We ordered 2 plain pies and a "chicken parmesan" sub and a meatball sub. The chicken in the chicken parm is a travesty. A traditional Italian Chicken parm is breaded chicken cutlets, pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese on Italian bread. We were given slices of Sam's Club grilled frozen processed chicken, mozzarella and tomato slices. No sauce. Disgusting. I couldn't even take a bite it smelled so awful. The pizza? For toddlers. Worst customer service ever. I get being busy and having an eventful day as they had previously said on the phone after calling me back to tell me about not having certain ingredients for my pizza, okay no problem. When trying to adjust it the man then hangs up on me mid sentence. So I get to the store, the workers then tell me they don't accept cash. So I asked if it was okay and if they'd wait while I go to the store across the street to deposit some on my card, they said sure no problem. Not even 4minutes later I pull back up to the store and I see everyone walking out & I'm assuming the manager carrying out my two pizzas I had ordered with her to the car, and as I said something to them they then continued to give me attitude about they are all clocked out and it's not their problem and they wouldn't let me get my pizzas. I love love Marcos! But this customer service was just odd. Why ignore us. My boyfriend and I placed our order and we go to pick it up. First off the window is broken so we had to go in. We go in there is a total of 7 employees. Not one said welcome or letting us know they'll be with us in a minute. We stand at the counter waiting. These two girls come in behind us. I am really disappointed in the poor customer service I received from this location. It saddens me because I really appreciate how this location partners with the local schools to aid in fundraising. However, during the summer, and from this moment forward, we will not be ordering pizza from here again. I ordered online around 2:45 on a Wednesday afternoon. Something was wrong with the system, so 45 minutes later, I call. They didn't have it (but they had my money). So they said they would get it right out. A long time later, we finally got the pizza but not the soda that came with the deal. So I called to get reimbursed for the soda, only to be told that the special I ordered that came with a soda (that I didn't get), would cost me more for the pizzas if I tried to get reimbursed for the soda (I know, I can't even make sense of it typing). They didn't even apologize for the missing order, the time it took, nor the fact that they didn't have a soda that was available on their online choices. Thats okay Marco's, I can take my pizza money elsewhere. It's all good. I didn't even lose my cool with the employees because I can choose not to go here anymore. So we won't. I made an online order, asap delivery, usually no problem. Only difference was I ordered a medium pizza instead of the usual large. One thing I noticed after awhile, was their online order tracking system was not working. No big deal I just kept an eye out for the driver. After about an hour and a no show, I called waited 20 minutes on hold, no one answered. Hung up and called back, a young man answered, and said he would check on my order. He informed me that my order was cancelled because they ran out of dough for a medium pizza. My thought was well, take dough from a large pizza and make a medium? I asked to speak to the Mgr., this guy, Clayton sounded younger than the first guy. I asked him why they didn't call me or send an email, he replied, "we were really busy and didn't have time to call." I said you couldn't take 5 minutes if that, to call or write an email? He said "no." I asked him to make me a large pizza, and eat the cost (which according to their website is about $2) and deliver it. He said no again, stating they didn't have any delivery drivers. It was only 8pm. I told him that was horrible customer service and unacceptable. Regular crust, hamburger, pepperoni, sausage, mushroom...Salud! As for the wings, skip them. Flavor is decent, but they were so oddly cut, I wasn't sure what some of the pieces were...maybe a thigh? TERRIBLE location. Ordered pizza at noon on a Saturday and it did not arrive until almost 2:30. Every time I called, I was told it would be another ten minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was missing items and everything was cold. Complete waste of $50. Red Baron makes better pizza and you can get that for less than $5. We received a flyer in the mail for $7.99 for large 2-topping pizzas, no limit, and decided to give Marco's a try on the night the Mavs ended up beating the Thunder in game 1 of the Western Conference Finals! In addition to the 2-topping pizzas, we ordered their White Cheezy, which has Feta as one of the 4 cheeses, and their Pepperoni Magnifico... all were outstanding. We ordered online, a relatively simple process once we figured out to that you must start by clicking "Online Ordering" in the top banner; we were pleased to see thin crust as an option, and were surprised to see something we've not seen before on online ordering--four different "bake" levels (Regular Bake, Bake Lightly, Bake Well Done and Bake Extra Well Done) ... so you can get your pizza exactly how you want it. We selected "Regular Bake" and all five of our pizzas arrived quickly (less than 30 minutes) and were steaming hot and fresh. The crust was perfect, the sauce was vibrant but not overseasoned, allowing the freshness of the tomatoes to shine through. All pizzas were square cut; though we didn't specifically ask for such, and I didn't see an option to request otherwise, this was perfectly fine with us--we prefer the smaller portion size that square cut provides. Just be aware to specifically ask for traditional cuts if you don't want square cut pizza. They don't use frozen cheese, but only fresh mozzarella and their own 4-cheese blend. And current Monday promotion is half price so we decided to give it a shot. I had ordered 2 large pizzas from here as part of my kids' school fundraiser last week to be picked up tonight. In this weeks mayham I had forgotten I had ordered the pizzas. Marco's called to check on my status when I hadn't showed up, and re-made my order completely new (while saving my kids' adorable masterpiece boxes for the new pizzas) because it had been sitting there over an hour at no extra charge. Pretty darn good pizza. We ran in here cause 1. it was close and 2. we were starving. Well about 1 minute before we walked in, they apparently got the largest take out order ever.
