They explained how everything worked from picking out your sauce to whatever else you want on your pizza. Do they bend over backwards to help you, no.. if you want concierge service , go to the ritz Carlton. If you want helpful employees then this is the place to come. I would compare the pizza to Above Pizza Hut and slightly below BJs. Nothing to complain about. I would definitely come here again. If you want it to be delivered consider not to have it delivered. They use Door Dash and they tend to pick up other restaurant deliveries before they deliver yours. They run the deliveries as if they are delivering packages. This guy had the pizza bag under his arm like a purse with the pizza boxes in the vertical position standing on the side. Then hand it to me in the correct horizontal position assuming that I didn't see what he just did. I'm sorry this burns me and if I pay for delivery of food you should deliver my food before picking up other deliveries. He picked up two other deliveries from different restaurants on the way to my place. I was watching the tracking app. So why should we be paying for other people's deliveries. I also don't like that a tip is paid upfront to get some bad service. You cannot do anything about it and they are just pocketing it as they walk away. My boyfriend and I visited this location last night. We stood in line for about 10 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged us. There was only one woman in front of us and a couple others behind us just before we left. One of the employees was actually standing right in front of me putting receipts on the glass and still never said a word or looked up at us. She then continued stocking food items while continuing to ignore customers. Had they told us that they were short staffed, or service was slow and they would be with us, this wouldn't have been an issue. There aren't 5 million pizza prices listed on their menu. There's only 2 set prices. You have a choice of a personal pizza on a thin crust or there's also a mega dough option. You can select a MOD classic pizza or customize your own. There are a ton of toppings to choose from so I went with the customized pizza. They have tea and 2 types of lemonade and those just so happen to be my two most favorite beverages. My curiosity was peaked and I tried the no name cake and wow. MOD : Made On Demand When I first learned of the concert, any pizza you want, as many toppings as you want, same price, I was doubtful. But that does indeed seem to be the case. My first thought was then, "Certainly not the place to go if you only like cheese pizza." So I wasn't patient enough to scrutinize the menu and figure out any pricing exceptions. Instead I saw was basically a pizza margarita, to which I added sausage. Pie came out pretty quick. Toppings didn't blow us away, but they were OK. Crust was a winner. A little soft. A little chewy. Though I would have liked it a just a little bit crispier, on the outside. Staff was friendly enough. On employee, probably the manager, was really hustling inside and outside the place. I suspect she is the manager, and deserves a shout out. I got tired watching her work. So I'm pretty sure I'll be back, especially since there is a run club (North Running Crew) that meets next door at the burger place, Wednesdays at 7pm. Husband lived the caspian, and he's picky about his bbq chicken pizza. The DJ was good but the best part was the tomatoes (there's one small slice per piece of pizza), I think it's could far more of them. The chicken was in large pieces, I think it would be easier to eat if it wee chopped into smaller pieces because when you take a bite, the whole love comes off and takes everything with it. Have been going since we moved to the area, great pizza and love that I can add whatever I want, and as much as I want! Location is pretty clean no complainants on that. But I will say that my husband got horrible food poisoning from the honey he got in his pizza. We almost had to go to the hospital he got so dehydrated. I'll be back soon! DISAPPEARING PIZZAS: My friend ordered the Tristan on a thick crust with no mushrooms. First they made her pizza with mushrooms, then once we told the worker it was wrong, she threw it away. On the second try, she made a pizza with no mushrooms, but on the wrong crust! I guess third try is the charm with this place - she got her pizza after the first two were thrown out. My pizza was somehow lost in the oven. I had to request my ingredients AGAIN. All in all, the food tasted wonderful but we had to go through many trials and tribulations to find it. Amazing experience at MOD! I'm so happy that MOD came to Alliance because we don't have a great pizza place. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The build your own pie is the way to go! You can put as many toppings on your pizza as you want. Other pizza places give you a max topping number so this is AWESOME! The pizza was absolutely delicious and beats all the other places like this. They also have a pretty cool rewards system. Spend $1 and get 1 point. 150 points gets you a free pizza. MOD Pizza is a great pizza joint. Long story short, you can customize your pizza however you want all for one price. We've done both dine and and take out and the take out held up surprisingly well. The crust is thin and comes out great, not really crispy, but not soggy at all. Each one of these pizzas you can absolutely eat on your own and not feel over full, but its also the perfect size to split between two people. The reason why I took off one star was due to the very long wait time we've had to wait each time we dine in. If you're not in a rush, then there's really no problem, but we've easily waited 20 to 30 minutes in line, only to have to (obviously) wait again for the pizza to cook. The best pizza I've ever had. So much better than Pizza Hut or any pizza joint I've ever tried. I love that you can create your own or order from a variety of creative menu options. The staff here was friendly during our visit and we came right before the dinner crowd. There is plenty of seating, including outside. I created my own 11 inch (I've had the smaller one and it left me hungry after, so the 11 inch is perfect for me), and it was delicious. After we ordered, our pizza was ready in about 7 minutes. They call your name at the front and you pick it up. They also have the BEST "ding-dong"-like desserts. Highly recommend you check out this place for a quick and inexpensive lunch or dinner. read more

Unlimited toppings for a 10" pie for $8 and some change? I'm in! Friendly and helpful staff. Went through the process of customizing our pies, similar to chipotle or subway. The girl didn't skimp on any of the toppings. Pie toppings selected, paid at the register, and waited about 10 minutes for our pies to come fresh out of the pizza oven. At the time, the employee running the oven had it near filled with just shy of 20 pizzas going. Both the wife and I were eager to try them. Crust was crispy and not too thin.
