Absolutely horrible service! We love mod and not only was it extreme slow the service was horrible. Ordered 5 pizzas together didn't put them into together so 3 of us got our pizzas and 20 minutes later the other two got theirs and they were completely burnt! So disappointing! read more

I have food allergies so there are a few toppings I can't get, including cheese, but the toppings I do get only cover about half the pizza, if that. Not worth the prize you pay when the pizza that is 90% plain crust (which the gluten free crust is burned to a crisp 100% of the time I get I), and maybe 10% toppings. read more

Went here with my boyfriend and two kids. We love MOD but my boyfriend had never been, this was a crappy first experience. First off there was about 7 employees behind the counter and they weren't busy, however when the one girl actually working asked for more dough she was ignored several times. After about 5 minutes and after she had completed all 3 of our other pizzas someone finally came over to roll out dough. She told the girl she needed a mini first...but the girl completely ignored her and made 5 regular before making the mini that we needed. So I allowed the couple behind me to go ahead. Our first 3 pizza came out of the oven as we were paying. The last one took 20 minutes. My son was so upset that he had to eat alone. On top of that the pizza toppings were really lacking. They barely put any cheese on any of our pizzas. Will definitely not be going back to this location again. read more

I love Mod Pizza so I was so excited to see it was coming to Kent Station. We tried it shortly after the grand opening, and they were clearly still working out the kinks. My boyfriend's pizza came out black and burnt. They remade his pizza and the second one turned out alright. We went back again recently hoping that things had gotten better. Unfortunately, it seemed even more chaotic and the food was much worse. As compared to other Mods I've been to where the first person takes your order, including any extra toppings, here you need to explain to each person working what you want on your pizza. This made the process MUCH longer. Then when they got to my pizza, they barely even put any toppings on. It ended up tasting just like burnt pizza dough. I'm hoping this Mod figures out a consistent system that produces better results. read more

MOD is ok. I don't exactly go out of my way to go here, despite the fact that it is conveniently located in the heart of Kent Station. This location is very new, very bright, and very quick. The service here is ok for your average location, and overall MOD is just an average pizza place. There are a variety of other smaller pizza slingers that do a much better job. This is essentially Seattle's Subway of Pizza. I once cried, 'I'd rather have Pizza Hut than MOD,' but I'm not totally sure that is a fair statement. I will eat their pizza with gusto when I'm sufficiently tired and incapable of making anything myself, but otherwise I'll stick to sacrificing my carbs at other pizza joints. read more

Yum! Mod pizza is officially my favorite pizza. They have a fantastic thin, flatbread like crust and a ton of topping choices. There's a menu of pizza options but you can put any of their toppings on your pizza. They charge by the size not the topping so, substitutions, no problem! You can put anything they offer on your pizza for the same price. You can also do the same with salads, too. Any toppings you like. I was especially appreciative of the customer service because as a first timer I was a little slow but my pizza artist, that's totally what he was, gave me some great suggestions and my pizza was a beautifully delicious work of art. read more

Took the folks to Mod Pizza after watching Jumanji. This was our first time to this location and I'm grateful to have a pizza place near the theater. The pizza was great, and that is their saving grace. For a restaurant new to the area, there was no greeter at the door to explain the ordering process. There should be menus at the entrance. Dad kept asking me where we order and what our options were. There was a line of people and nobody greeted any of us. But the smell of oven baked pizza and fresh ingredients called out to us. Then as I got to the counter, the young man asked me how many in our party. When I said 3, he started preparing placemats for 3 pizzas. Once I saw this, I had to say, We are just sharing 1 pizza but there are 3 people. I was asked how many were in our party. Hmmmm... anyway, he apologized and we moved on. It was just awkward. Thankfully, with a MODified pizza, a Mannys in hand and a chocolate dessert, the experience was saved. 3 stars for now but I'll be back :-) read more

My mother in law was ordering food from there for the first time and on the phone with me asking what I wanted. All I wanted was the delux salad with everything in it. I heard my mother in law say that and the girl was like "well..... what do you want in the delux?" And then another girl came up and was like "I'll make it" anyway, when it was brought home to me, it was missing the grilled chicken, salami, Parmesan AND it was weighed down SO much by dressing.
