Ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza on line. When I picked it up only 2/3 of it had topping and there was no sausage. I pointed this out and the employee pointed and said "here's a piece". Sorry, but I didn't pay for one piece of sausage. They offered to make a new pizza which I took, but that one wasn't much better. Overall the pizza is average and not worth the aggravation of having to manage Mod's quality control. read more

Cute place, chill vibe, yummy pizza, GF Options. They offer gluten free pizza options, which I was skeptical of because the website basically warns of possible cross contamination. When I went this Saturday they did things the right way! The woman building my pizza, when I asked for GF offered, yes offered- I didn't have to ask or feel like I was being a pain, to change her gloves, use different utensils and even asked her co worker to change his gloves as well. My pizza was great, tons of options for toppings if you do the build your own, and the GF crust taste like crust not card board. 4 Stars only because out of there 6 billion toppings they didn't have any peppercinis or hot sauce in the whole joint. read more

Thanks Kai! Super fast and friendly!! The lines were long, but went by fast. Great choice for a rainy night.

This review is for customer service! I called to let them know I'd be late picking up my order and Bonnie is the SWEETEST. Thank you for sharing your joyful spirit with the world Bonnie!! read more

We came here hoping to have a nice night out but our experience was ruined! The lady at the front was pretty rude when we asked for cheese bread and she was trying to make a pizza. She rolled her eyes and sighed like it was such a huge problem to give us cheese bread. We had to ask 5 times for our cheese bread to be cut into extra squares because it was for our babies. At pick up I had to return it to get cut how we asked and the guy was rude. I said it was supposed to be Chicago style cut and he followed with "you mean you want it that way" I said i want it how I asked for it which is cut into smaller pieces. I ended up having to get a knife and cut it and everything else because nothing was cut through. Our night was ruined by rudeness and bad customer service. read more

Love it. The Southpark Meadows location service is quick and convenient. Last Friday was my second visit to this location; the pizzas are delicious with a side of excellent customer service. There's one particular employee that makes me smile when I hear his voice. He is always pleasant and a joy. read more

I recently visited this place for the first time. I'm from SPI, Tx and was craving some pizza. I expected a busy restaurant with employees who were used to in and out customers and probably wouldn't remember my name. Well I must say I was impressed to say the least. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful when it came to creating my lunch!! (I'm an indecisive, picky eater)!! There was one employee in particular who laughed with me and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing what I wanted. I wish I remembered her name but she had a Texas tattoo on her arm. I highly recommend y'all go visit them. And ask for the girl with the Texas tattoo lol she's helpful, funny, and her and that team know how to make one hell of a pizza!!! I'll be back for sure!!!!! read more

Came to MOD for the Tuesday $2 draft special, but it turns out that the pizza is awesome. They have the "build your own" option and you're able to add as many toppins for a set price. Custumer service was great, specially from Rudy, he was really polite. Great atmosphere. I recommed this place. read more

Super fast, super fun, hip, delicious- lots of adjectives work to describe Mod. This location is new and already proving to be a great addition to the area at SPM with the playground. Ice cream and music are literally right next door! Best crust ever btw read more

This place has my favorite pizza and a wonderful staff - great food and friendly, dedicated, fun team! It's always clean and well-run even at the height of a full house. The pizza and salads are delicious. There's a special drink for every member of the family and friends. We love meeting up here. Happy ambience! read more

I love MOD pizza. They ask about your gluten free allergies when you order so they can change gloves if needed. The people who make your food are either pleasant or super friendly. Toppings are abundant. Crust for a GF pizza is pretty decent. I've never had a bad experience and have been at least 20 times in the past year. read more

Like their setup. Build your own pizza, I've eaten at this location 3 times. 1st time they gave me the wrong pizza- no worries mistakes happen. 2nd time, the service employee must've been having a bad day and just wasn't interested in what I wanted or any special instructions even though I was the only one in line, again no worries we all have bad days. 3rd time, i get home and start eating the pizza it's a little doughy but not terrible, I eat a slice and throw it in my own oven to cook it a little more. Well long story short, I didn't eat any more of the pizza and I got I'll for 3 days. I reached out to management and Ana Lara responded asking for my phone number I responded in under 2 hours, it's been well over a week now and I still haven't heard from her or anyone at mod pizza. Just stay away. read more

Ever since this location opened we've been going here (2-3 times a month) for pizza. After trying several other pizza places in the area, I have to say that MOD is my favorite. Pizza is always delicious and employees are friendly. Love that you can customize the pizza in whatever way you want and you don't end up paying an arm and a leg (I like my veggies!!). Also, their blackberry lemonade is delicious! read more

I love Mod Pizza. Kai one of the managers is so friendly and efficient. The pizzas are delicious and they now serve wine and beer. Highly recommend it!!! read more

I like MOD in general a lot. What a great business model. I kick myself that I didn't think of it first. Problem with this one is they don't keep things stocked and the manager I spoke with kind of shrugged it off when I complained. (3-24-19 @ 6:15) I wanted to not write a review; and on the side, let them know of their short comings. Unfortunately, this is what happens when you slack on your job and then shrug people off when they tell you that being out of all of this is unacceptable: extra plates, fresh chopped garlic (really, at a pizza place!), arugula that is all wilted, your house rose wine (in a can, how hard is that to stock?), a clean table is kind of important when your eating out, one of your main sauce toppings- schiracha. I care because the one in Kyle does a great job and this one's closer to my house. It'd be nice if they didn't screw up the great location and business that they have because they don't staff it with people that care about their jobs. It's sad that it might end up like the Greek place before it. And why?...because they don't pay attention to the obvious and listen to their customers when they point out the obvious. WAKE UP!!! This place had twice the staff as the one in Kyle when I was there so that's not the problem. read more

My Husband and I walked in to look at the menu but decided we didn't want pizza after all. As we walked tours the door. The workers there began yelling "Ya'll bouncing?", "Guess ya'll are going?" ,"It's Okay!" and a rude young lady yelled "BYE!!!!" in a very snobby tone. This was very unprofessional. They made a scene because we were leaving. I thought this was very rude to be yelling and to talk to customers like this. I'm not your friend, I don't know you for you to be yelling and making rude comments out loud. For that I will NEVER go to ANY MOD Pizza. For MOD Pizza to hire these obnoxious kids (mind you they were young adults but acted like rude teenagers), I refuse to spend my money there. I hope the manager re-evaluate their hiring process because they need too! read more

This place is super good! You can add all the toppings you want , and they have a dairy free cheese for us vegans !!! My new favorite pizza place! Highly recommend read more

I give this location 3 stars because their pizza is great. However, their service has room for improvement. I placed an online order which was not ready at the said pick up time. When I first got there and told the woman my name for the order I wasn't told that it was going to be out late or anything of that nature. One pizza was boxed up about 5-10 minutes after I arrived and just sat there for 15 minutes while waiting for the other to come out. While I was waiting I had asked the cashier for the status of my order since I wasn't given a timeframe when I first arrived, she never returned with an update. I waited a total of about 20 minutes with no communication from any of the staff members. I also witnessed another customer receive the incorrect order and when she gave it back nobody said anything to her regarding when her order would be ready. Overall good food, but service and organization needs some work. read more
