My company had an employee appreciation day. This is the worst pizza I have ever had. It was so greasy and the cheese was clumpy like and the toppings were stale. Pizza is not hard to mess up. Okay so this is an update to my review that I posted three months ago. . . . . As mentioned, I've ordered several times before from this place and hadn't had any issues until my last order. I was very unhappy and now I'm even more infuriated. I called yesterday, after a three month pause, to order several pizzas. I thought I would give it another shot considering the fact that COVID has made dining out a bit of a hesitation. A young girl answered very politely and then put me on hold, I was then picked up by a different gentleman, who answered very pleasant as well. I proceeded to tell him that I wanted to place an order for delivery and he kindly asked for my phone number and then put me on hold. . . . . At this point the Owner, LENA, answers and tells me that she thinks that it is best to discontinue our business. I was semi insulted because initially I THOUGHT that with her rude response three months ago, that it may have been racially motivated, however after I calmed down. . . . . I thought that maybe it was just from the stress of everyday life and because things had changed so drastically, it had everyone in a sort of negative state. HOWEVER after the response yesterday, I am convinced that it is definitely racially motivated because no one in their right mind would turn down business from having one issue with one pizza!!! Economic times are hard and financially most people are struggling so if you turn away business because of one bad pizza. . . . . It has to be something more then the fact that there was ONE complaint about a pizza being over cooked! I literally had ordered $100 worth of pizza the week before and picked it up to deliver to my friends that are all having to be socially distant for health reasons. . . I will not cower from mistreatment and it's motivation to be better. I teach my kids that if you have a problem then handle it appropriately. I will not concede to negative bias opinions, in regards to how African-American individuals behave because I know my upbringing and I know that I am far from that stereotypical idea. . . But, what I will say is that the behavior of the owner, has been an eye-opening experience as to the ignorance that still exists among people today. I am posting this updated review just to let others know how unprofessionally things are handled here and think twice before you spend your money here. This is a hidden pearl in the middle of Blue Mound! I decided to visit it based on the previous reviews but I feel like there's no words that can make justice to the food coming out of Dino's oven. My order was a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza to try two of their specialities pizzas and one order of the cheesy bread. The smell coming out of those two boxes was great, perhaps I was just hungry...... but when it came down to see the pizza, you can't help but to see a home-style type of pizza! Yes, the ones you cannot find at the big chains. The flavor of each of the ingredients was spot on and I was able to actually taste each one of them. Now the crust..... well how many of us tend to leave the crust/edge on the plate? The crust of this pizza was so great, crispy, yet full of flavor but never hard to chew and needless to say it was eaten too. The cheesy bread was in fact full of cheese and flavor unlike other places that just add "sprinkles of cheese". Overall this place delivers a great pizza and you should try it too! read more

We ordered a thin crust pepperoni, fries, a meat lovers stuffed crust, and cinnasticks. First time order for pick up during this covid situation. Something happened with the cinnasticks so they had to redo them and we had to wait a while more. Fries were not seasoned. Cinnasticks were not good and didn't have the chocolate drizzle despite the remake. But the pizza was bomb! Stick to the basics here! Pepperoni Pizza and Cheesy bread was super delicious. The wings and mushrooms were also great. Customer service was phenomenal. Not that much parking, but it's take out only so cars come and go with ease. The only complaint I have is he gave and charge me for a 2 L soda when I asked for a can and one of the garlic butter was packed upside down on the chicken wings so it spilt all over it. As good as it gets around here We just moved close to Blue Mound, off Basswood and am so happy we have found our new neighborhood pizza place. There will be no more franchise pizza for us. The pizza is super cheesy and the crust is legit. We lived in Brooklyn for a year and our neighborhood joint was called Little Tonino's. We call this Little ToDino's. Because it's that good. Cheap and good! We got a stuffed crust pizza with mushrooms - mushrooms are fresh and largely sliced unlike other chain restaurants which serve you small pieces that don't look washed!
