I want to start off by giving them a shout out for supporting local schools and local libraries by them having coupons for things like reading programs. Both times coming here there has only been one single person working. He did a great job both times we came by, and we had our orders out within a reasonable 15/20 mins after placing them in store using my kids coupons along with other things we wanted. Food wise, its decent enough for chain pizza options. Is it our top favorite of the chain pizza places, prob not, but a solid option if you need something for particular eaters in the area. read more

Have you never had pizza in your life? Do you like microwave chicken? We are NYers who love pizza and we are new go the DFW area. We ordered Marco's. BIG MISTAKE! We ordered 2 plain pies and a "chicken parmesan" sub and a meatball sub. The chicken in the chicken parm is a travesty. A traditional Italian Chicken parm is breaded chicken cutlets, pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese on Italian bread. We were given slices of Sam's Club grilled frozen processed chicken, mozzarella and tomato slices. No sauce. Disgusting. I couldn't even take a bite it smelled so awful. The pizza? For toddlers. Saucy but hardly any cheese and no flavor. Gross! Skip it! read more

Worst customer service ever. I get being busy and having an eventful day as they had previously said on the phone after calling me back to tell me about not having certain ingredients for my pizza, okay no problem. When trying to adjust it the man then hangs up on me mid sentence. So I get to the store, the workers then tell me they don't accept cash. So I asked if it was okay and if they'd wait while I go to the store across the street to deposit some on my card, they said sure no problem. Not even 4minutes later I pull back up to the store and I see everyone walking out & I'm assuming the manager carrying out my two pizzas I had ordered with her to the car, and as I said something to them they then continued to give me attitude about they are all clocked out and it's not their problem and they wouldn't let me get my pizzas. Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Do not recommend this store as the workers are rude, and wasted my time when I could've went somewhere else had they not wanted to wait as they told me they would. read more

I ordered Marco's pizza whether I'm in Tennessee or Texas. It's always a solid choice. I have been ordering in Tennessee. They're always a solid pizza place and the employees are on top of the ordering process. The decor is not really important. It's kind of an order and take to go type deal. my favorite is their pepperoni and pineapple pizza with black olives. It's amazing. read more

I love love Marcos! But this customer service was just odd. Why ignore us. My boyfriend and I placed our order and we go to pick it up. First off the window is broken so we had to go in. We go in there is a total of 7 employees. Not one said welcome or letting us know they'll be with us in a minute. We stand at the counter waiting. These two girls come in behind us. The man then goes and takes their order talks with them and gives them their pizza. NEITHER one had anything in their hands but he went and walked their pizza out to their car for like 3 minutes. Ridiculous. Then an older man walks in and he comes back in. He then goes and takes the man's order. WHAT. I was shocked. What should've been a quick pick up since it was already ready on the side... took us nearly 10 minutes. read more

It took us a long time to order pizza from Marcos and I'm not really sure why, because it's been great, every time! We have ordered all our pizza's from Marco's over the past couple of months and have been pleased every time! The pizza has always been hot and fresh, with quick delivery. We used to order from a different pizza chain, but after seeing this health department ratings, never again, Marcos will continue to be our go to pizza stop. Keep being fresh, hot and fast, and our business will stay with Marcos! read more

I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza from door dash after seeing the reviews 20 minutes later I get a phone call from door dash letting me know they were out of jalapeños, but would I like to continue with the order? I confirmed yes and assumed my pizza was being prepared 20 minutes later I checked door dash to find the order had been canceled by Marcos read more

Ordered from here many times. The last time I picked up a pizza that was soggy with grease. Ended up throwing it out and now order from Jet's. Filled out a feedback form from Marco's and never heard back from them. read more

I made an online order, asap delivery, usually no problem. Only difference was I ordered a medium pizza instead of the usual large. One thing I noticed after awhile, was their online order tracking system was not working. No big deal I just kept an eye out for the driver. After about an hour and a no show, I called waited 20 minutes on hold, no one answered. Hung up and called back, a young man answered, and said he would check on my order. He informed me that my order was cancelled because they ran out of dough for a medium pizza. My thought was well, take dough from a large pizza and make a medium? I asked to speak to the Mgr., this guy, Clayton sounded younger than the first guy. I asked him why they didn't call me or send an email, he replied, "we were really busy and didn't have time to call." I said you couldn't take 5 minutes if that, to call or write an email? He said "no." I asked him to make me a large pizza, and eat the cost (which according to their website is about $2) and deliver it. He said no again, stating they didn't have any delivery drivers. It was only 8pm. I told him that was horrible customer service and unacceptable. Now your losing a good customer because you wouldn't make an alteration to your policy, if it was a policy or something you just made up. Good job Clayton! read more

Pizza is great and the service is great as well. It never disappoints me. Will always go to Marcos for pizza!

I am really disappointed in the poor customer service I received from this location. It saddens me because I really appreciate how this location partners with the local schools to aid in fundraising. However, during the summer, and from this moment forward, we will not be ordering pizza from here again. I ordered online around 2:45 on a Wednesday afternoon. Something was wrong with the system, so 45 minutes later, I call. They didn't have it (but they had my money). So they said they would get it right out. A long time later, we finally got the pizza but not the soda that came with the deal. So I called to get reimbursed for the soda, only to be told that the special I ordered that came with a soda (that I didn't get), would cost me more for the pizzas if I tried to get reimbursed for the soda (I know, I can't even make sense of it typing). They didn't even apologize for the missing order, the time it took, nor the fact that they didn't have a soda that was available on their online choices. Thats okay Marco's, I can take my pizza money elsewhere. It's all good. I didn't even lose my cool with the employees because I can choose not to go here anymore. So we won't. You decide for yourself. I just wanted you to be aware to call if you don't get your pizza in a timely manner. read more

Pizza was cool, wrong and undercooked. Wouldn't recommend. Used to order from here often, people told me it has gone down hill. Oh and it has. read more

Wave off. Wave off. Ordered pizza for a party at Gatsplat. They took my order two days before the party. Confirmed it when I called the morning of. And now it's 45 minutes late and counting. Happily we can at least feed the kids cookies and cake. But come on! They haven't even called to make excuses. And I've been on hold for 25 minutes. read more

Writing this as I sit here 35 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be delivered. When I called whoever answered the phone acted like they could care less and said "someone was out with my order". There was a bunch of loud screaming and cussing in the background that sounded like a bunch of teenagers. I know sometimes things just don't go well at work, but I've had a lot of jobs including pizza delivery. There is no excuse for a delivery to take 2 hours when it's 15 minutes down the street. read more

I do enjoy the food very much, that pizza bowl is absolutely delicious. Love the service too

Finally, a properly cooked pizza! I like minimal cheese but lots of sauce, which means I receive a LOT of undercooked, limp pizzas. Not this one. Regular crust, hamburger, pepperoni, sausage, mushroom...Salud! As for the wings, skip them. Flavor is decent, but they were so oddly cut, I wasn't sure what some of the pieces were...maybe a thigh? Certainly not worth the calories though after I peeled off all the rubbery skin, didn't leave much for consumption. Stick with the pizza. read more

TERRIBLE location. Ordered pizza at noon on a Saturday and it did not arrive until almost 2:30. Every time I called, I was told it would be another ten minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was missing items and everything was cold. Complete waste of $50. Red Baron makes better pizza and you can get that for less than $5. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business somewhere else. read more

I don't know how this place doesn't have a better rating because their pizza is spectacular! We discovered this Marcos a few months back after getting one too many terrible pizzas from Pizza Hut and we will never order from anywhere else! I love a cheesy, not overly-sauced pizza and Marcos does that perfectly. They are also very reasonably priced and have never messed up our order. read more

Today was the first day of school for students returning to in person learning. It was a very tough day BUT Marco's Pizza called Hillwood Middle asking if they could deliver 10 pizzas for us!!! I walked in this Morning to pick up my online order and walked away with free pizza! I had my cash in hand ready to pay and they let me leave with out giving them anything. If you order early in the morning just select cash as your payment and there's a 50/50 chance you might not even have to pay! read more

50% off online on Mondays is long gone but they now compete with the big chains and offer 6.99 medium one topping pizzas all week long.

We received a flyer in the mail for $7.99 for large 2-topping pizzas, no limit, and decided to give Marco's a try on the night the Mavs ended up beating the Thunder in game 1 of the Western Conference Finals! In addition to the 2-topping pizzas, we ordered their White Cheezy, which has Feta as one of the 4 cheeses, and their Pepperoni Magnifico... all were outstanding. We ordered online, a relatively simple process once we figured out to that you must start by clicking "Online Ordering" in the top banner; we were pleased to see thin crust as an option, and were surprised to see something we've not seen before on online ordering--four different "bake" levels (Regular Bake, Bake Lightly, Bake Well Done and Bake Extra Well Done) ... so you can get your pizza exactly how you want it. We selected "Regular Bake" and all five of our pizzas arrived quickly (less than 30 minutes) and were steaming hot and fresh. The crust was perfect, the sauce was vibrant but not overseasoned, allowing the freshness of the tomatoes to shine through. All pizzas were square cut; though we didn't specifically ask for such, and I didn't see an option to request otherwise, this was perfectly fine with us--we prefer the smaller portion size that square cut provides. Just be aware to specifically ask for traditional cuts if you don't want square cut pizza. They don't use frozen cheese, but only fresh mozzarella and their own 4-cheese blend. We'll be ordering again, we were very impressed! read more

Yummy pizza! My in laws picked this up as our first meal home from having baby number three. The meat lovers pizza was AMAZING and the double pepperoni one was fantastic. Their crust was a little thick for me, so next time we will try thin crust. We got cheesy bread which was okay but the dough was too thick for my liking. Same for the cinnamon sticks! Tasty but too doughy. Everything reheated really well though! Will try again. read more

For chain pizza place this place is awesome. The quality of ingredients like the old world pepperoni really make this place special. We just moved back to the area and decided to try it. And current Monday promotion is half price so we decided to give it a shot. I was expecting little Caesars quality and got something that I think beats papa johns, Pizza Hut, dominos, and any other "chain" pizza I've had. Closest thing to compare if say is the little Italian private owned style places. Highly recommend. read more

My review is for delivery only, but i really enjoy Marco's Pizza. I've had it about half a dozen times now and really enjoy it. Pepperoni Pizza- I know it's simple and plain, but that's how i like my pizza unless i am in the mood for a specialty pie. They use a lot of fresh cheese and the pepperoni always seems fresh. Great sauce, not too sweet. Good crust. Recommended. read more

Used to be our favorite pizza place. The last few times we have ordered, it's been mediocre. Dry pizza without much sauce. Just not good overall. I will try again at some point to see if it's improved. If so, I will update this review. read more

Pretty darn good pizza. We ran in here cause 1. it was close and 2. we were starving. Well about 1 minute before we walked in, they apparently got the largest take out order ever. One of the guys behind the counter told us so and that it would be a little bit for whatever we wanted to order. No biggy. They're all back there hand making that stuff to order. It was well worth the extra wait. WAY good. I'm not sure why but I also love that they have 'old world' pepperoni as a topping. Anyway, one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. Glad they're so close by! read more

Always good pizza with fresh ingredients along with fast delivery . Their salads are also very good

I was pleasantly surprised with how good this pizza is. I'd give it 5 stars if it were a little bit cheaper. But the specialty bbq chicken pizza was really good and so is plain old cheese. If you use the coupons that come in the mail- it's a reasonable price and way better than little Cesar's or dominos. We get the 2 medium Pizzas for 6.99 each. read more

I had ordered 2 large pizzas from here as part of my kids' school fundraiser last week to be picked up tonight. In this weeks mayham I had forgotten I had ordered the pizzas. Marco's called to check on my status when I hadn't showed up, and re-made my order completely new (while saving my kids' adorable masterpiece boxes for the new pizzas) because it had been sitting there over an hour at no extra charge. Thank you, Marco's staff, for picking up the slack of my distracted-parent brain!! This is such a cute fundraiser I am happy to particapate in each year! read more
