Got a pizza with different sized slices as pictures show. Looked like one was a thinner crust and got leftovers. Called and the guy that answered. I tried explaining what happened. He got frustrated as I calmly talked to him. Hopefully calls are recorded. He said I can't deal with this and as he handed the phone over to the manager he said he couldn't deal with my screaming. I wasn't and calmly tried to explain the situation. The managers words were come back. I said ma'am I'm already on the freeway. She said well there's nothing I can do. I told her I could just post the pictures online on reviews and she laughed and said that wouldn't do anything for me. Horrible experience. read more

Will definitely be coming back to this location again! We had some unexpected guests drop by and everyone was hungry and everyone wanted Little Caesars! I called this location ( Beach Street in Ft Worth) literally minutes before closing time. We were hoping they had some pizzas still available and I also wanted to confirm what time they actually closed. The person who answered, Ryland, was more than helpful. Even though he stated they were about to close in 8 minutes, he let me place an order over the phone and told me he'd have it ready when I got there. It's rare to call a place just before they close and expect them to offer to make you whatever it is that you want, knowing it could mean they have to re-clean something or worse, stay later. He could have just told me "sorry, we've already shut everything down" and refuse to take the phone order since technically it was just minutes before they closed. Instead Ryland was professional and polite, and let me place my order (which included pizzas, breadsticks, etc). I got there right at closing and Ryland was just finishing boxing up my orders. I thanked him for staying and for feeding my family tonight so that I didn't have to! A apologized for his having to re- clean stuff and he told me that it was no problem. So Little Caesars is ok, but I come here because they are supposed to have pizzas ready to go. The last few times I have stopped by hoping to get some pizzas to go on the way home from work, they haven't had any ready at all. So, I end up having to order them and then wait, which defies their promise of having ready to go pizzas. Now I fully understand that there are peak times, when ready to go pizzas might be grabbed at the same time, however, not every time, I come in at different times. So, minus 1 star for not having pizzas ready to go, and another loss of a star due to the counter person not giving a hoot about the situation. Perhaps, sorry sir or something might be nice to hear, it is free and good customer service. Maybe I am just setting the bar too high? Anyway, might be better to have an expectation that you are going to wait here 15 to 30 minutes and if you get your pizzas sooner then you can go home happy. read more

HORRIBLE! We ordered through Little Caesars, and they gave the order to Door Dash to use for delivery. We ordered the night before to make sure the timing would be correct. The delivery was picked up as scheduled and then sat at a different restaurant for an HOUR waiting for another order... therefore, our order was over and HOUR LATE and was COLD & SOGGY... ewwww. Cold, soggy pizza that is over an hour late?! We called Little Caesars when an hour past delivery-time had gone by and they said 'not our fault, talk to your Door Dasher'... but we didn't ask to use Door Dash! Little Caesars REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for THEIR DELIVERY SYSTEM. Greene Ave in Fort Worth, Tx Today I ordered online pizza, bread sticks and wings Got to the store and was told they didn't have wings. So was offered another pizza or another order of breadsticks. I said no because it's just 3 of us and don't want another extra pizza or bread sticks. So I asked if I can get my refund and was told No. then I asked for store credit and was also told No! i have only ever ordered delivery from here. usually the same thin crust or pan pepperoni pizza with italian cheese bread. every. time. i order the food is always hot, fresh and so good for such a fast food chain spot! it's crazy to say about a $8 pie but if you're looking for something quick, affordable AND DELICIOUS this is the spot. they out do themselves for a little cesar's imo. read more

I've been to many Little Ceasars shops over the years. I must say this N. Beech location is great. They are almost always quick and ALWAYS friendly & pleasant. Any delays I've ever encountered are because I really enjoy their mushroom pizzas over the standard pepperoni. It may take a few more minutes, but calling ahead or ordering via app takes care of that. Clean, efficient, friendly, that appreciate our business & make me feel so every time I visit. read more

Staff is rather Durrrrr. I picked up 2 pizzas and bread sticks. For the drive home my daughter opened the bread sticks. Only to find them to be Half cooked raw and doughy. I walked back in the store and the cashier looked at me with a blank confused faced, When i was telling her the issue. She replaced my half baked breads ticked with another bag of the same . When I told her they forgot to cook them I then saw the empty glare of Durrr yet again. I just told the dumbass I guess I get to bake them at home! Don't waste your time with the dump. As a Little Caesar bonus the pizza was barely even warm! Just not in the mood to argue with stupid! I dig the Hot N Ready options. For $5 you get a large(ish) size pizza with basic one topping option (cheese, pepperoni or sausage) that is ready to take home. You can grab some crazy bread (breadsticks loaded with garlic butter and parmesan cheese) for an extra $2.50. It's an easy take-home option, sorry no delivery. Now, the pizza is pretty standard big-box chain. LC is probably more nostalgia for me than anything so that drives my craving for it. The crust is decent, a little under-cooked most times and the sauce is from a giant can. Not sure if they use real cheese or not- probably not for that $5 price tag. You can call ahead and order a more customized pizza for pick-up. This location, as with most LC locations, is take and go only. There are no seats to eat there. read more

First - I was overcharged for the pizza. I ordered a sausage pizza but was charged for a pepperoni extra. Then the pizza came out burnt and hard. I am in the customer service world and this was terrible.Storr Id 01359-00009. I hope thet can better the service. read more

This location is the closest to our house and our favorite LC. We've been to a bunch of other ones the area and this one is consistently better: they cook it up fast and the pizza and cheese bread are always on point. Thanks guys!! read more

Picked up pizza from here and have been sick ever since. I'm sure I got food poisoning. When I tried to call the general manager argued that he was certified in food safety so there was no way it could be that. I just called to let them know in case there were others sick. Didn't ask for nor did I want anything free like the manager accused me of. Not sure why he thinks someone wants to scam a $5 pizza and trust me with as sick as I got I won't be returning period.
