My family and I truly love Marcos. Our favorite is the Pepperoni Magnifico, always very tasty! Their delivery drivers are always friendly and the pizza arrives quickly. If you have the option to pick up the pizza, its even faster! The reason why I took off one start was due to their wings. I was super excited to try their wings since we really do enjoy their pizza and man was I disappointed. The wings were flabby and just overall bad. Ordered from this location on May 13th for pickup. My total was $28.34. When I looked at my bank this morning they charged me $35.22. Went by the store today to talk to manager to find out someone added a tip to my bill without my authorization. Manager didn't seemed phased as he told me he couldn't tell who added the tip or where the money went to. He blamed it on a mistake that someone must of gone into the wrong order. Not sure how this would of happened when bring up order by number, name or address mostly. This is a new business in our area. I ordered from the Website App, which was not a good experience because as I was putting my card information in with a discount code, the App closed unexpectedly. When I tried to redo the order, the discount code stated it was used already. If the order didn't go through, how could the discount code already be used if the order didn't go through? I then called the order in with a 25 minute delay before I would pickup the pizza. After driving to the establishment to pickup the pizza, I notified them an email that I received to let the workers know that I was outside waiting. Of course, nobody came out until I called the number. Lastly, the pizza was cold. I don't intend to order from Marcos Pizza again. I like the customer service here, in the store and on the phone. They have a customer is right attitude. They try to give you a special, or discount if you forgot your coupon. Marco's Pizza does offer delivery but I will stop on my way home and the wait is not longer than it needs to be. The lobby is clean. there are tables so if you want to eat there, you can. No complaints, solid 4 star delivery pizza....and no, its not Grimaldis or some of the other great pizza places....their gig is pizza to go and they do a great job.....however.... Ordered the wings for delivery last night, and all I can say is disgusting!!! Ughhh.....soft, pliable, undercooked, just plain YUCK! Oh Marco's.....When Marco's Pizza first came to town, and I tasted it, I just knew that they were going to put all the pizza places nearby out of business including: Little Caesars, Pizza Hut, DOminoes, Mr. Jim's, ect. there are many pizza places in our neighborhood. However, after my most recent experience at Marco's, I can see why they will never put these pizza places out of business. I called at 7p placed a carryout order, and was told in 20 minutes to come pick it up. I wanted to give ample time, so didnt arrive until 7:30p. I get there and it must have been store meeting day because 15 people were in the kitchen, and guess what, my order was still wrong. I paid for my pizza and when I went to take a look, I had the wrong pizza...I told them that this is not what I ordered, and the guy told me it was what I ordered. So it seems not only does the person named Ashley who took my order need a hearing aid, but the guy at the front needs a lesson in REAL customer service. So they told me they could whip me up a new order in another 15 minutes...I waited at the store and when they re-made my order, guess what....it was WRONG again. This time I was a little annoyed and I told them that someone in the kitchen really needed a lesson in making the right order....So again, I waited for my correct order...3rd time is a charm, and they got it right the last time, and gave me a pizza they screwed up. We were finally eating almost 2 hours after I placed the initial carryout order...I would rather drive extra miles to a pizza place that will get it right, than to go to this place that's right up the road from my house...SMH. I live five minutes away from this location, and since it takes 1hr for delivery, I just pick up my order. This is seriously bad pizza. I have had excellent customer service, the pies look great...then you take a bite and it's cold and tasteless. It's like eating cardboard with sponge on top, and cold, even with arriving early.
