Ordered a Pizza for delivery at 6:15 pm. By 8:30 it was just being picked up by the delivery driver. The Uber driver reports Pizza Hut was behind on processing orders. Pizza Hut may have a different story -- but I don't care. 2.5 hours to order a pizza for delivery where the Pizza Hut is just a few miles away up the road is unacceptable. Tried to order online, wouldn't let us place the order unless we put in a tip. Decided not to pay a tip to be handed a pizza over the counter. Said we'd pay at the store, still wouldn't take our order. Got to the store and placed a to go order, decided to wait and have a beer while we waited. Counter worker couldn't get the beers out of the cooler went and told the shift manager. He was 5 steps from the cooler, told the worker to wait. My pizza said it was delivered it was not. They thought maybe the driver had left it somewhere else but she finally showed up after they were already on the phone for 20 minutes. Everybody acted like they didn't know what to do about it. Then they offered to remake it for me and deliver it in an hour and a half from the time the second order was being made. I order from them all the time I don't understand what happened but they all acted like they had no clue how to fix this. This location has beer and wine. They of course have a soda fountain. We got a large thin crust pizza and it came out Hot. I really like getting my hot food hot. By the time I ate my third piece, it was still warm (I know don't judge, I was hungry), I like the inside, music is loud enough to hear but not to loud that you couldn't hear the table conversation. They even have outside seating! Atmosphere, and food are good! Now for not as good. The unsweetened tea is weak, and the young cashier needs to learn how to handle money properly. We gave her a five to buy a soda and she gave change for a twenty. We explained we gave her a five and she insisted we gave her a twenty. This is like the third time i've been in this Pizza Hut and never did a check-in or review, but here goes. I still hate the pizza but the wings are pretty dang good, specially the cajun rub. And the beer's good also, i get the local brew made there in Justin. I think it's called Rabbit Hole. It's really good, i need to tour the brewery. We had a problem with our gift card working and the assistant manager Jaron was super apologetic and helpful. We were in the drive-through so I know it must have been frustrating, but he stayed customer-focused and ended up just taking us at our word with the gift card. We appreciate that Justin finally got a Pizza Hut and enjoy the convenience which is why we almost always do carry out. The wait times the past two times have been quite ridiculous. My dad went through the drive through about a month ago they said it wasn't ready and to please give them 5 minutes and drive back around. No problem. He waits a few minutes and goes back, she says it's still not ready and to please wait in the parking lot and they will bring it out. (Mind you the order was placed probably 45 minutes ago at that point) He waits and waits. No one brings out his pizza so he drives back around. She says she's not sure what's going on and goes to find a manager. My dad sees three pizzas sitting by the cash register and asks what the name on those are, they are his pizzas and had been sitting there the whole time. This time we place a mobile order, I wait about 15 minutes and go to pick up. I go through the drive thru, he says it's not ready and I can wait there. A few minutes go by and he says he's sorry they messed up on one of the pizzas and to wait in the parking lot and he'll bring it out to me. I'm waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes when the manager comes out and apologizes that it's going to be more of a wait and he'd like to refund this order and offer me a credit for the same amount on the next order. I wait about 10 more minutes and finally my pizzas come out. I appreciate that the manager tried to make it right but I'd like to not wait an hour for pizza. read more

Food is standard same as most Pizza Hut places service is where they lack, they're polite but seems like they only get the order correct about 50% of the time , I ordered a sandwich with extra sauce on the side, not only did I not get the extra sauce but there was none on the sandwich either. Nice location and friendly staff. Unfortunately the pizza has been a bit doughy in the center the last couple times. where half the crust was stuck to the box. Granted I am getting a super supreme pizza it is harder to cook all the way through but if it is on the menu it should be able to be cooked right. They only get to stars from me for failing to uphold the promotions advertised by the national media. When you eat on a budget and expect to pizzas to be $10 and you're billed $14 because "we don't offer that promotion" when you went in to eat, you feel screwed over. Because I don't think a waitress should be billed for a managers error we still tipped according to the bill, and with beverages we ended up paying well over the amount we had budgeted to eat that night. Yes, we can afford the difference but lots of folks in our area work paycheck to paycheck and can't afford to be screwed over. The food is great, but not so great that I'd choose it over the pizza and unlimited salad from BJ's. at a similar price point. I asked her if she was bringing more tea out and she said "oh, I'm sorry I didn't know y'all were drinking tea, it's been out all day, so I was cleaning up for the night".
