II had tried PL at the SLC airport. It was after closing and they were kind enough to do a pepperoni with kalamantha olives. Thin crust, fresh sauce, salty and salty; I was hungry too?!?! Great customer service experience and a great pizza. I had to try this location in the District. I'm so glad I did. The place was packed but it should be since it's Saturday. I'd be worried if it wasn't. I got my pizza and Caesar salad to go. At checkout there is a big container of fresh squeezed lemonade. When I got home I had a feast! Well, a couple slices were eaten in my car but the rest made it home. The Caesar dressing was interesting as it had basil incorporated. Very fresh and delicious. First time I'd ever had basil in my Caesar salad dressing, have you? If not it's a must try. My partner had this delivered to my house and I LOVED everything I ate. The food was legit cold when it got here... no idea which delivery service he used... but I bring it up to say it was still amazing microwaved! I saw rave reviews for both the pera and viola and couldn't decide so we got both. If you're stuck and can only get one... I think viola wins. The prosciutto with the blackberries? Wow. Such a great combo. And on the pera, I was surprised by how much I liked the pistachios! They really work! Lastly, the dessert pizza... was intense. Rich and sticky. Pizza size is good for one or shareable if you have a light appetite. Salad was interesting spin to the traditional Caesar salad. They use a herb Caesar dressing which to me was like a Parmesan green goddess dressing which was herbaceous and yummy. The House Marinara was yummy as well and tasted fresh which means a lot. Waiting in line to order my pizza was slow. Paying for my pizza was slow. Getting my pizza was so slow I'm 95% sure they burned it and had to re-make it and then didn't tell me that so they wouldn't "need" to offer me any thing to make up for it. And when they brought my pizza to my table it wasn't made right, despite paying extra $$ for extra toppings, but when its so slow you think lunch time must now be dinner time you just take the pizza (still good because...its pizza?) and vow to write a Yelp review to help other consumers make better choices than you did this time. The Pera and the Caprese are both awesome and definitely my fave, though I have yet to try their Limone. TheBuongiorno is another fun one. Love their Italiana salad, but was surprisingly disappointed in the Tre Sorelle, which a lot of other people really like. My kids love the Formaggi. I wasn't impressed by the Margherita, Viola or the Verdure. They keep the place clean and all the staff have been friendly. Some other locations have given me center heavy pizzas w way too little toppings towards the outside of the crust, but haven't run into that at this location. read more

Ok, we've been here multiple times over the past 4 years. Like A LOT! This is the first time we've been and I've been underwhelmed. First, I like to order their featured item. Usually they are great. Especially if they have burrata. This time I tried the Catana salad. It was really good, except they didn't put any of the cheese on and they skipped the pistachios. Which is crappy. I would have said something except we had to have them remake my kid's pizza because they burnt it on the first go around. My daughter tried the limone pizza for the first time and was a fan. My husband got his viola, which was ok tonight, the ham was a little cold still. Overall not the best night. They look like half their staff is high school kids. Which isn't bad, but training needs to be a bit better. We'll definitely go back, but they do need to train better. Not their fault, it's not all that clear, but after I texted back that we're living on the other side of the parking lot, I got dressed and walked over to where they had parked their car as they weren't moving from their spot... They were friendly and they apologized, but I do regret the lack of customer service. It would have been easier for them to just drive the few meters to come to the right entrance. I' reviewing this location only, because I LOVE Pizzeria Limone, but this location has been so disappointing lately. I order via Uber Eats one day when I didn't have a car and only got half my order, and the pizza I did get was wrong. When I called the store, they couldn't find record of my order at all. Their only suggestion was to come to the restaurant, but again, I didn't have a car that night. Next visit, I ordered online and picked up. I waited the 35 min their website said it would take and headed over. When I got there, not only had they not even started my order, but again couldn't find my order for several minutes. Today I decided to just go in and order so there wasn't any confusion. When I got home, I realized they only gave me half a crosta with my large soup and my salad was missing most of the ingredients that were supposed to be on it.
