Mr Jims is my go to spot here in the Haslet Area. Even with the New Competition coming in, I will only get my wings and pizza from them. Since moving here in late 2013, Mr. Jims has most often gotten it right and when they didn't they fixed it with a smile! I love the small town feel and the owner is always at this location so give him a heads up if you are not happy with something. read more

Great pizza! We were pleasantly surprised. Smells clean inside and friendly people at the counter.

Detroit style was very good and on time delivery, the toppings were very fresh and crust was perfect.

Super disappointed. Tried to support small and was quoted 20-30 mins an HOUR ago and the pizza is still not here. This will be my first and last order from Mr Jim's pizza read more

First of all, I made an order at 4:19 this afternoon did not get an order till almost 6 PM when I got my order it was burnt cold and gross. They refunded my order and sent me a new order that was correct when I got the second order at about 7 PM, it was disgraceful to say the least I was over it. I will never order from there again. I've had nothing but problems they didn't even send the second time. read more

See all

We used to love Mr Jim's. The past year or so this place has plummeted in quality and service. Tonight we gave them their last chance. At 620, we ordered pizzas to be delivered at 0730. After multiple calls back to them, the pizzas finally came at 0815...cold with overdone crust. We always try to give our business to locals but the Haslet Mr. Jims is finished. They used to be good. What happened? What a shame. read more

At my age I have eaten a lot of pizzas in my time, but I must say this was probably the best pizza I have ever had very nice on the phone when they took my order delivered. It really quickly cooked perfect during the first bite. I just said to myself OMG this is good. read more

The pizza has been consistently excellent. I have ordered Large Sticky Fingers multiple times and it's is always great. This is important because other pizza stores have been less consistent to the point this is the only place I order my pizza experience. read more

Owners are trashed don't come to this joint , customer service is trash, rather get pizza from 7/11 than there

Absolute worst service ever. I have used for 2 years with no real problems. Last night placed an order and 90 minutes later it was still not here. Called and waited on the phone for 10 minutes for someone to pick up. The lady that answered told me she was the manager and my order was in the oven. All she had were excuses why it was taking so long - oven was broken, equipment problems, phone problems, lack of staff. It took over two hours to receive the delivery. Order was wrong, pizza was undercooked and items were missing. Never an offer to make it right or to compensate us in some way for all the problems. Order at your risk. STAY AWAY. read more

We've ordered from Mr. Jim's for years and have always been pleased. However, when we use a coupon (they send to us) or the "rewards" pizza, they clearly use as little as possible on this pizza. It's horrible. Every. Single. Time. That's pretty lousy business. read more

We love Mr. Jims delivery. The order is ALWAYS right, on time, and the drivers are always so friendly. Their salads are a great healthy option for me and my teenager loves the Pizza D'lish. We haven't had anything from there that we wouldn't order again. So glad to have this delivery option where we live! read more

It's too bad that the new owners of this location don't really care about customer service or order accuracy. I've been a longtime fan of Mr Jims Pizza... Even worked there when I was in college. I was told by the manager that the only way I could get my order accurate was to do it myself online. Doing it over the phone or even in person wasn't good enough. This location has gone downhill recently but I hope they figure it out. read more

Great pizza, next time I'll get thin crust. The sauce, three cheeses hit the spot. Great pizza read more

We always order Mr. Jim's. The Sticky Fingers is the best!. And they deliver in Sendera Ranch. Not everyone does.

Always so kind over the phone and when they deliver the pizza. We are always happy to have them as our delivery option!

Didn't take a pic because I couldn't put the sub down! But, I never order subs from pizza joints, but let me tell you what! This is my sub place from now on! Fresh and loaded with fillings. Got mine with lettuce, olives, mustard, ham, turkey, and jalapeños, my usual subway order. This sub was way better than subway! Absolutely delicious! My husband ordered his usual meat eaters, and he loves it every time. I like to mix up my order and the sub just sounded different and good! It over reached my expectations! read more

This is the only mr.jims that is cooked the way I like it ! And the lady there is always nice and friendly

Not bad, but not something to write home about either. I can say one thing about Mr Jims, it tastes better than pizza hut. HaHaHa. I hadn't been there in a while but u know i'll probably go back b4 i go back to that other place. read more

I love their Haslet location always good pizza and delivered promptly. Their delivery person is probably the most polite delivery person I have ever dealt with. Keep up the good work and great pizza read more

F this place! Waited over an hour before I called about my pizza, then had conflicting stories about where it was. Turns out it was just getting in the oven. Horrible!!!! read more

Best pizza around Rhome!!! I always order delivery and they are pretty fast to make my order and deliver.

Pizza is incredible. Service not. My family and I were always looking for the right pizza. Nothing gimmicky. Nothing gourmet. Mr Jim's was right on, and has become our exclusive pizza stop. Never tried delivery. We eat in. Place is small, nothing fancy. But it's comfortable, and we like it. Only complaint is the staff. I would not call them rude, but clueless. It feels as if they have the owners tied up in the back, and they're manning the front counter until their buddies clear out the safe. Regardless, it's tolerable and we'll keep coming back. It's a shame, I think if they hired or trained some better workers they would get more cars in their parking lot. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE....The service was (is) HORRIBLE. I ordered the calzone with the sauce on the side. The unkempt slob at the counter gives me sauce from the refrigerator and when I question putting COLD pizza sauce on a hot calzone, he tells me to leave the sauce in the car to warm it up. If this type of service Mr.Jim's has to offer, he won't and shouldn't be in business much longer. This is definitely my first AND last visit to this establishment. read more

No ice, no straws, overpriced mediocre food. Staff was two teenage kids who looked just thrilled to help us out (sarcasm). Told us there were plates after we finished our food. read more

Exceptional service over the phone and when we picked up our order. The pizza was amazing!!! We'll definitely come back!! Nice to see a great small town business in this area that we just moved to!! read more

These guys know how to make a pizza! Always generous amounts of toppings and cheese. This is my wife and I's go-to pizza place. The prices are a bit higher than the nation-wide chains, but you more than get what you pay for with Mr. Jims. Sometimes the phones get backed up if you call in to order but that's only because everyone wants their pizza! read more

We've ordered pizza from here several times since moving to Haslet and I must say, it's pretty darn good. I don't know how long delivery takes since I don't mind driving less than a mile to go pick it up. In my opinion, Mr. Jim's in Haslet is A-ok! read more

The worst restaurant ever. We are working around the corner. We tried last week and they had 2 pizzas on the buffet. We tried again today at 11:30- the 2 stoners working said "they haven't set up the buffet because they've been busy in the back and may get it setup in an hour or so" read more

Prices are good. Delivery fine. I like the crust seasoning with garlic butter garlic and parmesan. The pizza is soggy, crust, sauce, cheese, toppings just not good - meat lovers. read more

I love Mr Jim's pizza, but this one (Haslet) is awful. Every time my wife and I have ordered from them they mess something up. I ordered a large pepperoni on our way home one evening. They said for pick up it would be 20 minutes. I got there in 10 and then waited another 45 minutes. Several people came in, ordered their pizza, received it, and left. They kept telling me it would be right out and that they were sorry (sort of). I'm not a difficult person. This Mr Jim's pizza is just really bad. They always say 30 minutes for delivery I've never gotten one in less than an one hour and ten minutes. If you do decide to ignore my warnings an order from here don't ask for half of something on one side of the pizza and something else on the other side. They will mess it up everytime! read more

For Haslet, we were very pleasantly surprised! Their Hawaiian pizza is some of the best I've ever had. The delivery was extremely timely as well. This is the place to get pizza. read more
