Even though they cooked it quickly, the crust was crispy and delicious. Not quite thin crust level but very good. My wife got her's with red sauce and garlic rub base, parmesan and mozzarella cheese, grilled chicken, green peppers, red onions, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes and fresh rosemary. They balance out the toppings so if you have fewer toppings they will put more of them and if you have it loaded like we did, the perfectly balance them out. The ensures that the base remains nice and crisp. I absolutely loved both pizzas. They were kept ready when I walked in and put into the oven right then so that they were fresh and crisp. All the meat and produce was perfectly fresh and tasted delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs which naturally reflects in the food. Overall, amazing food, great prices, brilliant service and a friendly ambiance. Couldn't ask for anything else. It's all Aces in my book. Will surely be going back here more frequently. read more

How come I never learn my lesson? I have been to MOD at least 10 times over the years, at this location and two of the Seattle locations. I never really enjoy the food, and more than once I have had negative experienced with rude employees (at the Seattle locations. The Bellevue employees are actually super nice). The concept is great, just pay for your pizza and pick as many toppings as you want. I sprung for a red sauce and garlic rub base with mushrooms, red onion, green bell pepper, pineapple, sun-dried tomatoes, jalapeño, spicy sausage, and grilled chicken and finished with a BBQ and Sri-Rancha (good one, MOD...) swirl. Let me stop right now and say that this was not a bad pizza. It tasted ok. They're not stingy with the toppings, but nothing ever stands out to me. I also don't like the thin, crispy crust thing they have going on. At their old price point ($5.45) I felt like I was getting a deal, but they have since raised prices by over $2. I also got a float, which was a generous dollop of vanilla ice cream in a soda cup, which can then be filled with the soft drink of your choosing. A few weeks ago, I dialed your order number and ran into many difficulties placing the order. After 20 min of frustration and not being able to place the order with an "automatic" system, I called up the Bellevue establishment and tried to order with a live person. The first person was willing to take my order but had to put me on a brief hold. The second person (a woman voice), indicted she was a supervisor or manager and that they do NOT allow me to order via phone and that I'd have to go online onto their web site. There are some classic combos you can choose from, but nice to customize (and they are generous with the toppings). I ordered the Jasper that comes with sausage and mushrooms. I added some onions and green peppers. For me, a good pizza depends on the crust. They have a very nice things crust that gets cooked perfectly in their ovens. All the ingredients are tasty and it is a very good Pizza at a decent price. As far as the atmosphere, it always seems loud and chaotic--not Chucky Cheese level, but loud. It is also a little dirty, but that is probably due to high volume. The fountain drinks are often a little bit off also. However, they make a very good pizza and I will be returning. read more

I am so disappointed by my visit here. I ordered 3 pizzas in person for to-go and didn't think to look at the pizzas before heading home because I assumed they did their job correctly. Because it's a thin crust, it only takes only about 5 minutes to cook so the line moves quickly.
