Convinced that not a single person in there has ever been to New York because that tastes worse than Little Cesar's. We came in to get "pizza by the slice" as advertised and they scammed us saying that they don't do that because they weren't going to make a pizza just for individual slices. Our only option was to spend $12 on their smallest pizza. They tried to sell us bottled water and when we refused and asked for water cups and they charged us $1.50 per cup with no ice (which was definitely tap water) and the cups were dirty inside. Pizza itself was disgusting. The crust was hard but the cheese was rubbery and just slid of the pizza like it wasn't even cooked with it. They took forever to get us our order and it was a bad experience overall. We come to this strip mall all the time and NEVER see anyone in there and now we know why. Blew in because our usual pizza spot closer to home was closed Mondays, so we thought we'd give 'em a try. And they're really good! So I suppose we have another pizza option for the nearby rotation. We got a calzone and a stromboli and shared each other's. They were huge, and made well, and came out quick enough for "made to order". Of the two, we liked the stromboli a bit more. A fun side thing, I'm a nut for all things 80s, and this couple had the kickin'est deep cut music playin', and I mean italo-disco, Modern Talking, Sandra, Bad Boys Blue... I was VERY impressed! And when I mentioned it, I suppose they appreciated their taste to be recognized! I assured them I thought the food was good too! Haa!!! Anyway, meant a lot to me! Another aside, I notice some of the harsh reviews here make a stink about being unable to customize pizza-by-the-slice. I encourage anyone reading those reviews to realize that's not how pizza-by-the-slice works, the ability to make one huge POPULAR choice pizza and selling it to multiple customers. To ask them for a slice of pizza with a weird request (like no marinara) that nobody else would want, those customers are asking them to throw out out 80% of the remainder of pizza. If a customer wants something nobody else would want, get a whole pizza and don't blame them for not understanding the principle of pizza-by-the-slice. Anyway, just had to throw that in. Nice, authentic New York-style pizza reminds me of my days growing up in Brooklyn. This is one of the few places that actually makes NY pizza. Absolutely amazing family owned and operated small business! The food is amazing, the entire menu, but that's not what makes this place a 5/5. During the recent snow/ice storm of 2k26. this place continued to stay open and serve and host whole entire family's who where either not prepaid for the town to shut down or just wanted to get out of the house. I personally don't have enough positive words for local small businesses that help out and welcome in their neighborhood during times of need. This place is an insult to the community. They are rude, 0 customer service etiquette, and insulting. I wish they would leave Keller and open up shop far away. I was driving and called to order a pizza. They wouldn't take my order without giving them a credit card. I said I am driving, the man said no credit card, no pizza. Honestly, what is the risk? I try & try with this place. I try with different names and number because I've had to complain before, but keep trying because there a small business that's close to home. They're just like, lazy acting... my food always feels & tastes old. I ordered a fresh, new, large pizza. I'm not sure why I've come back here for a second time when the pizza is mediocre. The customer service was so abhorrent I will DEFINITELY never return. I'm not sure if it's the owner but he was extremely rude and seemed like he didn't care for the business at all. Eye rolls and sarcastic remarks and snooty comments for no reason at all. I would be surprised if he didn't respond here with some unprofessional response as well. Was on my way to a get together in Keller and hadn't eaten lunch. Was about to pull into a fast food place near here and decided to give this place a try. The day I came it very much was obvious they were having some air conditioning issues as it was hot as all get out and the door was propped open. Ordered a slice of pizza and a drink, not badly priced at about $5. Came out pretty quickly as well, but it was a pre-prepped slice that was reheated int the pizza oven. I think if I had a fresh made pizza then I would have enjoyed it more, but it was by far not the worst pizza I've had. I'm sure if I'm in the area again I'll give it another shot if I'm in the mood for pizza as now I know it is here but I don't know if I'll go out of my way for it. read more

I do not recommend giving this man your business. He treats customers terribly. Asked for a simple modification to a pizza because I cannot eat pizza sauce. He refused to make that because he says it's "not right" and that "customers don't get to make his menu". There is a particular type of pie that you just won't find at many places.... this pizza is as close as I can find stateside as in Naples itself.. perfect crust, perfect sauce(perfect amount), perfect cheese and nothing fancy about it .. just pure pizza pie. I ordered the vegetable pizza and added ground beef but asked them not to put the tomatoes on the pizza since it has sauce on the pizza. When I brought the pizza home my brother and husband told me there was no sauce on the pizza. When I called them and told them, the lady didn't know how take care of a complaint over the phone. The pizza is amazing here. Really fresh and yummy. The reason why we give it only three stars is because of the service. We ordered on the phone and the guy who took our order was fairly nice until we started our order. The problem is that on their website they list their pizzas and will have asterisks next to some. Below there it says that the pizzas with the asterisk can be made half and half. The guy on the phone said that was not true. I uploaded a picture to show that it is. He refused to accept that their website was incorrect and clearly it is. We ended up paying way more for our pizza because of their mistake. It would be nice for someone to train people in the customer service industry to not argue and to accept it is possible the company made a mistake. Cool joint that's run by a family. Pizza is New York Style thin crust and best I've found in the area that reflects NYC. Decent value and the family serves you well if you treat them right. They have a lot on the menu that fits well with it and has a broad offering. Definitely a hang out joint for friends and family with the beer / wine. Those who aren't from here might be disappointed by the fact that this is a neighborhood type place and not some trendy gentrification run by hipsters with beards that charge 20 bucks for a crappy homebrew IPA. read more
