Overall quality has deteriorated since pandemic times. Have frequent this place a lot and enjoyed salad and pizza. But now their salad was not fresh and it is almost rotten and soggy. Did not bother to complain as we are in a hurry. We ordered the items but they did not put them because server changed and did not bother to check my order. Toilet was filthy and store was dirty. But staff were courteous and friendly. Hope they can improve again. I still love salad and pizza. Please give its former standard. read more

Ordered via DoorDash. Mod put wrong pizza in box. We ordered a soda and waters and Mod put those in same bag on top of pizza boxes. As a result soda and waters were warm on arrival and must have cooled down pizza because pizza was cold. Called the store and was told there was nothing they could do to help us and we would have to contact DoorDash for a credit and would have to reorder (and wait another hour). Pretty ridiculous that we had to deal with correcting the problem they created. Overall horrible customer service and experience. Luckily we are traveling so hope this doesn't forever tarnish our impression of Mod as a whole. However we likely will not be going to any Mod location anytime soon because of this. One thing for sure is that we will never go to or order from the Kent, WA location ever. read more

This was my second time trying MOD Pizza and the first time was at a different location. Both times have been great experiences for me, and service has been great. The staff here is very friendly ave helpful. I don't like the basic red sauce pizza, so I like how they offer different sauces and a lot of different toppings for the pizza. And they do put a good amount of toppings for you for being as many toppings you want for no additional charge. Will definitely come here more often. read more

Also, ordered their ceasar salad with croutons & roasted garlic with the dressing on the side. The dressing was on the lighter side, not then thick creamy fatty kind. It was more tart than savory. How haven't I been to MOD pizza before?!?! This is such a cool place located in Kent Station. Parking - lots in the back of the place or in the parking structure not to far away. Space - really clean (they just opened) and has lots of tables. Service - they greet everyone that comes in the door and have such a great energy about them. They come around often to make sure you're ok. Pizza came out quick too! Food - came here only for pizza and the mini that I had was amazing. It's only 5.27 for unlimited toppings!!! They also do offer salad, shakes, and even beer. I ordered a build-your-own with white sauce, garlic rub, pepperoni, sausage, cilantro, roasted peppers, tomatoes, roasted garlic, and a balsamic finish...DELISH! We've eaten here a hand full of times and it's always been below the standard compared to other Mods. I'll admit we've only ever carried out from this location and that can affect quality, but as I write this review my wife is suffering from a severe bought with food poisoning. My wife and her friend decided to get a couple of Mods from this location, and my wife had the Alfredo sauce. I'm thinking there was something wrong with the the sauce that made her sick because there was no meat on the pizza. I wonder if anyone else ordered Alfredo sauce, on pizza from there around noon on April 2, 2022? After moving from the East coast, Mod Pizza is the closest thing I have to Blaze Pizza and I am a fan! I love the concept of being able to get super thin, charred pizza with unlimited toppings at no extra cost. For around $8-$9 I customized an 11 inch pizza with all of the fixings. I'm talking pepperoni, salami, artichokes, onions, jalapeno, pineapple, and a handful more. I think a few of my personal favorite toppings are their whole roasted garlic cloves and their artichokes. In addition to their crazy variety of toppings, I love their finishing off sauces ranging from their spicy hot honey and balsamic fig glaze. If you are somebody that usually spends a fortune loading up your pizza with toppings, this is the place for you. I also got for around the same price as a regular soft drink their soda float in which they hand you a half cup of ice cream in which allows for unlimited refills. For under $3 I was able to have multiple soda floats ranging from root beer, coke, orange soda.. dessert and a drink with my awesome pizza! The service while friendly seems a bit new. They'll try their best to be fast but the girl at the register seemed a bit overwhelmed. Another few adds is that they have also all of the classics readily available, parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and bottles and bottle of sriracha. For anybody who is a pizza fan and hasn't been to a MOD Pizza before, I highly recommend checking it out. If you don't like the first time, come back and rebuild your pizza until you find the perfect customized concoction you become addicted to. read more

I've been walking of cycling down this street for years and one day noticed Mod Pizza one day. I thought, oh, just another pizza restaurant. but after I had heard a few of my friends and family talk about it, I decided to give it a try and boy, I'm glad I did. I equate this place to Subway for pizza since you can put whatever you want on your pizza and the choices are many. In fact,I had a hard time just deciding what I wanted on mine. You start with the size and after that, It's all about the toppings. I spiced mine up with spicy sausage, janelpenos, spicy and sweet red peppers, as well as, some pepperoni, a nice alfredo sauce, some asiago cheese followed by a touch of mozzarella and a little balsamic drizzle. I may have gotten a little carried away on my first visit but I very much enjoyed their thin crust and how it heated up so well when I ate the rest of it today. I just can believe it took me so long to try this place. Now I'm a fan and have to concoct many new combinations of flavors for my next visits. I look forward to coming up with my favorite concoction. And, the staff here was very accommodating and gladly cooked my pizza a little longer since I told them I wanted it well done. The food here is to order, and is GREAT! But it will burn up your entire lunch hour to get food here because priority is given to food delivery orders. It's frustrating to be ignored while delivery drivers are cycled quickly through. Hope Mod can figure out a better system. read more

The pizza came out ok, but standing there for 3-4 minutes not being acknowledged, watching someone walk up and make the online orders while I'm standing there with out saying hello, or we'll be with you in a minute is disappointing. I often think Yelp would be more useful if there were a "casual dining" category and a "fine dining" category. Given that everything is lumped together, if I could give Mod Pizza 3.5 stars, I would. We stopped in today for lunch where we were greeted by friendly staff who were happy to make whatever pizza we imagined with the ingredients they have on hand. The restaurant feels more airy and comfortable than you might expect from a counter service eatery and I was happy to see that they provide a thicker crust option. Unfortunately, it only comes in a larger size, which is too much for one person. My pizza was good enough to come again, but the real appeal is the ability to create my own without having to negotiate toppings with everyone else. I'm kind of over this place and here's why... I love a thin crust, more than any other kind of pizza. MOD pizza uses thin crust but unfortunately as a standard they aren't cooking it all the way in the center or something is up because it's floppy as hell and does not hold like crust should. I've tried many other places that have mastered this and mod pizza just isn't the place. I give it 3 stars because you can't beat the price, plus once in a great while they get it right. My kids love it but I don't think I'll be back unless it's for them. Also I've asked them to keep it in longer in hopes it'll be a bit crispier but no such luck. read more

Been to this MOD a couple times. During this whole Corona Virus lock down, we have been limiting our going out but really wanted pizza and saw that they had a Curbside pick up and we could customize our order. Decided to order online to minimize going in. It seemed pretty easy enough... all we had to do was call and the pizzas would be brought out to us. When we called, the guy only brought out two out of three pizzas. My husband said we had three.. but the guy insisted we didn't. My husband had to go inside and wait for me to send him a screen shot of our order before our other pizza was made. Seems like they didn't have anything that read what we ordered even though he had the order number. Well.. our plans of trying to minimize going places totally failed since my husband had to go in and wait in the restaurant. Not sure what the point of curbside is. My husband said the people couldn't even be bothered. Each had their own role and wouldn't stray away from that role to help. The concept and service were excellent. Friendly, efficient, and responsive. The restaurant was immaculately clean and nicely decorated. The toppings looked fresh and tasted high quality. However, I can't say I'll be back. I'm not sure if my experience was an off day or if that's just how MOD does things, but my crust was burnt. So burnt that I could taste nothing else. There's wood fired pizza, which I appreciate, but then there's... that. There's a difference between wood fired and just plain set on fire. Unfortunately mine tasted like the latter. read more
