They employees here are super nice and we're very accommodating to me and my friends (one of them literally gets everything on his pizza) I even asked for four ranches and they had no problem with it (two for me and two for my friend who was too shy to ask for two ranches) so it seemed like I asked for four ranches for one pizza haha that be a ranch bath! I would never go to this store again. I went today at 12:19pm on 12/20/23. I ordered a salad through Uber eats and waited roughly 20 mins before picking it. When I got there, I gave the worker in the back my name, but he said he didn't receive my order and proceed to ask if I have the right store. I told him yes and showed him the receipt. He proceeded to tell me he didn't get it. I told him he doesn't have to have an attitude about it. He told me he's just trying to do this job and that he wasn't going to make it and to leave the store and cancel the order myself. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. Seriously, that's who's running the store? I mean I get it you're busy but what kind of manager runs a store with an attitude like this. Great place to get a build your own pizza. The service is always fast and friendly, and the restaurant itself is consistently clean. It costs about $10 for a regular sized pizza, which is on the higher end. However, the ingredients are fresh and the pizza tastes great, so the price is worth it for an occasional treat. I absolutely love that for $7 you can totally customize your pizza and have as many toppings as you like. I got mine with the red sauce and garlic rub base, parmesan and mozzarella cheese, bacon, canadian bacon, spicy italian sausage, black olives, pineapples, jalapeños, fresh basil, mushrooms, roasted red peppers and fresh rosemary. My wife got her's with red sauce and garlic rub base, parmesan and mozzarella cheese, grilled chicken, green peppers, red onions, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes and fresh rosemary. They balance out the toppings so if you have fewer toppings they will put more of them and if you have it loaded like we did, the perfectly balance them out. The ensures that the base remains nice and crisp. I absolutely loved both pizzas. They were kept ready when I walked in and put into the oven right then so that they were fresh and crisp. All the meat and produce was perfectly fresh and tasted delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs which naturally reflects in the food. Pretty decent pizza with a ton of options to customize. The line is pretty quick and the pizza doesn't take too long to get after. The toppings are really diverse and pretty fresh. Even though they cooked it quickly, the crust was crispy and delicious. Not quite thin crust level but very good. They have some decent options for sauces but if you've been to some other chipotle style pizza places (like Pizza Press) they have a lot more sauces. A decent place to grab a pizza. How come I never learn my lesson? I have been to MOD at least 10 times over the years, at this location and two of the Seattle locations. I never really enjoy the food, and more than once I have had negative experienced with rude employees (at the Seattle locations. The Bellevue employees are actually super nice). The concept is great, just pay for your pizza and pick as many toppings as you want. I sprung for a red sauce and garlic rub base with mushrooms, red onion, green bell pepper, pineapple, sun-dried tomatoes, jalapeño, spicy sausage, and grilled chicken and finished with a BBQ and Sri-Rancha (good one, MOD...) swirl. Let me stop right now and say that this was not a bad pizza. It tasted ok. They're not stingy with the toppings, but nothing ever stands out to me. I also don't like the thin, crispy crust thing they have going on. At their old price point ($5.45) I felt like I was getting a deal, but they have since raised prices by over $2. I also got a float, which was a generous dollop of vanilla ice cream in a soda cup, which can then be filled with the soft drink of your choosing. A few weeks ago, I dialed your order number and ran into many difficulties placing the order. After 20 min of frustration and not being able to place the order with an "automatic" system, I called up the Bellevue establishment and tried to order with a live person. The first person was willing to take my order but had to put me on a brief hold. The second person (a woman voice), indicted she was a supervisor or manager and that they do NOT allow me to order via phone and that I'd have to go online onto their web site. I was not in a place to get onto my website as I was driving. (To get the desired pizza ) She said that was the ONLY way to get a pizza. Needless to say, they lost my business, but this could have been easily fixed. In today's climate, "feedback can be viewed as a gift." I added some onions and green peppers. For me, a good pizza depends on the crust. They have a very nice things crust that gets cooked perfectly in their ovens. All the ingredients are tasty and it is a very good Pizza at a decent price. As far as the atmosphere, it always seems loud and chaotic--not Chucky Cheese level, but loud. It is also a little dirty, but that is probably due to high volume. The fountain drinks are often a little bit off also. However, they make a very good pizza and I will be returning. read more

The fact that you can add on any toppings for your pizza for a fixed price from a bunch of different types of peppers to rosemary is unbelievable.
