Missing half of the ingredients that I ordered.

The worse pizza ever, don't order online. This is what I order and what I received. Half of the ingredients that i ordered were missing. So disappointed

Can't go wrong with Mod pizza for lunch or anytime really. Service is always good and obviously it's made to how you order. Except my Caesar salad had tomatoes in it for some reason. I did walk away after ordering it so I didn't see them add tomatoes till after I had left. I did have to ask for a fork and napkins as there was none available. I was told they don't put them out because people steal them. Guess I'll have to restock somewhere else.

I used to be a big fan of MOD pizza, as I could customize it to my liking, but then just stopped going as part of my low carb lifestyle. . We went here recently after a very long time, I would say at least 5-7 years. The first thing I Noticed was that I could substitute the crust for cauliflower crust, so we were back in business. We got our pizzas with cauliflower crust and the other one with the gluten-free crust. As you can tell by the photos that the toppings were stacked and packed on our pizza. All your favorite toppings are available and you can ask for as much as you like on the pizza. I also learned that MOD pizza has a reward program now where 150 points gives you a free pizza, and you get a point for every dollar spent. Make sure to download their app.

I like the concept and they offer vegan friendly pizza options including faux cheese and faux sausage I like the thinner style crust and the marinara sauce is delicious without being overly spicy.

I've come here a few times and each time, the experience is about the same. I find this to be one of my preferred pizza places for the simple fact that you can switch up your order (even though we all know I get the same thing lol) Atmosphere/Service- The atmosphere is very chill. It almost has a hipster vibe, which is cool. When you walk in, you go up to the front and first decide what size pizza you'd like, which sauce and then your toppings. It's fairly quick but make sure you talk in a louder voice because sometimes the background noise is a lot. Everyone's pretty friendly there and they seem to be helpful if you've never been there before, which is nice. Food- I always get the MOD sized pizza. It's a generous portion and if you're someone who can't eat a lot in one sitting, you'll definitely have leftovers. On my pizza, I get the red sauce, sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, pineapple (yes, pineapple does belong on pizza), blue cheese, jalapeños, red onions, mushrooms, black olives and sometimes the seasoning at the end. It sounds kind of gross, but it's really good. I like that you can choose WHATEVER toppings you want. You don't get charged for two meats VS just one, if that makes sense. The pizza always come out nice and hot from the brick oven they use and the crust has the right amount of crunch to it. Overall, I enjoy going here for a quick lunch or even a dinner if I want something quick and easy. I'll definitely be back!

Delicious Pizza This is my new favorite pizza place! Unlimited toppings 11inch pizza for $7.87 you can't beat that with a stick. The service is always great and the staff is friendly. I have tried just about every topping they have all are yummy. **Beer and Wine is available** Since I have started eating here I have not visited any other pizza places. One you try this place you will be hooked. My only complaint about this location is all the construction. It can be difficult to get in and out because streets are blocked. At MOD Pizza you get more but pay less.

The pizzas and price are good but service is awful!!! We placed an order online tonight, given a time window...show up and wait an hour for our pizza which should've been done within the time window we were given! At least 20 ppl in there were complaining! When all was said and done, we missed the play that we were going to bc they don't have their crap together and we had already paid! Train your staff and don't make time promises you can't keep. This isn't the first time this has happened...ridiculous. read more

Love this place! It's a great price for some really yummy pizza. My friends and I love to come here when we're hungry. The crust is thin but not in a bad way. The toppings and flavors make up for it! I usually always create my own pizza, and they always have a variety of fresh toppings to choose from. read more

This place is great! Fast service and you can create your own unique pizza. They have tons of toppings to choose from. I made a Cesar salad pizza and it was delicious! Best thing about this place is it is very family friendly and affordable. We shall return when we are in the area again. I would give it five stars, but when you compare the flavors at Pizzaro's down the road it just doesn't compare. However, pizzaro"a is very pricey for a family meal. read more

The pizza here is pretty awesome. You can get a pizza off the menu or you can make one with unlimited toppings for the same price. The thin and crispy crust is fired to perfection. AND, it has sonic ice at the fountain machine. read more

QUITE LITERALLY THE WORST MOD IVE EVER BEEN TOO!!! the prepping area is so dirty there are gloves on the floor, trash, food, just a dirty food place. Workers have no idea what they're doing and just goof around and not pay attention to any of the costumers. read more

Monday 9/30 This was my first time here at this location and I had the most wonderful experience ever I never met an employee so enlightened to meet and greet new customers ever!! I can still hear her voice "thank you for choosing MOD" omg my daughters fell in love with this woman spirit I think it was the blue hair they liked most of all. We will most definitely be returning, the customer service is to die for so as the SUPER FAST PIZZA. I just wish I would've gotten this employee name. read more

Strike 3...you are done. 40 minutes for an online takeout order on a Monday at 630pm. Unacceptable. No manager to do anything about it. 6 other people standing around waiting for their orders. I love a place that you feel competitive with your eating party on who did it better-and yes, I always win. To feel so accomplished on your decision making skills. To "Make On Demand" the way you want it without having to do it yourself. To it actually tasting good and to not have to clean up after. It is so reasonable. Great selection of fresh ingredients. Mod pizza has the best customer service I've had in a long time. All the staff people wear mask and I haven't seen it slip off once. Mod fulfills my craving for pizza as well as kindness. So incredibly slow. Placed an order online and waiting 40 minutes later. A group of people waiting more than 30 minutes. This is the third time in a row that my order has taken much longer than it said online or that the order has been messed up. Will not be back. There are other options read more

Yes, no, had better pizza from Domino's and I don't care that much for Domino's. First, which was no big deal, they got the name wrong, second we ordered a large but received a medium pizza, third it barely had any red sauce, as they call it, fourth it was too salty and last but not least I was supposed to have received a 20oz drink but got a 12oz. But the lady that took my order was very pleasant. read more

I love thin crust pizza. You cant go wrong with this place. You literally can pick whatever toppings you want and they put whatever on it. It's up to you. The only thing I think should be said is if someone is looking around ask them if its their first time and help them. It was my first time and I told them that and still had to figure it out alone lol read more

Where is the management today? Person working the pizza oven came out of the back with a mouthful of food, didn't wash her hands and just started handling peoples food. Ewww. Not only that, the person at the register was handling money and then cutting pizzas with out washing hands. Neither put on gloves. The front line acted like they were asleep. This place is usually good, but like my previous comment, where is the management to address these issues? read more

Build your own pizza or try a delicious combination they already know rocks. I picked Calexica and it was amazing. Grilled chicken with two cheeses- one being gorgonzola - and the best kicking jalapeños! Yummy yum yum. Topped off with buffalo sauce. I can't believe I've never had this before smh! It is literally 2 miles away from my home. This is so much better than dominoes or Pizza Hut in my opinion. They made it fresh in front of me! Love love love pizza! Especially pizza that takes less than 10 minutes! It's always nice when you can see all the fresh ingredients that goes onto your pizza. I usually opt for pepperoni pizza but felt a little adventurous so I added some more veggies and roasted garlic on top. Also I didn't realized they had garlic butter to add onto the crust! That was a nice touch. I like how thin and crispy it is and how quick it came out. I wish there were more around town so I wouldn't drive so far! read more

This place amazing!!! Like Kanye West's ADATF amazing! For $20 my wife and I got two pizzas, two drinks, and a no name cake thing, and we could have not been more satisfied. It's not just that the food was good, it was so freaky deaky fresh and the crust was so light and chewy....and the blackberry lemonade!!!! And the pizzas only took 3 minutes to come out of the fire brick oven!!! Definitely worth every penny read more

Our family loves this restaurant, kids love picking their own toppings, they eat more vegetables this way, too. Staff is super friendly, you can tell they enjoy working together, they're a great team, service is great. Excellent Sri-rancha sauce. Yum! This is the only MOD Pizza location I've tried, and it was wonderful! They were very helpful explaining the process when I said it was my first visit. I asked for the gluten free crust (only comes in 1 size) and she asked me if it was for "preference or allergy?" I said allergy and she said "let me change my gloves". I have never a) had anyone ask that before and then b) make an effort to prevent further cross-contamination. I was impressed and certainly appreciated them doing that. There are lots of toppings, sauces, and cheeses to choose from. And the actual cooking time is very quick, so it's great for lunch. Also, having tried gluten free crusts at other pizza places, this one is by far the best I've had. read more

By far the worst mod pizza in the area. I called ahead to ask if dining in was allowed. I was told yes. When I arrived, after driving 30 minutes then waiting another 20 minutes for my pizza I was told that I was not allowed to eat inside and that I was lying no one ever said that. read more

Good unique individual pizza's! Staff needs to be more friendlier but yet again you never know what people have carrying over their heads so It's not a big deal. The pizza was really good. You get to add what you want on it so I got cheese and spinach because didn't really know what to do until I asked and my pizza was in the over already or else I would of gotten pepperoni but overall, good place to try at least once! I'm currently standing in the establish as we speak I have gloves on as we speaking. Walking to counter it's is cover with dust and dirt. The counter that is suppose to cover the food. As you continuing to walk around the counters is has not been wipe down. PLEASE DO NOT COME IF YOU ARE THIRSTY the drink machines and ice and counter is covered in dirt and it probably dried up on for an extend time on. I really hope someone from the city of Houston inspection team should probably visit. This place is called Mod because it needs modification. I will say the people are really nice just needs to be better at cleaning. read more

They don't answer the phone! The Manager Addy leaves a lot to be desired! This location refused to answer the phone when I tried to call to tell them I had arrived for my curbside order. Called 4 times, and the phone just rang. The customer service rep said she also tried to call, but they didn't answer for her too. I went inside. There was only one family eating in the restaurant, so they weren't busy. I asked the manager Addy why they weren't answering the phone. She responded, We will be with you in a minute. She and the other worker proceeded to make 4 other pizzas. She still didn't acknowledge me, so I then I asked her again about the phone. She sarcastically responded, Oh I apologize. I then told her to bring my curbside order to my car once it was ready. I then walked out. She said nothing! I was told she was the Manager and the General Manager. If this is true, the level of customer service that she has been trained to give is subpar. I literally live 5 minutes away. My pizza was cold, and wasn't made to my specifications. I guess I will have to drive to the Katy location. read more

I have to say Julia really made my day!!! My brother Matt came in with a to go order for me since i was home, sick in bed. And all i wanted in this world to make me feel a little better was a pizza just the way I like it from MOD. My details were very specific, very long, and some what complicated to relate over the phone so i typed them out in a text message. Julia followed my instructions to the tee!!! While she was ridiculed by her co workers for being so detailed in honoring my instructions she stayed the course. She wanted to be sure she did all she could to give me exactly what i asked for. My to go paper was marked everywhere to ensure nothing was left out. I must say that was the best MOD pizza i have ever had. I am so thankful to Julia for going above and beyond what her co-workers were willing to do. My brother was super thankful as am I. I just wanted her to know her efforts were greatly appreciated!!! A couple of my colleagues have recommended this pizza parlor to me. I also checked out some reviews from yelpers and I did give this place a try. The pizza was just awesome. It was full of ingredients since they can add unlimited toppings on it. My best friend and I had the MOD pizza, which is 11 inches. We had a great time eating the pizza especially that it's cooked very well, although it was served to us quick than we expected. We had lemonade as our drink. I always loved pizza and lemonade afterwards. I can already see myself coming back again and again to this place! I have been coming to M.O.D. Pizza every once and a while for a couple of months now. I usually bring the family. We always love it. The service is always great and the food is always fresh and well made... Today, when I came in, Chelsi's energy was warm and inviting. So I might consider giving this joint another chance at some point but the pizza we had are assistant pick up was absolutely terrible looking and didn't really taste all that good there were 12 of we got 5 pizzas and everyone thought pretty much the same like we don't understand how this place has so many good reviews here probably it was a trainee making our pizza or something but that's not how it should be even if that be the case why would they have a trainee by himself or herself poor management or maybe the manager wasn't there that day I Don't know. read more

I didn't like the pizza I ordered but forced myself to eat half of it. Eli inquired as to how I was enjoying the pizza and I politely told him. He insisted to make my visit enjoyable so I'd come back. In this day and age, customer service seems to be a dying breed. Eli represented the epitome of customer service! (He should be acknowledged for his service, as he saved and gained you a loyal customer.) This is what I look for in an establishment.
