Employees are really rude, and were moving really slow. Lack of motivation here. The drink station was all empty and nothing was stocked up.

Honestly wish I could give 0 stars. 1) I was in line for a vegetarian pizza, and politely asked the lady to change her gloves. Unwillingly, she turned to her co-worker, asking her co-worker to change her gloves instead to work on my order. The co-worker refused or didn't want to, whatever. And this lady shrugged, and continued working on my order, saying "My gloves are clean". Umm, why ask someone else to change their gloves IF yours were clean in the first place? I had seen this lady handle meats with her gloves, which is WHY I asked in the first place! ***Don't lie to customers! ***And learn to genuinely honor their requests! If you don't want to work here, maybe find another job that's not in the service/hospitality industry? 2) Sure, this was post-lunch rush hour. However, that doesn't mean you incorrectly double charge and immediately swipe the customer's credit card!! When I called the cashier out, the manager refunded me in cash. Obviously, I have a credit card because I don't handle cash. When I asked if it could go back on my card, she said "they don't do that". Then why don't you ***problem solve*** and CANCEL the entire transaction and START OVER? The manager did not even return the proper amount!! The owner of this Memorial franchise is only as good as his/her workers, and same goes for the manager. My family will NOT be supporting this MOD restaurant any longer. I'd rather take the trouble to drive to the San Felipe location (which, mind you, is even busier than this one, and whose employees handle the assembly line entirely with grace. Probably because the owner & the manager(s) are on top of things there.). This MOD location just wants people in and out ASAP. If you want it that bad, put a drive thru, dammit! My family and I LOVE THIS PLACE! The ingredients for the pizza is always fresh and the staff is very friendly.

So sad- Since my family and I have discovered Mod Pizza we have gotten it a few times a week. Well....we ordered 3 pizza's to be delivered and only 1 of the pizza's was correct. My husbands pizza was missing ingredients and mine literally was missing cheese. I called the store for it to be replaced which they did after waiting 45 more minutes and they sent the wrong pizza all together. read more

It's like chipotle but with pizza! Pick your size pizza (or a salad but why though) and then you pick alllll the toppings you could wish for. Love this place. It's a super simple concept and fast for getting exactly what you want. It's thin crust though but it's delicious crust. I can't see anyone not liking this place. They have so many ingredients to choose from - you can even pick your sauce. Then it gets loaded in a huge fire pizza oven! What more could you ask for?! read more

This place suffers from bad construction but the people here are very funny and patient. Best part is that they don't limit you on the meat! Vanessa is a great example of their service. This is my go-to pizza place because I can get what I want on the pizza and I don't have to share it. The size is just perfect for one person. I just don't like conventional pizza places, I feel at MOD you will get the quality for your bucks. The service is fast so you don't have to wait too long for your pizza. Took my family and my parents here because I was so excited to get them to try this place only to be greeted by ugly attitude by a couple of teenagers behind the counter. We LOVE this place. The food is always exceptional. They always have some new/unique toppings to try out (roasted califlower, roasted asparagus, roasted brussel sprouts, etc). They crust is very good, the cheese is high quality and does not create a pool of grease once it melts, the toppings are what its all about! If you want a pizza piled to the roof with toppings you can do that, if you want to keep it simple then the high quality ingredients speak for themselves. The service is fun and spunky. Think subway for pizzas but served up by cool people with tatoos and piercings. The price is pretty good too at around $8 per person. read more

Must update my review! Looks like they pulled it together, and I loved the visit more than ever. It was lunch time on a Saturday afternoon. Busy, yet quick service. I think his name was Dominic?? Not sure but something along those lines. He is awesome and another tall guy with a beanie. I think they kind of look alike. I asked Dominic how he was doing, and he was in such good spirits despite how busy it was. His response was "ayeee" to everything I said lol! Loved the energy. Anyways! The line ran smoothly during the lunch hour which most places don't. I'm quite fond they all greet people when anyone walks in. I was especially impressed with Dominic(maybe his name)! After he served a customer, he needed to tie his shoe. Although they wear gloves, after he tied his shoes, he made it clear to wash his hands, then proceed to wear gloves and attend to my order. I absolutely loved it! Most people don't pay attention to the little details in sanitation, but he definitely has it covered. The owner of the franchise personally spoke with me about my previous experience and apologized; let's just keep bygones at bygones. I loved the experience! I'm supposed to avoid pizza. But, when I'm in the mood I prefer flame grilled pizza's. I was in the mood and too heck with my diet and decided to try MOD pizza. OMG, I so glad there is not a MOD pizza near my house. They made a custom pizza to my wishes and it turned out pretty good. I'd give it a 5, but that's because it's not the best pizza I've had. It is cheap pizza and not the worst. Place was pretty dirty with bits of food all over the area where they cut up the pizza. There was trash near that area on the floor and I saw five workers walk through the trash and not bother to pick it up. Tables were mostly dirty with food on the tables and floor. They also got my order wrong, they seemed very disorganized. Go to Palazzo's for better pizza, cleanliness, and service. read more

This location CONSISTENTLY gets our order wrong and are late. It's laughable. We would be impressed if they actually got it right. (Missing pizzas, missing appetizers, wrong ingredients, 15-20 min late, etc) resulting in multiple trips up there for one take out order. MOD is a newer chain to enter the Westchase area. Entering the store you will be greeted no matter how busy. There are a list of specialty pizzas, all which are customizable. The toppings are much fresher than any of the competiton around. With local beers on tap, it makes for a nice gathering spot. For the non-drinkers, the lemonades are amazing too. I like this place alot. I like the concept and its your own fault if you make a bad pizza. It's like the Chipotle of pizza and I was pleased with what I created. You get a base crust and you add your choice of sauce and toppings. Comes out fairly quick and the crust isnt too thick so its nice and crunchy. Its definitely going into the rotation read more

Food is always great regardless of which Mod you frequent. This Mod is no exception, everything is delicious. The only complaint I would have and is pretty typical with other stores, is there is no sense of urgency from staff to move people through the line. But it is worth the wait in the end. read more

Tried this place out for lunch today. Heard good things before but never tried it. It was amazing. Tons of fresh ingredients to choose from and everyone got their own pie with whatever toppings they wanted so my daughter got a mini. My husband and I got mod. Perfect size for the 2 of them mine was too big. But tasted amazing so we will definitely be back especially since they have a location in sugar land close to where we live.
