Great food! We were very happy with the customer services and the food was outstanding. Only complaint was the seating area and drink area was dirty. Need some extra attention in this area. Great customer service but pizza was not fully cooked nor tasted like a "brick oven" pizza. It was kinda gummy/not fully cooked. Update #2 May 2017 Tried them a second time and they lost/gave away my pizza. The worst part, was that they honestly didn't care, they were just nonchalant about it, "just go back in line & reorder!" I've had a lot of people tell me that they had great customer service- which is why I originally visited, but after today's experience, no thank you. I'm not trying a third time. Used to go here all the time about 3 years ago and it was great but recently, every time I go into the store, it just looks depressing. Last night I went in to pick up and online order for 2 cheese pizzas and waited 20 mins. The guy on oven kept burning the pizzas and there was no sense of urgency from employees. For the most part the restaurant is fast. Lost of options. The place was relatively clean. It does get a bit cramped when there are large amounts of people. The employees are focused on making your pizza and moving the line which to some can be a bit rude or dismissive but I enjoyed it. They weren't sitting there having a full blown conversation holding the line up. read more

It is such a great place! You could make the pizza or salad however you wish. I even heated my left overs in the oven and it taste just as good as when I originally received it. My classmates and I came here on our lunch break. I always love mods and frequently go to the one closer to me (vintage park). This location gets pretty busy! There were some communication issues with a couple of the staff though. First, my classmate had to repeat her toppings many times. It was fine though since the pizza was delicious. Wanting to stop in at a new place for dinner we drove out of the way to try this. It was worth every penny. First off the nice high ceiling opens the place up so sounds are not overwhelming, even when it's packed. Which it was. The line was probably 20 people deep when we walked up. From line to first slice, the time was probably a little over 10 minutes. They have a minimalist mindset when it comes to the menu, meaning that they do not overwhelm you with choices, while at the same time letting you pick out what is appealing to you. You order your size pizza and then you pick your ingredients. It's that simple. We ordered 2 pizzas of the mod size. We added toppings Willy nilly. I have no idea what my pizza could be considered after I finished adding all the toppings. We also ordered a cinnamon pie thing. It was awesome, yet simplistic. Came with a dipping sauce. Tables where laid out nicely with plenty of room to spare. Everything had a clean look. All the parmesan shakers and the pepper shakers looked clean which impressed me. They kept everything organized around the drink area. The only drawback is the congregation around the order pick up area. There was lots of people standing around kinda lost waiting, this can be addressed with coaster alert units, or maybe a microphone to announce orders so people can hear. The crust was good, but be aware if you choose vegetables with a high water content that it may be a little soggy. All in all a great place to come eat and I will be back. Keep it up! read more

Let me start by saying that I really like MOD as a restaurant. I frequent the MOD location at Spring Stuebner location regularly. Unfortunately this location is lacking substantially. The tables are all very sticky and not cleaned, the restrooms are even worse. Did not even want to use the sink. The handle in the mens restroom had been broken quite a while. There was one nice lady who gave me my pizza but the service was not what you would expect. I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. If you have a choice, I would avoid. Management, you have a great business, need to step up the effort and training. Cleanliness should go without saying guys. As for me, I will just drive the extra 12 miles to Spring Stuebner. Not worth the sticky tables, nasty restrooms, and poor attitudes. All except the young lady with all the tattoos, she made sure to say thank you and make sure I was happy with the pizza. To her. Bad overall experience. The layout is questionable as I wanted spinach on my pizza and they had to go all the way to the other side where you first order your pizza. I asked for more toppings and they ended putting on something I didn't ask for. I waited at the register for almost 5 minutes for someone to check me out and there was a huge line behind me! The employees are not very friendly and are more worried about horse playing with one another. When I received my order, one of the pizzas was missing half of the toppings and was bare crust. I can not say enough positive things about this pizza and place. I am a pizza lover, you can call me a critique. I have always been about my thick crust, after all that's what it's all about. My husband and I discovered MOD on a wild "try something new" day. I wasn't as opened minded because of course Thin Crust BUT oh em gee was my heart won over. I love the fact that you can personalize your own pizza rather than having to pay an extra $1.00 or $2.00 per topping. Hell if I had to I'd end up at a 20 dollar Pizza. The place is clean. All locations are not created equal when it comes to MOD Pizza. I will drive past a few different locations to go to the summerwood location. JAMES AND HIS CREW ARE AMAZING! They are very accommodating and friendly. It's a fun environment to eat and super kid friendly. The pizza is always fresh. They are always stocked with ingredients. Went there on a mid-week night and the place was packed. Had the 6 inch Tristan with a MOD salad. The pizza was perfectly cooked. Crust was not quite as charred as at Persona. The salad was huge and filling. Could have used better sizes of helpings in the salad but the guy behind the counter did not seem as enthused about doing his job as I might have liked. The service is poor. I stood there and waited at least 5 minutes for the cashier to even acknowledge me. This was not during a rush, it was 3:45 in the after noon on a Monday. The floor was gross, tables obviously had not been cleaned all day. They were not short staffed. Food is good, but customer service is awful. I'll drive to Kingwood from now on.
