Tonight I tried Dino's for the first time on a recommendation from a friend. Nothing in Las Vegas ever approached the taste of a New York pizza. I am overcome by joy and bliss! I ordered a simple one topping large pepperoni. From the first bite, I felt like I was transported to a mom and pop pizza joint in The Bronx or Brooklyn. Superb! Thin and juicy. I've read a few negative reviews saying the pizza is greasy. Anyone who thinks that way isn't familiar with true New York pizza. What you call greasy I call juicy. People like that have probably been eating the big national chains "New York" pizza. To me it's criminal that they are allowed to call their dry, mediocre pizzas "New York". If you don't like juicy pizza, then Dino's is probably not for you. But for a New Yorker like me, Dino's is pizza heaven! From the first time you walk in until you get home and eat (if you decide to pick up - they deliver too!) it's an amazing experience. It's family owned and operated which is a huge for me. I like to support local instead of the normal chains. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the food is really good! I ordered a medium but he said I could save some money on getting a large so came home with more food for a little cheaper too! The pizza smelled amazing the whole way home and it didn't disappoint. Really good pizza. I am maybe self-admitted pizza snob. Grew up with great pizzerias around me in Chicagoland area. I grew up in a pizzeria that I started working at since I was 13. I'm not going to compare those to pizza back home. I will tell you that soon as I have left the Chicagoland area is probably the best pizza that I've had. Besides from the pizza tasting really good, customer service was outstanding. I must also add that I have seven kids, and I cannot remember the last time I fed my family for less than $100. We found our pizza place!! We ordered through Uber eats. The pizza was hot and absolutely perfect despite the driver being a serious smoker. I appreciate that the toppings are diced, when possible, so you get a good amount of flavor in every bite. We only ordered the one time so far, so I can't vouch for consistency which seems to be an issue in some reviews. We will definitely order again though! The pizza reheated okay, not great, but the cheese bread definitely was not as good the second day. The cheese bread is amazing when fresh!
