Great customer service but pizza was not fully cooked nor tasted like a "brick oven" pizza. It was kinda gummy/not fully cooked. Update #2 May 2017 Tried them a second time and they lost/gave away my pizza. The worst part, was that they honestly didn't care, they were just nonchalant about it, "just go back in line & reorder!" I've had a lot of people tell me that they had great customer service- which is why I originally visited, but after today's experience, no thank you. I'm not trying a third time. I strongly dislike this location! read more

Great food! We were very happy with the customer services and the food was outstanding. Only complaint was the seating area and drink area was dirty. Need some extra attention in this area. We will most definitely be back. The pizza was priced right and it was delish! You pick your own toppings, all you want, for one price for size selected. Extremely diverse selection. Example is artichoke hearts and greens. Three types of sauce. Alfredo, marinara, and and pesto. Great stuff! Pizza crust was fresh and moist! Best pizza I have had Sense I ate at a fire pizzeria. Really fresh and flavorful! read more

CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH PIZZA! Sometimes the people working are rude and are in a rush but the food is always amazing. I just love the fact I can put everything I love on a pizza without charge! read more

As I've gotten older in life I have learned an appreciation for less crust or less due on my pizza. MOD Pizza taste fantastic great size great price nice and thin. The flavored teas are really good as well. read more

Used to go here all the time about 3 years ago and it was great but recently, every time I go into the store, it just looks depressing. Last night I went in to pick up and online order for 2 cheese pizzas and waited 20 mins. The guy on oven kept burning the pizzas and there was no sense of urgency from employees. The lobby was also absolutely filthy. It's sad how much this place has gone down. Most likely will not be returning anytime soon. read more

Pizza was likes slice from pizza heaven. Oliver have it 5 thumbs approval. He is our little pizza guru! We ordered the mini pepperoni, the Dillion James and the Tyler and garlic strips-delish! Quick service staff very helpful and courteous. read more

For the most part the restaurant is fast. Lost of options. The place was relatively clean. It does get a bit cramped when there are large amounts of people. The employees are focused on making your pizza and moving the line which to some can be a bit rude or dismissive but I enjoyed it. They weren't sitting there having a full blown conversation holding the line up. read more

The line was past the door but it went fast, and as a MOD pizza eater I knew it was worth it. I was so happy the MOD opened closer to home and it seemed the employees were too. It's worth going for the new restaurant atmosphere. The manager walked and greeted and answered questions for everyone in line. THE PIZZA IS GREAT!!!!!!! Did I say great? I wouldn't suggest the restaurant for a big family pizza. Their pizzas aren't made that way. Adults would need an individual MOD pizza to be satisfied. It is very reasonably priced for a date for 2 or 1. Pizzas are made on demand. I waited in line for about 30min btw. read more

MOD Pizza - Pepperoni, bacon and ground beef. MOD size - Fast Food Near Me - Houston, Texas

Place can get packed. So you sometimes you have to wait in line. Service isn't the best. They have a lot of young kids working there. Food is good. It's clean there. Nice patio to sit outside with your dogs. read more

This is a really good pizza place if you are trying to look for something new. This place offers many different styles of pizza. You are able to create your own custom pizza as well. I usually get the 'Mad Dog' with a side of salad. Overall, this pizza place is really good. read more

It is such a great place! You could make the pizza or salad however you wish. I even heated my left overs in the oven and it taste just as good as when I originally received it. Disgustingly dirty! Floors aren't swept, tables are not clean. Punch stains all over the plastic cups by the soda fountain. Food is good but they need to do a better job keeping it clean. Looks like the place is ran by kids! read more

My classmates and I came here on our lunch break. I always love mods and frequently go to the one closer to me (vintage park). This location gets pretty busy! There were some communication issues with a couple of the staff though. First, my classmate had to repeat her toppings many times. It was fine though since the pizza was delicious. We'll probably stop by again soon! read more

Great pizza. To make it to 5 stars they need to stay on top of the cleaning. Also it really doesn't need to be that cold inside a restaurant. Hate freezing through dinner! read more

Probably would have been a 5 Star place if the staff wasn't extremely rude. Not to be racist, but the fat black girl threw my credit card at me, was verbally rude and purposely put my food on the opposite side of the counter when I was standing right in front of her after she asked me if it was my food. If she doesn't want to work there, she needs to just quit. read more

Heard many great things about MOD and I must say, all was true. Any and as many toppings you want without the price going up. You are only paying for the size of the pizza. And the crust, omg, perfect. I didn't feel stuffed as I normally would after eating pizza. This place is a must try.. trust me. I will be back. read more

I went here with my wife and we birth enjoyed the food. The only reason they didn't get a 5 is because the 2 ladies on the line seemed preoccupied. read more

Wanting to stop in at a new place for dinner we drove out of the way to try this. It was worth every penny. First off the nice high ceiling opens the place up so sounds are not overwhelming, even when it's packed. Which it was. The line was probably 20 people deep when we walked up. From line to first slice, the time was probably a little over 10 minutes. They have a minimalist mindset when it comes to the menu, meaning that they do not overwhelm you with choices, while at the same time letting you pick out what is appealing to you. You order your size pizza and then you pick your ingredients. It's that simple. We ordered 2 pizzas of the mod size. We added toppings Willy nilly. I have no idea what my pizza could be considered after I finished adding all the toppings. We also ordered a cinnamon pie thing. It was awesome, yet simplistic. Came with a dipping sauce. Tables where laid out nicely with plenty of room to spare. Everything had a clean look. All the parmesan shakers and the pepper shakers looked clean which impressed me. They kept everything organized around the drink area. The only drawback is the congregation around the order pick up area. There was lots of people standing around kinda lost waiting, this can be addressed with coaster alert units, or maybe a microphone to announce orders so people can hear. The crust was good, but be aware if you choose vegetables with a high water content that it may be a little soggy. All in all a great place to come eat and I will be back. Keep it up! read more

Never eaten at this chain before but I'll definitely be coming back. Best pizza I have had in a long long time. Priced cheaper than the well known chains, MOD Pizza beats them on taste too. Cool vibe when you dine in. read more

Very bad pizza. Asked for well done pizza and the dough was uncooked in the middle. Also had very rude staff. My family and I won't be going back. read more

Ok so the first time I wasn't impressed. But I've been back a few time over and I must say eating here is a bit refreshing. The ingredients are fresh and there's many many options to pick from. I really like the thin crispy crust as I don't feel over stuffed or guilty for eating it. Side note: there's one girl that yells your name like you've done something wrong... & if your not quick to pick up she'll keep yelling/ calling it but one customer was like "OK I'M COMING" (not being rude or upset about it) read more

Bad overall experience. The layout is questionable as I wanted spinach on my pizza and they had to go all the way to the other side where you first order your pizza. I asked for more toppings and they ended putting on something I didn't ask for. I waited at the register for almost 5 minutes for someone to check me out and there was a huge line behind me! The employees are not very friendly and are more worried about horse playing with one another. When I received my order, one of the pizzas was missing half of the toppings and was bare crust. We also order the cinnamon strips and they spilled buffalo sauce on it. I didn't bother to complain as we had been waiting for a while already and were very hungry. read more

I can not say enough positive things about this pizza and place. I am a pizza lover, you can call me a critique. I have always been about my thick crust, after all that's what it's all about. My husband and I discovered MOD on a wild "try something new" day. I wasn't as opened minded because of course Thin Crust BUT oh em gee was my heart won over. I love the fact that you can personalize your own pizza rather than having to pay an extra $1.00 or $2.00 per topping. Hell if I had to I'd end up at a 20 dollar Pizza. The place is clean. The people are friendly and the pizza is the just right level of crunchy. We have been back at least 19477291937391 since. Lol MOD has made my top 2 for pizza. read more

All locations are not created equal when it comes to MOD Pizza. I will drive past a few different locations to go to the summerwood location. JAMES AND HIS CREW ARE AMAZING! They are very accommodating and friendly. It's a fun environment to eat and super kid friendly. The pizza is always fresh. They are always stocked with ingredients. There is always a line but you will never wait long. The crew is very fast and the line moves quickly. read more

Love this place! Staff is always friendly & you choose your toppings and they place them on as if you're in a Subway restaurant line.

Let me start by saying that I really like MOD as a restaurant. I frequent the MOD location at Spring Stuebner location regularly. Unfortunately this location is lacking substantially. The tables are all very sticky and not cleaned, the restrooms are even worse. Did not even want to use the sink. The handle in the mens restroom had been broken quite a while. There was one nice lady who gave me my pizza but the service was not what you would expect. I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. If you have a choice, I would avoid. Management, you have a great business, need to step up the effort and training. Cleanliness should go without saying guys. As for me, I will just drive the extra 12 miles to Spring Stuebner. Not worth the sticky tables, nasty restrooms, and poor attitudes. All except the young lady with all the tattoos, she made sure to say thank you and make sure I was happy with the pizza. To her. Thank you. read more

Went there on a mid-week night and the place was packed. Had the 6 inch Tristan with a MOD salad. The pizza was perfectly cooked. Crust was not quite as charred as at Persona. I will definitely return. read more

This place was awesome first time last week and my husband and I loved it. Definitely will be going back!

The service is poor. I stood there and waited at least 5 minutes for the cashier to even acknowledge me. This was not during a rush, it was 3:45 in the after noon on a Monday. The floor was gross, tables obviously had not been cleaned all day. They were not short staffed. Food is good, but customer service is awful. I'll drive to Kingwood from now on. If it wasn't for the pizza that is pretty much fool proof, I would rate them a 1. read more
