(well, right next to the remodeled AMC with the bar and $5 dollar Tuesday movies with reclining leather seats... amazing!) Quick and tasty! Very friendly staff as well! This girl with dark hair and a banana is awesome! I always see her when I come in and she's got the greatest personality and customer service! I sat there and people watched while I ate one day, and they legitimately have regulars that they know by name and genuinely ask how they're doing, remembering details. Pretty yummy "build your own" pizza and salad at flat rate prices. Service was great, ingredients are fresh, they have sweet treats, beer and wine. Can't ask for anything more. Prices are very reasonable. I'm so happy that they opened this place right around the corner from my house. The hubby and I decided to give this a try for dinner. This is now on my family's "places to eat" spot. I've read some peoples' negative reviews about the long wait or something - you want cooked pizza, right? Tried for the first time today. We ordered an 11" pizza and they put about 1/2 oz of sausage and a tablespoon or so of cheese. While the flavors were ok it with the skimp it was mostly crust. Also the salad greens were wilted and unappealing so a pass on the salad. Follow up: Great response from MOD Pizza and we will give them another try. read more

Pizza is always good but experience always sucks ass!! The way coworkers here talk about each other is horrible. While I was in today there a heavier set girl that was talking about how "Chance" is a horrible trainer and how she makes her nervous because her bad energy, and that she isn't "mod standards". Then proceeded to say that she's happy to be working with Dee because she's cool and not crazy. If chance isn't "mod standards" what are you, talking about your coworkers like that? I'm only going to presume she was a manager due to her talk of opening maricopa store or queen creek don't even remember. Doesn't matter still such an inappropriate conversation to be having not at all discretely nor quietly. I had mentioned that everytime I'm there someone is talking crap about people they work with to hint towards maybe being a bit more professional, obviously that wasn't picked up. It's just sad that people have so much to say about others who aren't even around when the things are being said. There's a place and time for trash talk... I mean or not. When customers are there clearly watching your shit talk sesh, that's not the time. I'm embarrassed for the coworkers who were mentioned. I decided to go to mod pizza after working a shift at my job. The food was really good but the customer service was terrible. The guy working the counter acted like I was an asshole for asking what the various toppings were which were unlabeled. He was also really unhelpful, even putting on a cheese I hadn't asked for, and made feel stupid for asking if the particular sausage I asked for (they carry 3 or 4) was Italian sauce. I'll definitely go back to mod pizza but never this location. read more

My daughter brought home a salad from this place and it was REALLY yummy!! She had a Caesar with added mushrooms. The only thing I didn't really like is that the price was rather high for the size of the bowl. For a medium sized salad and drink, she spent almost $10. For the same price, you can go to Sweet Tomatoes and build your own bigger size salad, you'd also get soup, bread and muffins, and even take it "to go". I'll stick to Sweet Tomatoes. read more

Hello there! So normally I do not like to leave review like this but I am beyond frustrated. Tonight my boyfriend and Roomate had gone to this location for, obviously, pizza. My bf has celiacs disease and gluten could literally kill him. My Roomate got a regular crust pizza and he asked for a gluten free pizza. Your lovely worker Bridget Gonzalez decided to make our Roomate's pizza first normally not a big deal HOWEVER, she had rolled his dough in flour and then tried to make my boyfriends pizza (which needed to be gluten free). When he pointed out the mistake she literally chucked the dough across the counter and stormed out. They had to get a manager to finish their order and the only thing he could say was "she gets like that sometimes." On what Fucking planet is it acceptable to work in a customer facing position and behave this way??? He didn't ask like it was a new trend he was trying he literally has an allergic reaction and dietary restriction and she acted like he asked for her left leg. Y'all are lucky I was not there with them to witness this behavior. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. Completely unacceptable. read more

It was ok pizza. The decor was nice, however tables were small for 4 people, and kind of sticky. The pizza was advertised as small and you can add as many toppings to it as you like for the same price. My family got a small cheese and pepperoni pizza and a medium sausage, pepperoni pizza. The quality of the crust is like store bought frozen pizza. The cheese was fresh and tasted good on the palate. The sausage was heated up from being frozen, so kind of squishy. However, the spices were just right. The meat sauce was store bought quality as well. Not original. The staff was nice, however run by teenagers it seemed like. They didn't respond well to two young kids. I have this establishment two stars for not being to family friendly and quality of ingredients. read more

I went in on January 18th, with an... odd request per my dad. He wanted EVERY topping that was offered minus pineapple & anchovies.. I was greeted right as I walked in to a VERY upbeat staff who was more than happy to assist me. I could see the staff smiling with their eyes as I walked up to order. The girl fixing up this delicious pizza I believe was named Evelyn. She was so passionate & very excited to help me! She was very hyped about making this p a c k e d pizza. Next came by Jackie, extremely upbeat & friendly. She was very happy to assist me & help me with my order. She even told me the process of how they'd have to cook this monster of a pizza - which would make the dough a bit more crunchy, just how my dad likes it! She seemed like she truly cares about the customer experience & making things perfect! If she's in a manger position - extremely good choice!!! If she's not, I suggest she should be. As the pizza was cooking, Zack came by while cleaning to chat with me & ask how I was doing. Something as simple as that, made my night! This experience was OUTSTANDING. Overall everything that happened in that few shorts minutes I was there was phenomenal. Never have I received service this good, anywhere. I highly suggest these workers become the face of this location, in my opinion they are the best people I've ever encountered in all the times I have visited - which had prompted me to write this review! read more

i ordered my pizza and gave me an ETA of 8:11pm to be done. 20 mins for order time... fine, it's normal. After 20 mins I'm told they ran out of dough so it would be a minimum of another 20 mins. I asked for a refund because I didn't feel like waiting an hour in my car for pizza. I asked for a refund and the rude male working last night told me "you can cancel yourself from the app". I tried... no success. I asked again to please have my refund. With an attitude and no apologies, the teen working with no customer service just handed me a receipt with a voided order. No words no nothing. Might I add the almost $25 I just spent still come out of card and I left with zero food and a bad taste in my mouth from your awful employees. Good pizza for anyone and everyone. My vegan mom can get salad and dairy free pizza. Everything on the menu is pretty Gucci. You get to choose your type of pizza with toppings and cheese. My wife and I go to this place and location so many times it's unbelievable! There's no better "build your own" pizza place in the entire valley (In my opinion)! We absolutely love when Lauren is working, she always greets us with a smile and makes sure to let us know how excited she is that we came in, she is seriously so amazing! The food, each ingredient, tastes soo great!
