Been here a few times and hadn't had any issues, but recently I've had a few bad experiences in a row to the point where I'm just done with this location. As a former Wingstop employee I can understand the difficulties in customer service, but I would never insult the customer by insisting they ordered from a different location and say there is nothing that can be done. Needless to say I rediled the same number only to see the front desk cashier pick up the phone. I showed the time stamp on my phone and turned out they never printed my order ticket and never made it. They did however attempt to correct the mistake by giving me a credit for next time, but that didn't take and was charged anyway and told it would be available the following visit. I'll take the credit now , but won't be coming back; id rather look to support the smaller businesses in the area instead as customer service should be much better. Thanks !!! read more

If I could give no stars I would. I tried to order again today in hopes they've gotten better but no they haven't. Do not order food from here, it will always be wrong no matter if you're going in or ordering online. The teenagers running the place are incredibly disrespectful as well. I went in a couple weeks ago and my food was extremely cold so I asked if they could remake it and the girl that is 'managing' refused and acted as if she wanted to fight me over it lmao. Not to mention she would not give me her name (probably knowing she was in the wrong). Overall terrible customer service and laziness all around.... My delivery order was cold & wrong. The fries were cut bigger than potato wedges. And they were not done. I was on hold over an hour & no one answered the phone. I normally do not leave reviews but I downloaded this app just for the sake to warn anyone reviewing it. This location is the worse Wingstop I've ever been to please believe the reviews other people are leaving! I placed my order over the phone and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes, but I literally waited over an hour to receive my food. As I arrived and waited in the lobby my food was not yet ready and I had to ask the employees to please remake my fries because I saw them make my fries first and let them sit while they cooked the chicken. This should be common sense. From the very beginning when I walked in there was nothing but African American teenagers throwing the "N" word around every sentence and Bsing with no type of urgency that customers were waiting in the lobby. I am African American myself and witnessing this with other customers in the lobby was really a disgrace. No type of professionalism at all. But the WORSE part was that when I received my food it was cold anyways so I called to speak to a manager to get my order replaced for the following day, only to find out the next day the employee over the phone gave me a fake name. When I called attempting to get my order replaced I spoke to two "team leads" Shannon Wright and another lady named Alisha. Both of them were very unprofessional and refused to replace my order because one of THEIR employees gave me a fake name and I did not have a receipt, even though they asked when I placed my order to look it up in the system and I literally gave them the exact date and time and they said they "could not find it" and after waiting over an hour to receive my food I'm sorry but the last thing I was worried about was getting a receipt. There is no point in having a "team lead" or even a manager if you do not have the power to satisfy your customers. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! If the Owner is reading this, please do not respond with an apology as all of these same comments and complaints go back to over a year ago. Literally the worst wingstop I've ever been to. I went in ordered $60 worth of food. Only to get home and not have half my food or any of my ranches. Mind you I'm a single mom the works nights. By the time I got home with the food the store was already closed. So I call the next day to tell them that they messed up my order and the guy tells me he'll only replace my order if I bring back what they gave me the night before? Like wtf? I asked if they could replace my order he told me no and hung up on me. I have never in my life experienced such rude customer service. Not to mention the food was not good and half my food wasn't even in my bag. To pay $60 and not even be able to eat what I paid for is beyond ridiculous. We love this new location in Saginaw! Our food has been ready every time we have ordered and on a weeknight when you just run out of time to make dinner this makes all the difference! The staff and manager is always very friendly! If I could give more stars I would. We waited for our food a little longer than expected once (out of about 6 times) but the place was packed with a line of tickets in the kitchen longer than my arm, it what it is, you wait longer at every restaurant when they are at capacity so I we get it. My kids love looking through the window watching them work. Nobody's wings compare to Wingstops wings so we are happy to wait for them. Thanks Wingstop Saginaw for being here! read more

They are lucky to get 2 stars out of me now. When they first opened I gave them 5 stars. I've never really had a problem with their wings but I haven't gotten fries that weren't over cooked in several years. And half the time I either don't get my rolls I ordered or they tell me they don't have any and offer me another side. And their management is the worse, I told the manager once that an order of wings I had delivered did not include my rolls and the manager implied that I was lying because her employee that was responsible for that said he put them in a bag and he would never lie to her. read more

If I could select no stars I would. Yesterday we put in an order online for pickup. We set a time, and gave them a 2 hour timespan before pick up. When I got there, the girl in the counter did not see our name on the online list for pick up. I showed her the order and that we should be on the list, then she says she found us. She tells it'll be just a few minutes and our order should be ready. Our order was set for 6:15 pm pick up, I got there at 6pm. So I was ok with the order being ready by 6:15 pm since I got there early. But when 20 minutes passed and I still don't have order I start getting upset. I see people coming in and ordering then leaving after getting the order.... So I get up and asked how much longer? The girl goes back and checks with cook, and she comes back and replied, it should be about 25 minutes. I got upset and walked out to my car and told my wife if she could just get a refund. I wasn't about to wait another 25 minutes for some food that should of been ready 20 minutes ago. My wife called the store, and they told her they were behind cause to many people were ordering by phone/online. But that's no excuse for our order not to be ready when we have them 2 hours heads up. We got our refund, which they said it should show up on our account in two days. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, and the manager didn't really seem to care for loosing some customers. First and last time we go there. read more
