Issues I have are: 1) The pizza is the same price, regardless how many toppings you put on it. MOD Pizza has excellent pizza and salad. An 11" thin crust personal pizza made from scratch can be ready in about 10 minutes. The salad fixings are surprisingly flavorful. The prices are reasonable too. The only downside is the amount of time spent waiting in line to order. If there are 5 or more people in line ahead of you, you'll be there for a while. The pizza is amazing. The problem is the manager "Mike." My family and I were witness to Mike having a temper tantrum. He was curt, abrasive, aggressive, and flat rude to his employees. Mike's behavior made it uncomfortable for everyone within 20 feet of him. I felt so sorry for the MOD employees. Mike needs courses in anger management and leadership. Been here a couple of times and have had a great experience each time. I had a veggie pizza the first time and it was very good. I love the thin crust. On my last visit I had the deluxe salad and I customized it with some different veggies and herbs. The salad was excellent and huge. I recommend that you go with a friend and split one pizza and one salad. The only negative that I have is that the garlic bread that we ordered was only so-so. It is basically a small pizza crust with olive oil and crushed garlic. Maybe if you jazzed it up with fresh roasted garlic and basil and some parm it would have been better. read more

Terrible experience. Waited 20 minutes and never got my pizza. Granted they were crowded with spring break kids but 20 minutes is ridiculous. This place is a bit pricey, but they have a great variety for build your own pizzas - personal size, or large enough to share! They're one of the only places in Lake Travis to find quality vegan pizza, I believe they use Daiya brand vegan cheese. Great outdoor seating as well, and friendly to pets. read more

I usually like this place. Last night, my husband and I went to have pizza. They said they were out of mozzarella cheese? How do you run out of mozzarella at a pizza shop? An HEB is 300 ft away next door. Why would the manager not send someone to get cheese? Today I placed an order on my way home. I did it through the app, but I had my pup in the car & I wanted to time it just right so I'm not sitting in the car with him waiting to get my pizzas. Anyways, I got there & called to see if it was ready before running in. It was not, they hadn't even started. That part was frustrating, but the five stars is for the customer service I received based off of their apology. The guy on the phone apologized & genuinely felt bad. Decided to give MOD Pizza a first try today. My biz partner said they make an excellent salad and I typically try to eat light for lunch. We dropped in at 12:15pm and were pleasantly greeted by the staff. All of the toppings are right there to choose from. I asked for the MOD salad and loaded it up. It was awesome! Just Ok- I have been wanting to try MOD Pizza for a while now, we have 2 seperate friends that rave about it, however I was disappointed. Yes, you can get whatever you want on your pizza for the same price. No upcharge for extra topping here, and yes, they were fresh toppings. I guess I just expected more favor or better crust maybe. I knocked off one star due to the fact that they advertise "as many toppings as you want for a set price," yet every time I go in, I have to ask for extra pepperoni over and over again. I only like pepperoni and mushrooms, and the staff members always get a little grouchy with me, which is embarrassing in front of other customers (and kind of makes me feel judged when I ask for more and they sigh and keep asking, "is that enough now?" after adding 2 or 3 pepperonis at a time). Be prepared to be assertive and confident with your requests until you get the toppings you want, and I assure you the outcome is quite delicious. Honestly the food is great - really great. That's not the issue I have. The issue I have is that EVERY time we order pies to go they say "Okay that will take about 15-20 minutes" then we show up 20-25 minutes later and the employees just start to make the pies. They will never put precedence on to go orders so just don't bother ordering it to go. It's actually faster to just show up otherwise they go through the ENTIRE line and then start to make your pizza AFTER putting all the others in. We've spoken with management, gotten a $25 gift card, spoken to management yet again and again and nothing has changed. Really just ridiculous all around how you guys handle To-Go I wish I didn't have to leave a poor Yelp review just to get that point across. read more

Fantastic. Traveling on business with some Associates and we walked in 10 minutes before closing. Food is good, but someone needs to work on the operations. Tonight during the dinner rush, they had 1 person making pizzas. So obviously the line moved slowly and it took us an hour for a fast food dinner. Needs to be staffed appropriately. Also, since they are clearly short on staff (or not hiring enough people) the cleanliness has suffered. The drink station was a mess. The food on the floor was disappointing. And, don't sit outside. They only call your name inside when your pizza is ready, so if you're outside it will sit on the counter until its cold. They should really have a system to call out orders outside since there is seating. It can be a great place, but needs to work out staffing and cleanliness. read more

MOD Pizza is the Chipotle of pizzas! Their pesto and red sauces are great. Their crust is thin and very similar to the crust you get in Italy. You can select multiple cheeses, meat and vegetables to create your dream pizza. Their MOD pizza is reasonable price and one pizza can serve 2 people that want to stay slim.
