I remember my mom always liking this place but never understood until we finally tried it. Great tasting wood fired oven pizzas. Crust is delicious, toppings as well. Honestly a good neighborhood pizza. I gave a lower star, bc as a pizza place, they did not have ice or drink soda selections (when we went). Maybe they can change that? Pizza at best is mediocre not good not bad... but this time when we went went in to get a large 2 toping pizza for $22.01 asked for Parm Cheese packs they gave me 2 packs and said the charge .50 cents for 2 more and every 2 past that!!!! That is .25 cents per 3.5 gram pack (NOT OUNCE but GRAM) And you get 200 packs per box for $13.48.... The equals each pack of cheese parm packs costing 0.07 cents per pack they are charging the costumers 0.25 cents for each one..... UNBELIEVABLE!!!! And FYI I run a pizzeria this is an absolute JOKE! Just tried this spot on a whim and I was definitely impressed. I ordered the Fifth Ave with no feta. The crust was just right, not too soft and not too crispy. There was a generous amount of chicken, spinach and fresh garlic on this pizza. Some of the national pizza guys chicken has a fake or chemical taste to it. Not these guys! Not only does it taste well but it's not dried out like white meat chicken can be at times. Hint: If they hit that crust with a little garlic butter it would put some of these other local pizza shops out of business. Who doesn't love garlic and butter together?!? Quality pizza overall. Had a taste for a great pie (pizza) and I stumbled upon this deliciousness!!! The staff was very friendly and ALL greeted me with a smile. The inside was clean and the excitement became real when I witnessed the Brick oven on the inside. The pizza ingredients was fresh and the crust was crispy. There are many commercial pizza places in the city of Houston, but they don't always get the taste, cleanliness, & service....this place made it ALL happen. Have picked up pizza here twice and have not been disappointed. If you are not a garlic fan, make sure you check the No garlic option. We did not do that first time, we had no worries about vampires that night! We have had the Manhattan, Brooklyn and another with Queen in the name. All very good and will get them again. read more

We are always looking to find a nice pizza spot so when we came across this one we had to check it out. We ordered a Margherita pizza, Pepperoni calzone and Garlic cheese roll. Pizza and calzone were really good, the crust wasn't too thick and had a perfect crunch. Our only complaint is that the garlic cheese roll had way too much garlic. I don't know if it usually comes that way or if they accidentally put too much. It was like an entire clove of garlic in each piece of the roll. I can still taste the garlic a day later. The cheese and crust were great, just go easy on the garlic. Overall really good and will return. read more

Just stumbled upon this place leaving an art exhibit. Customer service was great (we were greeted as soon as we walked in) The young lady that helped us was very nice and had a cheery disposition. Cleanliness/COVID precautions: every other table blocked off. Outdoor seating available. All the staff are wearing masks and hats. Food/drink/dessert: the food came out fairly quick. The garlic cheese roll was extra cheesy and garlicky. I loved it. It was perfection. Crusty and just the perfect amount of garlic. The roll had that stretch that we all look for and love. My husband said he thought it needed less garlic but I disagree. It's delicious as is so I can only imagine what the calzones are like. I imagine they are perfection. The pizza was Delicious as well. The crust was good. Brick oven baked pizza is my favorite. The perfect amount of toppings. We got the baklava because reviews said it was good. They did not disappoint. I live really close to Daddyo's, but never got around to stopping by until recently. It always looked like it was empty, so I was wary to try it out, but after dining in I realized a lot of people just take their food to go! The inside of the restaurant is a bit small, but since most people take their food to go, we were able to sit right away. Everything was clean, the temperature was nice and cool, and the booths are comfy! There is also a TV. I went with my boyfriend and his siblings, so we ordered a few different things. They have a special where you can order 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $25, so we decided to get one with pepperoni and mushrooms and another with pepperoni and sausage. We also ordered cheese sticks and wings; everything ended up being around $45. After ordering, we sat and waited for our food. Everything came out hot and fresh. The pizza was the best part; it was nice and cheesy and the crust was good! The wings and cheese sticks were average; my only complaint is that the wings could have been cooked a little longer to make them more crisp. Also, all of the employees were super nice, and made sure to check up on us. I really enjoyed our meal and plan to come back and try more things. They have various specials, and also a deal where you get a free pizza for posting a review, so I will obviously be using that! read more

My first time here: I ordered online, showed up, said my name and the items I ordered, & signed a receipt and drove away w my boxes. First, I got there 30 mins after and then it took twice the time - she told me to wait before telling me it was yet to be made. Second, I didn't ask for a deflated paper-thin crust. Third, the toppings aren't as they should be in quantity, by type on each half, & taste. Just a miserable large waste of a pizza. Ordered from here using DoorDash. I ordered medium but smaller than I thought it would be. When I got it, it wasn't hot but more on the dry side (the toppings were falling off). Also the pieces weren't cut in 8, it was barely cut, which I thought was weird. The taste was still pretty enjoyable! I liked many toppings and it's perfect for 2. DO NOT EAT HERE. As I was waiting for my food to be ready, a gentlemen walked in with no shirt on, shorts hanging half way down his thighs and out of the three employees ( two males and one female ) not a single one told this guy anything. As a paying customer I don't want to see this as I sit to enjoy what I thought would be a decent dinner, and on top of that the guy was watching videos on his phone with the volume up all the way and then some.
