I called this store and placed an order for a 10-piece boneless wings, but when I picked it up and brought it home, it turned out to be bone-in. I called the store right away to let them know they messed up my order, and the person on the phone started raising their voice, saying, "So YOU called in and YOU picked up and now YOU are telling me it was not the right order?" I'm honestly confused. Am I supposed to open the box right at the counter just to make sure the staff did their job correctly? The receipt on the package only shows my name and order number. On April 22, 2025, we witnessed a deeply upsetting incident at this Wingstop location. A customer, following staff instructions to dispose of trash behind the counter, was confronted by manager Bryan Escobar. Without reason, he accused the customer, banned them from the store, and called the police--in front of their elderly parents. Bryan Escobar was overhead saying 'he doesn't sound like a Mark'. We ordered my son's food online we got an error message saying process error so we did an order again. After about 10 min found that we had 2 orders. I called up at the store the manager who was very rudd kept saying that we were only charge one order. After about 10 min going back and forth we went up there to get his food. I am shocked. Wingstop has been going downhill for years now from food quality to customer service. Anyway, I figured I would give this location a try because I have never been to it. To my surprise my order was correct (all 3 meals) , my food was cooked well down as requested (not burnt), extra seasoning on my fries, and the staff was friendly and working when I got there. Yes I said working because many times people are sitting around on their phones not doing anything. Oh and the place was clean. Everytime i come to this specific wing stop they have the associates with the ugliest attitudes working the front registers looking like they're forced to be there. They really just need better management and better staff if it wasn't convenient for me to come to to this wings but it's unfortunate that it's the only wing stop in Saginaw ... I LOVE Wingstop. I was so happy for months during the construction that we were getting a location here in town. Well, tonight was our second visit & second disappointment. Our first time they forgot to put everything in our bag- and that's almost my fault for not checking the order before I left the store. This time the wings were ridiculously SMALL! I ordered all drums & they averaged the size of my thumb - and I have pretty small hands. I've eaten at Wingstop at least 100 times over the 18 years I've lived in the DFW area. I have never been served such small wings. It's not like their food is "cheap"- so I think it's fair to expect to get a decent amount of chicken for what one is charged. I've never had these issues with the location in Lake Worth or the location off Western Center. Perhaps I'll drive that far from now on when I'm craving wings. read more

They actively tasted like they had absorbed all the oil they were cooked in and very little seasoning (ordered two kinds and neither were good at all). Fries should not be that hard. One star is too much for this location. I've been here THREE times on three different occasions, but this location never fails to screw up an order. Wings are never fully seasoned, fries are either burnt or under cooked, and the large ranch is never available. Yes, they'll remake the food, but that is all. Horrible customer service. There's 6 employees in here and they're literally dancing while we've been waiting on our food for 45+ minutes.

Half of the time they have the phone turned off, so you can't call to place an order. I order hot lemon but have learned from my past online orders through this Saginaw location, that when I order hot lemon online, they always leave out the lemon pepper. So that leaves me with having to go to the store to place my order. The problem with that is that sometimes you show up at 9:15 on a Friday night 08/27/2022, and they are closing for the night. Or in past experiences when I've showed up and they are closed well before 10pm, and they're supposed to be open until midnight. They also do this weird thing where your fries are a strange mix of regular fries, and half cooked steak fries. Seriously...
