    Black insect inside whopper nasty

Found insects inside my burger disgusting it smelled really bad this was so disappointing

Spill that they didn't "have time to clean up" because they're too busy standing around in the back.
    David S.

Told them about a drink that someone spilled on the floor. It covered the floor of two booths. When I finally got someone to pay attn to me and told her about the spill, she said "yeah we know but we don't have time to clean it." Then turned around and stood by the fry station, doing nothing and chatting with her friend. Food was good but if this is how they treat the things I can see, what is going on in the back where things are hidden from the public????

    Burger King Whopper.

I would rate negative if I could. How is it possible that you pay $14.00 to get a burger that is not eatable with out any recourse! We couldn't go back to ask to replace the burger... who knows what they would do if you make a complaint and to go back 5 miles after drive through and find you have something that is not eatable. By the look of these reviews, it doesn't look like they care if they lose customers. Avoid this place! BTW- I was told they do not accept anything on apps at this location.

I don't usually leave feedback, but wanted to share this photo... I don't usually order from Burger King ever, but had a random craving so I decided to door dash some food. I ordered a Biscuit sandwich, and received a burnt ass croissant instead. I Also ordered the French toast Sticks and asked for syrup, not to my surprise there was no syrup. I'm not mad or surprised at all, just annoyed how these restaurants can never get the simplest orders right.

    New location, yay!

This is new location. I'm so happy it's here as Carl's Jr. down the road closed. It's closest fast food burger place near the high school next to Walmart, so I predict it'll be very popular. My son loves their whopper and Jr. whopper for me. Their onion rings are also yummy. They have drive-thru window so this morning, I decided to get an order of hash browns to go with my coffee. It was hot and fresh. Very quick service as most of the kids were in school.

    Are you freakin' kidding me?

Stale buns fall apart in your hands, got order wrong. Overall poor quality. Spent $50 on food you regret buying immediately.

The manager. He runs the most stingy Burger King in the US. And, no flame broiling here -- the burgers taste steamed. No beef flavor at all.

The first time I stopped in for a glass of wine just to check it out -- they were about to close, but the staff was so kind and welcoming. I even saw a roadrunner on the patio, which honestly felt like the perfect Arizona welcome moment I went back yesterday after a 4-mile hike at Jewel of Cave Creek and had a turkey, avocado, and bacon sandwich with chips -- simple but absolutely delicious. Fresh, satisfying, and exactly what I needed after being out on the trails. Prices are very reasonable too. The vibe here is what makes it special. It's busy but relaxed, cozy but open, and you order at the counter which keeps everything easy and casual. They offer coffee, wine, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and more -- perfect for a quick bite or a chill afternoon. I especially love the setting surrounded by the little Cave Creek shops. It has such a peaceful, welcoming energy and is a great spot to sit outside, enjoy lunch, and soak in the Arizona sunshine. Whether you're hiking nearby or just exploring the area, this is a wonderful place to stop. I'll definitely be back

I assumed it was just your standard diner-style burger and fries spot, but I was so wrong. First, the space was so clean and updated. Always a plus when you're not sitting in a sticky booth. Second, I had no idea they would have so many burger options. Not just toppings, but veggie, turkey, chicken, and for a gluten-free girly, any place that offers a lettuce wrap is a huge win for me. I got a lettuce-wrapped turkey burger, and it was easily the best turkey burger I've ever had. I also ordered the sweet potato fries, which were amazing. Before my food came out, I added a cup of soup after our server told us it was homemade and delicious, and omg... she was not lying. I seriously contemplated going back the next day for dinner. While lately we've been going to Happy Hour more often, today I stopped by for lunch with a friend. We came at 11:30 in order to beat the crowd and by noon it was almost full. Not enough for me to complain but not perfect. As usual, the service was excellent. They repeatedly checked up on us and kept glasses filled. The noise level can be an issue and it was today. Arrived on a Sunday at 1 pm and were seated in a corner booth. All wood booth, seating is tight for 7 and would be near impossible for 8. Hard straight up back. Glad i brought coat to sit on although it was a bit cool inside too. Old western style decor inside. A little crowded and noisy but since we were huddled in a tight booth, we had good conversations compared to other places. Seating outside with fair number of people but heaters didn't appear to be on - I would have been cold outside. Mostly picnic table seating outside; sitting next to road although fenced in. Some pups with patrons. Service good overall but fairly slow. Lilly had to go verify the special for the day. My burger came several minutes after other entries arrived - weird. I had the horny toad burger with fries - great fries! Burger had brisket with bacon too - it was fairly good. We also had onion rings as appetizer which were fairly good beer battered style. Others had the Cod and taco's, but the bday girl had liver an onions which she said were very good. Everyone liked the taco's and chips that came with them. The creamed corn was just ok, and coleslaw fairly good. No offer of little dessert for bday girl which was surprising given we told the waitress this and made reservation just for the occasion. Drinks were good overall. Beautiful drive to get there, but doubtful we will be back much. Value was ok for what we got but nothing tremendously special.
