I started to chose my sauce and toppings and the employee started to drop "F" bombs in spanish. He got upset because i told him what sauce i wanted. Then i asked him if he was having a bad day. He responded aggressively with: Are you having a bad day sir!. I told him I speak spanish and he then realized that i understood what he was saying to me. I told the manager and he thought it was funny. I told him i didn't appreciate getting cussed out because he's having a bad day at work. He should of not come to work. I ask the manager on duty what the GMs name is and he laughed and said it was Mark. He then told me that if i write a review that he doesn't care and there is nothing he could do about it. I told him he would understand where i was coming from if he knew what customer service was and if he owned MOD Pizza! Worse customer service experience I have had in many years. The staff were rude. I accidentally touched the glass when pointing to the ingredients I wanted. He said don't touch the glass. Every ingredient I asked for I had to ask twice because of how little was put on the pizza. Then when the pizza came out it was undercooked. The ice machine for soft drinks wasn't working. When I asked if they had any ice in the back we could use, he said the ice machine had been broken for 2 months and they had none to give us. Any restaurant that doesn't care enough about its customers to get its ice machine fixed in over two months shouldn't be in business. The staff were rude to us the entire time we were there. Absolutely love MOD Pizza on Bering and San Felipe! Mark and his amazing and friendly staff are always so welcoming. The service here is friendly, fast, and the food is always fresh and delicious. As our wonderful daughter says good bye to first grade and hello to second grade we told her she could celebrate anywhere she wanted. You guessed it MOD Pizza is where she chose! First-time here and I loved the customer service. I appreciate them asking if I had been there before because often times, if I haven't, I'm just stuck looking dumbfounded at the menu. The gentleman explained the different customizations which helped my indecisive nature (haha). They have soooo many options and toppings so your creativity can run wild.
