She didn't wipe the table down afterward; Tonight a man came in with his dog. It was not a service dog. The dog was sniffing at people's tables, jumping all over and barking in the restaurant. Wow! Super awesome pizza and staff. Inside seating is closed, but you can mow your grinds outside on the patio. We have also ordered through Grub-hub delivery and you can call and do curbside pickup. We decided to try MOD for lunch since I was craving wood fired pizza. I saw from other reviews that the layout of the restaurant is confusing for first timers and I agree. It's kind of weird to walk in and not know where to go. I'd recommend a sign right by the door to let your customers where to go. The guy that helped was very kind and put together what we ordered. I think we may have ordered the wrong thing (Dominic) because it was very bland. Hardly any flavor to the ingredients at all. The crust was fine but there was a hint of a bleach taste. I think that when they're making the crust and wearing gloves they're using a bleach towel to clean up afterwards. It was weird! My dining companions had the BBQ pizza and they said that one was pretty good. We'll try them again but I'm not excited about them. read more

The staffs were nice and greeted us as we step up to order. The salad was plentiful for two people. We order the bigger portion pizza and it was big enough for two people to lightly share. I had a regular crust with red sauce, garlic, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, hamburger, onion, spinach, roasted red pepper, artichoke. She had the mega crust(double pie) with red sauce, garlic, mozzarella cheese, Canadian bacon, pineapple. We also shared a Caesar salad. These are 11" pies that are MOD (made on demand), about 5 minute cook time and you're nashing on some tasty stuff. We will definitely be coming back when we're craving good pizza from now on. We ordered through Uber Eats and went in to pick up our order. The pizzas lacked sauce and were dry. The icing on the cake was my daughter's pizza. She bit into a slice of pizza only to find a long blonde hair baked INSIDE her pizza. Uber Eats couldn't help me, and when I contacted the restaurant, they wouldn't refund or even offer a gift card. We ordered 2 pizzas last night, our mistake may have been "creating our own" they were both a bit too salty for our taste. I ordered white sauce with sausage, spinach, mushrooms, mozzarella, Parmesan and a pesto finishing sauce - nice taste but too much salt Hubby ordered simple red sauce with sausage and mushrooms- his was too salty as well. I must say the crust was perfect and they were ready as promised. Dessert of "no name" cake was a knock off of a Hostess Ding-Dong, but it was a good treat. Crust is light but not very much char or crisp. I went with Maddy just to give a fair review. I will say the sauce is tangy and good. We tried the garlic bread too. The rosemary was REALLY strong and overpowered all the other ingredients. Buffalo chicken pizza had very little buffulo sauce. The Mrs. was quick to say she had better. Love coming to this place. Been coming here for a few years now. The atmosphere, the staff, the pizza quality is great. Its a great place for someone who is looking to spice things up and try new flavors. It's also a great place for someone with food allergies or dietary restrictions/preferences. Something that I didn't know was one of their values up until today is "random act of MODnes." the Manager was nice and covered my pizza because I locked my keys in my car. it was a total surprise to my eyes. it made my car experience much more smooth and enjoyable. i highly recommend coming to this place for good pizza, fair prices, and overall nice staff. read more

This place is amazing. We went in last night for pizza. The line was long but we expected that because the pizza is so good. Being gluten free it was nice that I could get a regular pizza crust. And they offer dairy free cheese which is awesome. It was nice to see that the woman waiting on us changed their gloves when handling different items for me. I really appreciated that. There was only four people in the whole place, two teenage boys working, which were both on their phone. There are flies/gnats EVERYWHERE so much so you can't even enjoy your food because each second there's a couple flies roaming around your food. I think this store should stop trying so hard to be "cool" or whatever vibe it is they are trying to implement and have more training for their employees on how to treat customers better. On a scale of 1 to Cane Rosso, MOD is a weak 3. The pizza was great, but it didn't have that classic Campania style pizza taste I was craving. The dough, in fact, taste a bit like chlorine to me. Otherwise, this is the perfect, family-friendly lunch or dinner destination. We ordered the larger thick crust, build your own and finished it all because...hungry. We went back for the cinnamon sticks. I was expecting a taste similar to Mr Gatti's (if y'all remember how good those used to be). They were thin crust and just meh. However, the real winner here (& perhaps saving grace) was the strawberry dipping sauce - WOW! Tastes like real strawberries! I'd like to come back and try the BBQ pizza next.
