It's been years since I've been to a MOD pizza and I'm so happy we stopped in at this location. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff to take our orders. The menu has changed since we were last in a MOD so it was a little different. I love that it's a cafeteria type line that allows me to choose whatever toppings I want for one price, as long as I don't get anything "fancy". It's a little bit of a wait to get the pizzas baked but that's completely expected. It comes out hot and delicious to the table. For what's considered "fast food" pizza it's SO good! The sauces, toppings, and even the crust is very good! They also have my favorite soda machines here that have a variety of flavors for every soda. Love that!!! The dining area is large, with many tables, and they're spaced out great so that no one is sitting right on top of other guests. This may not be our absolute favorite pizza in the area but it's good enough to come back to when we're in the mood for a quick lunch pizza that we can individually get whatever we want. read more

Mod pizza is a fresh fast service custom pizza and salad restaurant. I often enjoy their salads as they are a healthier and quick option. I had the mini salad and my husband had the new hand pie. The hand pie is essentially the mini pizza folded in half. Both were fresh and decently good! The wait was a little crazy with one person in front of us it took about 20 mins to order. Food was ordered online in a large group order for delivery. They may have been busy but for $18 I would expect there to be cheese, pepperoni, and black olives on the entire pizza. Most slices didn't have much of any toppings including cheese. The other pizzas in our order looked perfect so I think I just got a bum one. I went to mod pizza because I haven't been there in a while. Boy, have they raised prices! $47 for two pizzas and a salad. I know prices have gone up but holy cow! Quick, customizable pizza all in one place! I love getting the Mega Dough for a thicker pizza option but they also have a thin crust pizza that is just as good along with their mini pizzas for kids. The endless toppings and sauces are a great plus when builiding your pizza and they even have some set optiosn to choose from that are also customizable. I always have a great expereience at Mod's and love getting pizza on the go to feed me and my hungry toddler. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the place was clean. read more

I'm not one to leave poor reviews but Holy cow! We have eaten here many times and never been like this. People are waiting well over 15 minutes just to pay after placing order. My online order is 20 minutes past due and counting with others ahead of me. The worst part is that there is no sense of urgency by the person who seems to be in charge. People are sitting for almostb30 minutes just for their pizza to go in the oven. I love the pizza and give it 5 stars for taste and flexibility but the service tonight is unbelievable. They are so messed up today that I have waited 30 minutes while one woman at the counter has her pizza ready before she has even paid for it!! read more

MOD Pizza is like the Taco Bell of Italian food. You can't really call Taco Bell Mexican food even though it comes in familiar shapes. You can't really call MOD Pizza Italian food even though, once again, it comes in a familiar shape. If you want something quick and easily customizable then this place will do. If you want anything resembling actual pizza then go elsewhere. Kudos for having plant based sausage as a topping. I would say use a spoon to scoop it out. Absolutely the slowest service I have ever seen. I waited in line for 40 minutes only to be told they had no gluten free pizza crusts today. I was there to get all the kids at my sons sleepover birthday party their own pizzas. I couldn't get them all a pizza but leave one kid out because he has an allergy so I had to leave empty handed. What a giant waste of time. There were so many people irritated ahead of me in line mainly because the slogan is "so fast" and it couldn't be further from the truth. Awful. If the people putting the pizza together were in a two person race they would get third. Slow does not describe the speed of movement. There was pure anguish watching them move in slow motion when there's a line out the door The person running the ovens did move at a descent pace. This place has many mixed reviews, but for me, I love the Mod employees here. They work as hard as they can in what seems to be a constant state of understaffing issues. I think the source of the issues here is management. Yes they might be young but for 3 teens/young adults to take on a whole store during dinner rushes is actually very impressive! And the food is always on par, always with the proper amount of toppings. I don't think they get enough credit. I consider myself to be a regular here and I've never been greeted with anything less than a smile, a "welcome in!" and quick service. The lady with the glasses is always a sweetheart too, she knows how to treat customers with respect and kindness and so does the other girl working nights. I'm very happy Mod came to Oregon City. They are fast and easy. You don't have to settle for less when you just want a nice thin crust pizza without too much grease. You can choose from their menu or build your own. The price remains the same for 2 toppings or 12. They come in 11" (standard) or 6". They also offer a thick crust or gluten free cauliflower crust. Being new they are still getting their legs but that's how it always is. The product hasn't changed. It's not bad pizza. The king of pizza? No. Solid, thin crust personal pizzas on the fly? Yes. The place was packed but customer service was A+ for our four pizzas. They didn't rush us and smiled plenty. Four 11" pizza's and a few "no name cakes" set us back $50 which isn't too bad. I'm glad Mod is here and with the crowds tonight, I think Oregon City is too. read more

I came for the training week before the grand opening. They were doing 50% off for all customers between certain hours. Heck yeah! I walked in and was greeted by everyone, behind the counter and at the door! This place is so cute inside! My pizza was made fast and everyone that worked there was super friendly. I'm very impressed with how quickly everyone was working and how on top of the orders they were. My pizza was delicious!! Great job guys!! I'll be back for sure! read more

Everyone knows gluten free and dairy free pizza is not really much to get excited about. For allergy reasons, this is our pizza reality. We've been to many mod locations and this Oregon City location somehow made the best gluten free crust and pizzas! They weren't cooked to the point of being crispy and hard to eat like some other places do. Food was ready on time as well! read more

They have recently changed their policy and no longer place parchment paper under their pizzas. Placing the pizza directly onto the cardboard doesn't work when you are cutting the pizza in the box! My son was unable to eat the entire middle section of his pizza as all the cheese slid off the crust and stuck to the box. Tonight I requested they put the paper on the box prior to placing the pizza in, I was met with residence but thankfully they did as I asked and my son was able to eat his entire pizza this time! Go back to your old ways, it worked better! Pizza is always great when it's edible from the box! read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the pizzas I got. I eat at MOD pizza a couple times a month, and never have I experienced terrible service and poor quality of food until this location. The person making the pizzas was extremely slow and what should have taken 5 minutes took her 3 times as long. Plus she didn't even make the pizza plenty the basic menu items AND did not add the chicken like requested. She also kept socializing with someone that came in and ignored the fact that there were 6 people waiting in line behind her friend. read more

MOD has good food, and their pizzas are consistently quality, but the wait times at the Oregon City location have become painfully long. We walked in and it took us over 40 minutes to get our pizzas to go. At that point, I might as well sit down at a proper pizza restaurant. WOW! I was expecting decent, but WOW. Service was phenomenal, which seems rare in industries ran day-by-day by the younger generation. Parents, be proud! Kind, patient and service with a smile. Answered questions with honesty and respect. Business management, be proud! My middle daughter and I had caesars; a simple entree that frequently gets messed up, but ours were fantastic. I'm sure most people know about MOD Pizza, but this was my first time and I have to give a 5 star shout out to the staff that was working the lunch shift on 1/23/21. They were incredibly helpful and warm to my 2 year old daughter. My daughter is in the dress up phase and came in dressed as Elsa from Disney's Frozen. The staff sang to her, called her Elsa, gave her a balloon, and made her day! We will definitely be coming back because of the helpful and friendly staff. They made the order incorrectly, and when I called to request they correct the mistake and resend it, I was told I would have to pay the delivery fee again and wait at the back of the line! They offered to refund half the cost of the order, but not return the coupon I used to pay for the other half. We ordered pick up today. We got home and our pizza was burned with the wrong toppings. Ordered Canadian bacon, mushrooms and sliced tomatoes we got pineapple, olives, green peppers and diced tomatoes on a burnt pizza. It also was not ready when pick up said it would be.
