I visited Panda Express for dinner because I played wok Wednesday game on their app and got a reward for a $7 plate that includes 2 entrees and a side. I was able to place the order on the app and redeem my offer. This time I selected the beef with broccoli and the honey walnut shrimp for my entrees with a side of fried rice The food was ready when I went inside the restaurant to pick it up. They have a separate Pick up line for Togo orders and I was approached and acknowledged quickly and my order was packed nicely and was warm when I got home. They did forget to add my condiments including the sweet and sour and soy sauces unfortunately but I just seasoned with a little bit of salt and pepper when I got home. The beef with broccoli was not as flavorful as I had hoped. The beef did not have a lot of flavor but the broccoli was cooked perfectly where it was still crunchy. The crispy honey shrimp on the other hand was surprisingly delicious. The shrimp was prepared with a crispy texture and is not overcooked and it has a crunchy texture from the walnuts and the honey sauce creates the perfect sweet and savory flavor profile. I ordered the fried rice for my side which had carrots, peas and egg. It was very tasty and went well with the entrees. I also like the mushroom chicken as an entree but usually the two entree plate is plenty of food. Overall a smooth and problem free online ordering experience. I love the games and coupons from the app and decent fast food Asian cuisine. There is an up charge for this particular dish that bumped the price point over the $7 coupon amount. read more

We ate here this weekend and enjoyed it. There was only one group in front of us when we ordered so the line went quick. The food was delicious! I got the double orange chicken with vegetables which was five stars. My fiancé got the chicken teriyaki which was also very good. Grace was the team member we interacted with and she was very nice & friendly. It was a successful visit. Well done!! read more

DO NOT USE THEIR APP! Panda Express is NOT careful with your information when you use their app! Two different people in 2 different states were able to order meals and use my credit card! I had to shut down my card! And I cant reach ANYONE at Panda Express to sort this out! If you must go to one of their stores, use cash. We used to to there regularly. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Alexa, the cashier at the front desk was extremely rude. When asked about the drink sizes and how much they are priced at she rolled her eyes and sighed with annoyance. Her attitude was horrible, not to mention she gave us all of our stuff in our hand no bag to carry the more than two items, nor did she give us a tray which would be the common thing to give when dining in. Overall not happy with her service to us. read more

The food tastes pretty gross at this location. I've given it two chances and both times the food is chewy and meat is gray.

damn you guys suck. ordered a bigger plate with two STEAK entrees & a mushroom chicken. I open up the damn plate & there's my steak sitting in the orange sauce. for the money we're paying, do better. read more

My wife and I survive on one SSDI check between the two of us so we don't get takeout but once a month. This month, when the direct deposit hit, my wife asked me to bring home Panda Express. I was fine with mine, but she was really disappointed, very full of buyer's remorse, thinking she just would give up on Chinese food altogether because Panda Express has become our Old Faithful as it seems like whenever we try a new place, we definitely don't have NO REGERTS lol. She was upset enough she picked up the phone to ask if they were having a bad night or something. Glenda, the manager, took the call, and she was so nice and immediately agreed to replace our order. I told her I didn't need them to make mine right, just my wife's if that was possible. She says anytime, just tell her our name, bring in the receipt, and tell her Glenda sent us. So yesterday my wife picked up her complimentary replacement meal. It really was very good--totally how I remember a Panda Express splurge not coming with buyer's regret. That's how I came to feel it was easier and safer to just go with Panda Express than gamble on random new Chinese places that are more often misses than hits. This time she got fried rice mostly with a third of it chow mein so she could give it another try. She was glad she did, because it was like night and day from what they had the other night. They really must have been having a bad night. And the fried rice was terrific, too, for plain fried rice that accompanies your meal. She got all chicken things this time as the beef dish (Beijing Beef) she chose the night things was another sub par component of her meal (super heavy, drowning in sauce and cornstarch, less than fresh). She did notice it looked, again, like a whole different animal (excuse the expression) from that which was part of her dinner earlier this week--it looked scrumptious, just like she always remembered it. The chicken teriyaki, honey chicken with green beans, and original orange chicken were all fantastic, truly as good as I can ever recall getting from any Panda Express ever. The spring roll was totally passable. No complaints at all--delighted, in fact. Glenda is a great manager...she took the appropriate action to prevent us from being soured on Panda Express forever when deciding what establishment to patronize for our monthly "treat yoself" indulgence. We definitely will be back. At first I was annoyed by my wife being a Karen and calling to complain because it was less than good, but Glenda stepping up to fix the schism was perfect for it allowed us to have our opinion of Panda Express 100 percent restored. We will happily be back for lunch much sooner than the length of time that passed between the two times before this last time. Thank you so much, Glenda. Happy wife, happy life. read more

Panda Express Slaughter Lane location. First let me start off by saying I knew better, but I wanted Chinese and this was closest to me. An hour before they closed and this is what I got. I was making a long drive home in rush-hour, and I decided to stop by an old favorite for dinner. Even though I hadn't been to this location, I was looking forward to having a good meal. I walked in the restaurant, is extremely clean, and the staff courteously took my order which consisted of the special beef, Kung Pao chicken, fried rice and an egg roll and I wasn't disappointed, Every item was fresh, hot, and I left the restaurant satisfied. Finally, it's good to be able to stop and dine in and have a good meal. Panda express is consistent, reasonable, and they have a good product. read more

Horrible customer service. Waited up front for my uber eats order with my phone in my hand, patiently as she helped customer after customer. She never acknowledged me, in fact once she was done helping customers she walked away. I had to stand up front literally in front of the register and she approaches to help the customer behind me. I had to speak up and say no excuse me mam i'm just trying to check on this order. Ridiculous. Waiting at counter for 10-15 minutes. They had 7-8 people behind counter and they barely looked at me. Back in the day, Panda used to be just ok. Now, it's gotten a lot worse. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a plate. I opened the box after leaving the drive thru to only find 4 pieces of chicken and veggies the size of my HAND. The company isn't stupid and is okay with charging these prices for veggies and "nuggets" in sauce. Went back in to ask if this was supposed to be the portion and the guy just looked at me and laughed while nodding his head. It's crazy that I'd rather drive 20 minutes somewhere else then to even come here again. By the way, the food was gross so I just threw it away. read more

This place is a waste of time. Two days before all covid mandates are lifted and they decide to close the doors. Every other day...they close the doors, you never know when the doors will be open. The line for drive thru will be out into the street spilling into the Wendy's next door. This place can't get it's stuff together. It's been an entire year since lockdowns and they still haven't figured out how to effectively run things. It's easier to drive to buda. They don't answer the phone. Complete waste of time read more

Stopped in a 9:06pm, they close at 10pm But 50/60% of the selections were empty, when I asked if they were making more they said "they are out" Wish I took a pic of all the emptiness, after I left I tried to call and talk to a manager but no answer. read more

A friend and I came to this location and were served a plate and a bowl. Both the plate and the bowl contained the less amount of food normally served. However, the bowl was half full, we called and asked for the manager and were told that they had NO manager on duty (I've worked in fast food and this is unheard of). So we spoke with Nielly, she informed us that if we came back she would help us out, she said they ran out of the items that were in the bowl and offered us other options, which is totally okay. I then asked for my choice of entre and was given the smallest possible serving that did not even fill my bowl as normal. Next time I would like to know if I am paying full price for 50% of the serving. I did NOT get my moneys worth. Very disappointing. ON ANOTHER NOTE: Guy at the window was pleasing and hilarious both occasions! read more

So if you open at 10:30 on Sunday, then you should be able to take orders at 10:30. I stopped in today, only to be told that they don't open until 11. I told them ok, but maybe update your Google listing and hours of operation on the store signs, because they both say 10:30. He then said " well we're not ready yet, we don't have all the food made. You can come back at 11, or go somewhere else." WHERE ARE THE MANAGERS? Y'all wonder why people decide to spend their money elsewhere. I get it, employees are hard to find at the moment.... But should you really be hiring kids who don't care if your business fails? Kids with zero customer service skills? Who are rude to your customers and can't open the restaurant on time? Probably not. read more

The girl in the drive thru window was Super rude to me and didn't give me any of the sauces I asked for or a straw or even a fork!! I had to go inside to get these, I was eating in my car on my break from work, and when I asked the girl at the counter she rolled her eyes and only gave me one packet of soy sauce when I asked for 3 packets and 2 packets of sweet and sour. I didn't even bother asking for more. Really awful service lol never will be back. I do not have time to deal with rude people on my BREAK from work. read more

Good was really good but the girl at the window was rude and unfriendly. They didn't even gave me straws and utensils like common sense

Panda Express usually tastes fantastic but there is always a wait at this location. There is no point in making orders ahead of time. They don't prepare anything or even look at your order until you arrive in all my experiences thus far. Have a lot of time or pick another location. There hasn't been much wrong with the food quality here. They just cannot adequately serve their customer base. (There is no good waiting area and they do not bring your food to your car. They stand outside and shout. They will take your order back inside if you don't hound the door in a rude, impatient manner.) read more

Please consider hiring nicer people for the drive thru. The lady on the other end of the mic was absolute b word when we were ordering for no reason. Not at all amused. Literally JUST went here. The stupid idiot behind the counter that got me my food called me "sir" when I am clearly a woman... absolutely 0 doubt about that one. I was like, "excuse me??" what?!? Then, the man at the register checking me out has the audacity to say, "did he just call you sir?? That's funny." When I fail to see the humor in that he doesn't give a damn and continues ringing me up while laughing. Never felt so humiliated in my life. I'm over Panda Express in general. This is not the first of the chain I have had a terrible experience at, but it definitely will be the last. Y'all are the rudest, worst chain I've been to. Seriously. read more

This is drive-thru fast food Asian food all the way. It is the traditional American Asian food and it is great! For a great price you can get a bowl with 1 entree and side or and plate with 2 entrees and a side. My most recent visit I got half chow mein and half fried rice (you can do this and it is not on the menu), orange chicken and the pineapple spicy and sweet chicken with an egg roll. It was all delicious and filling. I like that you can see the coolers that they keep all the veggies and ingredients in. It looked very clean and organized. The kitchen is open, which gives it nicer feel too. If you are in the area and craving for some good Asian food - stop here! read more
