I don't think I have ever had a Chipotle experience as good as the one I had here last night…read more I visited this Chipotle about an hour before closing to get a late dinner. I was chatting with the team member making my tacos and I asked him what he thought of the new chipotle honey chicken and if it was spicy. He said it was on the spicier side but it did cool down with toppings like cheese, corn, etc., and he shared that he liked it. Then, he asked me if I'd like to try a bite of it! He put a small portion in a tiny cup and I was able to taste the chicken before committing to it on my tacos. It was delicious and I felt like I was making a solid, informed, dinner decision. The team member who cashed me out was also super sweet. I wish I would have gotten their names. I will not hesitate to return to the Cave Creek Chipotle!

I did order the wrap version and had two different types each day. I will say the wraps were both good but my only thing was that I didn't expect for them to be cooked and be so hot since I don't ever eat sub sandwiches and especially since it was super hot outside after already working physically for many hours before we ate lunch there. The one thing you should know though is that the server that you place the order with is very nice and the food was good and the other guys with me did love their own sub sandwiches and the chips. I did like the simple little pink lemonade drink and this place was not anything negative at all for sure.

It was about the false advertisement of a special regular with a drink and chips for 895. It was almost $15.. that was only for the sandwich. Very deceitful poster and business practice.

The patio is awesome, with plenty to keep both the kids and adults entertained. Cornhole, darts, cold beer, great burgers...what more do you need? There is even a hitching post out back for us locals who like to take the horses out and stop in for a bite and a beer. That alone tells you they haven't forgotten what makes Cave Creek, Cave Creek. Brooke, the owner, is wonderful and you can tell a lot of thought went into this new location. They opened at the perfect time too. I can't wait for the cooler patio weather because I have a feeling we'll be spending a lot of time here. Great food, cold beer, awesome patio and still plenty of Cave Creek character. Big Earl's knocked it out of the park with this one!
