza. I will not be coming back ever.

Absolute trash pizza! The quality is worse than Dominoes, Papa John's, and Pizza Hut, but they still charge you more than those establishments. How do you stay in business with such low quality pizza while charging higher than your competitors? I ordered mine ahead of time and showed up five minutes early to get it. It was already room temperature. So, who knows how long it was sitting there. I got a medium, and you can see that it is barely bigger than a child's plate. Take your money somewhere better, which would be any other pizza place read more

I came to leave a one star review and I had already left one last time. The service at this place is a joke. Last time they had a bunch of people just standing around. Tonight they burned the crap out of my pizza. I didn't have time to deal with it. I showed it to the guy and her didn't even care. I don't have time to sit around while you make another one and have to cook it. It's not hard to cook a pizza. read more

Amazing customer service food was amazing and made on demand walked in and was instantly greeted

Did an online order and I still had to wait 15 more minutes. Finally, I get my pizzas and realized the pizza inside the box was not my pizza! To top it off the green pepper still had the sticker! Make sure you get the right pizza inside the box AND look out for stickers! HOW RIDICULOUS! read more

The pizza was good. I liked the thin crust and being able to choose whatever toppings for the same price. I thought the "classic" pizzas were different, but I only found one appealing and ended up just creating my own. They were busy but I would have appreciated a little more care with the toppings, sauce, and cutting of the pizza (see pic) read more

Store was very busy. Only had two young teenagers working. They couldn't keep up. The tables were disgusting. It was obvious they haven't had time to clean any of them. Had to clean our own table. Some drinks were completely out, but couldn't ask them for more because they were barely able to tend to making pizzas. On the positive side, the pizza was pretty good. Female employee was not very friendly. Male employee was very nice. read more

My favorite pizza!! Gluten free pizza is what I go for!! The cauliflower crust is my favorite!! They let me put on any toppings I want

Just know it will take some time to get your food if you order online. I feel like online orders are left behind and I waited around 40 mins past my pick up time. read more

Crust was burnt on edges and the underneath of the pizza. There was only cheese on a third of the pizza. At least one slice was just a pepperoni and sauce. Extremely disappointed once again in this location. I can't comment on the service nor the ambiance as it was an online pickup order. Can't recommend. read more

This is a build your own or you can choose from about a dozen offered variations! My wife tries to eat very healthy, so she used to hesitate when pizza was suggested! Now, pizza is her first choice, as long as it is Mod Pizza. She is very partial to the cauliflower crust on which she builds a vegetarian pizza that she greatly enjoys. I am the opposite! So, I build a meat pizza! To prevent waste or overeating, I choose the very small pizza. Even though its small, after adding cheese, meats, sauce, onions, tomatoes, olives, and peppers, it is very filling and satisfying! Unless we arrive at noon, we seldom wait in line very long. Inside or outside seating is offered. The building is brick, modern, clean and comfortable. we usually choose to eat here but my wife often takes half of her pizza home to eat later. We have never been bothered by too much noise or uncomfortable temperatures! I highly recommend this if you like pizza! read more

This was our third time at the MOD Pizza Riverton location. We haven't had a bad experience yet. Our pizzas have consistently been good. This was our first time ordering online for pickup. Our order was ready within 15-20 minutes, as estimated at the time of our order. As far as our pizzas go- the Lucia pizza was okay, but the ricotta wasn't our favorite. The spicy Calabrian chili red sauce is good if you're in the mood for a kick. The crust and pepperoni were excellent. We will do the Mad Dog instead the next time we are looking for a pepperoni pizza. The Caspian + jalapeños, pineapple, and bacon was an interesting combination of strong flavors. As always, the Gorgonzola was sharp and the jalapeños were hot. We could have done with less BBQ sauce, but can't really complain about that. All in all, we would recommend MOD Pizza if you're looking for something different than Domino's or Papa Murphy's. read more

I ordered a pepperoni pizza, simple as that IT WAS SO EASY TO MAKE. I cannot believe you guys are still continuing to put money towards this place. Unbelievable. Pretty ok pizza with a wide variety of topping to keep you happy. Is it my favorite pizza? no. That being said, I am giving it 5 stars because of their customer service. They burnt part of my pizza (barely) and immediately started making me a new one (without me asking) and let me keep the original. Balsamic fig glaze and mikes hot honey were very nice additions to their topping list. read more

Pizza isn't bad, but their salad definitely contains sulfites. I've had the same reaction three times now. If you're sensitive to sulfites, avoid the salad. read more

I know this is supposed to be fast pizza but I would still expect fresh ingredients. I ordered my favorite pizza which is pepperoni and jalapeño. When I got it they had put pickled jalapeños on it. The sauce tasted canned which by itself I could have handled but with every bite all I could taste was pickled jalapeño juice it was disgusting. Chuck E Cheese pizza would have been better. read more

i like the food it's good i get a free cake and i like the pizza and it taste very yummy and makes me happy

We enjoyed the atmosphere. Staff was helpful and kind. Liked you can select any toppings. Great beverage selection. Just isn't a place I'd crave or return to. Is it the crust or the sauce....something just felt missing. No pizza limone or setta bella. A bit pricey in comparison to pizza places I enjoy more. read more

I have been wanting to try this place for a while now, I received a gift card for my birthday so I decided to try it. The door to enter inside the building was absolutely filthy. And so was the whole entire restaurant. There were two guys working with no hairnet their hair was so long it was hanging out of their hats. The one guy putting the pizza in the oven's wasn't even wearing any gloves. The place was filthy and the food was less than desirable. read more

We fairly recently found out that my fiancée has severe lactose intolerance, so we have been trying all sorts of options to replace pizza on cheese, and found out that this spot offers a dairy-free "cheese" option. We couldn't find many places that do, so this was a very pleasant surprise. The pizza was still good with the dairy free cheese, so we'll definitely be ordering again in the future! read more

For a corporate chain, their pizza is better than most privately owned places. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and they clearly take the time to train their people how to use the pizza oven. Highly recommend giving them a try. read more

Not a huge pizza guy but I love me some mod pizza. Been to the location a few times and it's usually empty. Thought I'd give it a try. The price is great for the food but they Theywere out of a few ingredients. Dropped in to share a pizza and salad with my wife. Ordered both to stay and couldn't find utensils or straws and when I asked where I might find them was told they were out of utensils and straws but the restaurant nearby probably has some if I wanted to go take some from them. Tell me when I order that you have no utensils, etc. Don't wait until I've ordered and paid to tell me I have to steal my own utensils from the neighboring restaurant! read more

the service was so bad and so slow; we waited 30 minutes to order while only one person made pizzas and the other worker ignored helping

It's just not good. Ordered online but our order wasn't ready until 20 minutes after our pickup time that we scheduled in advance. They didn't make all the pizzas in our order at the same time so some pizzas sat around getting cold while we waited for the others. In the end, we waited all that time and it was not even good. Crust is wafer thin yet still tough and doesn't taste good. Half the pizza didn't even have cheese. read more

Service is so slow. If you try to dine in, you'll be superseded by online orders. Nothing "super fast" about this pizza.

I don't know if there is a better value than MOD Pizza. I'm always surprised when I take the family and the bill is so low. We always make our own pies. The best practice, the secret sauce, the go to on every pie is the Pesto finish with a drizzle of the Hot Honey. I dream about the Hot Honey. We are always happy when we go to MOD. read more

Gave this place a try last week. I had the Kevin (seasonal pizza with pumpkin, peppers, Canadian bacon). I have been back three times for the same thing as I'm afraid it will be gone soon (seasonal). It's pretty good. They make the pizzas right in front of you and all the toppings are including in the price of the pizza. The salads are pretty good as well. It's that new fast service type pizza joint that tries to set themselves apart but they're really just like all the other new fast service pizza joints. I'll return but I'm not dying to, it's a quick good pizza at a recently decent price. Not little Caesars, not setebello if that makes any sense. Enjoy! read more
