I went in at 3:30 in the afternoon and saw three employees, and when they saw me, they looked like I invaded their country. I ordered a #7 A Crispy taco and a beef BOB. They failed to put lettuce or tomato on the taco, and the BOB was as small as a party burrito. I don't recommend being an old White man when going to this store, you are not welcome. I'm just going to say it....., I am 8 months pregnant and my hyper fixation is a party burrito and a crunchy beef taco. Anyway, went through drive thru, ordered and pulled off to find that there were no party burritos in the bag. Normally, I'd probably drive home but not today. I needed that party burrito. I shamelessly went back through the line and explained that I was just there and my order was incorrect. He insisted I ordered party tacos instead of party burritos. He was probably right. I explained I was pregnant and my brain just didn't say the right thing. He so kindly made and gave me what I thought I ordered and was so sweet about it. We stopped in at this location to use our "A Wholotta Box" coupon. There was a note on the drive through menu apologizing for the wait ahead of time because they are short staffed. After we paid at the window we were asked to pull into a front parking spot where they told us they'd bring our order out to us. We waited 15 minutes and then our box was brought out to us. Y'all, the tacos and burritos were freshly made and hot, the rice and beans were generous portions, and the chips fresh & crispy!! Of course, the 8oz salsa topped it off perfectly! WELL WORTH THE WAIT! Sweet young lady multitasking & working tonight, bless her for caring and doing such a great job. Our box was packed so carefully!! This is a disgrace to the Taco Bueno I grew up with. I got to leave for my lunch break early so I went through the drive thru. Figured I could spend the leftover time to catch up with mom things. Drive thru was a nightmare. The guy isn't talking into the microphone and I had to repeat my order FIVE times. I pull up and the guy at the window (had the drive thru headset on) had to go over my order another THREE times. 3 muchacos, quesadilla meal, party burrito and a nacho meal. I drove off thinking surely after 8 times of repeating it, it should be fine. I drive all the way back to work to find they forgot half of my coworkers meal and half of mine. I tried calling and they wouldn't answer. So I used that extra time I was wanting for errands to go back up there to the drive thru to play the repeat game again with the guy to only get what I paid for. No apology, no extra food, nothing. Then I got back to work and sit with my cold nachos and open one of my items and see this. Fingernail punctures. This is clearly one of the worst Taco Buenos I have been to. Service was fast and the guy was nice so I did give it 2 stars. I also only went through the drive through so I can't comment on the inside. The guy at the drive through was nice but he didn't give me napkins or ask if I needed anything else. I also got nachos with no fork. Let's talk about the food. Nacho chips burnt, yes burnt. I had Mexi dips and chips which were terrible. Beans were too salty, clumpy and cold. Cheese was ok I guess. Guacamole was in another burnt bowl and was not fresh at all. If I wasn't on a road trip I would have taken it back but I was already back on the road when I noticed this. Results... This place used to be very good back in 2014 and 15. It went downhill around 2016 and a has been a steady decline. The food is very good usually, it's the slow service that's unbelievable. The drive through is something to behold. Common sense is you have to go around the building to get to the drive through if there is already a line. Watch the idiot that tries go at the south entrance to cut a driver waiting in line. One time someone tried this to me when I was already waiting in line 10 or fifteen minutes still 2 cars in front of me to the ordering menu and dared him to try and hit me. I did learn if the cars wrap around the building then don't even bother waiting in line and go somewhere else. Last time I went here was two weeks ago and decided to get in line. My friends credit card wasn't working and said I got it after the lady took way too long to figure it out I paid cash. Had to cancel the order, restart everything. I think she was overwhelmed and looked understaffed inside. There was only one person in front of us at 12pm but next thing I notice there is several people waiting. It took literally over 30 minutes to get our food which wasn't even a complicated order. This location is absolute garbage. They randomly close midday with no explanation and cannot get an order right. This evening my husband went through the drive thru and they repeated the order back to him correctly, then stated his total was going to be an excessive amount, given what he ordered. He asked why the total was so high, and then repeated his order back to the worker, who then said "oh, I added some stuff wrong. Sorry." My husband waited an extended period of time to actually get the order and had to pull into the parking lot to wait even longer. They brought his order out and he left. When he got home, it was ALL wrong. We called, no one answered. He went back and the dining room doors are closed and no one even responded to him for several minutes via intercom, then stated they could only fulfill online orders due to the system being down. He explained the situation and they asked him to pull forward. He did, then waited another 6 minutes before anyone came to the window. This is unacceptable. read more

My husband orders Taco Bueno often. We typically spend $45 when placing our order. I would like to mention we use Urber Eats when it comes to fast food nights to avoid the long lines and and traffic. The last 4 times the order has been wrong for various reasons. We order 14 hot sauce to go with $45 dollars worth of burritos. The notes were left in the comments section along with the condiment section located on the app when ordering our food. It also shows on the receipt when taco Bueno stapled to the bag. Needless to say when we receive our food not even one was in bags. When I spoke to the store manager, Brandon m. He said it was the responsibility of the driver to ensure we received. My question to Brandon the manager. If I was in the drive through would it be his responsibility or would it be my responsibility to ensure he put in my bag??His response is priceless. Brandon said it would be my responsibility to make sure he did his JOB!! I about died! He then said 95% of customers check their bags and I said I must be the 5% dumb**** who expects you to do your JOB! What you get paid for! SMH!! Horrible service!! Last week my husband placed an order from the Keller store by mistake and the order was SPOT on so I called to ask the difference in their process. The manager mentioned even when a customer doesn't mention they want salsa, their store adds it to the order as it's predominately a food that uses. He also said it's the stores responsibility to place the condiments in the bags since the drivers are deliver only. Shame on this store and I will place a review in all locations because the customers have a right to know how crappy the service is and how arrogant condescending, inconsiderate and disrespectful the Manager is at this location. I have 5 kids and almost always have additional kids with me too. We've been here 5 times now and consistently have had a 5 star experience every time. That's saying something with my huge crew! This is the only Bueno within at least an hours drive that still gets it right. Fresh food, clean restaurant, courteous staff, crunchy shells and chips are never stale, salsa bar on point!
