Went to purchase 4 small frosty, the guy on the intercom couldn't hear and I couldn't barely understand his unprofessional vocabulary. Once I reached the window I repeated my order. While he was preparing my order his other coworker asked me to get again repeat my order mid way through he then turns and walks away ( RUDE ). If I could leave no stars I would. This Wendy's is probably the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. I ordered a large strawberry Frosty from there because I wanted to try it out since it's new and limited. What I got delivered to my door was a large strawberry lemonade. Me and my boyfriend ordered from there the night before and they sent us a large chocolate frosty. I'm not sure where the disconnect is but this is HORRIBLE. I tried calling the restaurant twice and both times the phone rang then hung up "mysteriously". I went here about 2 weeks ago and picked up an order I placed online. When I walked in no one bothered to greet me for about 3 mins. They were just walking around and talking and looked dead in my face and did not open their mouths. It was a bunch of kids there so it appears they need someone to come in and train them how to provide good customer service. When they brought my food to me the sandwich was not correct either. I had to have them make it again. Normally I am not the type to leave reviews like this but this time I felt it was warranted and needed so this store can see how shitty they are and how they need to do some more training or get people who can actually READ to work there. read more

I went to the drive thru today with my two sons in the car, and I got sworn at and lied to by the drive thru lady who proceeded to embarrass herself in front of my children and her employees. I arrived around 5PM and was told by the employee over the intercom that the registers were being switched out and they wouldn't be open for ten minutes. She said "you can leave the line" but I asked "Are you open inside? If not, can I stay in line? There's a line forming behind me and I don't want to lose my spot." I am pretty sure I heard her say "Do what you want." About 5 minutes later, she came back on and asked why I was still there. I responded that I told her I was fine staying in line and I would wait because we were hungry and I didn't want to go anywhere else. At this point, the employee lost her cool and said "well I'm not going to serve you now either way because you're being rude." Full stop - a huge "Huh?" came out of my mouth. I was taken aback, and before I knew it she came out and said she was "calling the law" to have them remove me because I was causing a traffic jam. Mind you, I was still in the drive thru line. It's not a thru-lane for general traffic. I wasn't blocking anyone. She came out on the phone and was talking to authorities. She talked to the person behind me in their car and apologized for me, even though they asked what she had meant? Because I presume they were just waiting to have their order taken too. I asked again and again why are you on the phone, why can't you take our order? Then she began reading my license plate number to the cops (I guess?) and said I "was being irate with her." I'll own when I lose my cool but I had my two sons in the car and I kept it calm throughout... more bewildered than anything. Then she swore in front of my kids and said "I'm not putting up with your shit." I politely said "please do not use that language in front of my sons." I asked again if she could just take my order, we were hungry, etc. and she then said the smartest thing she had said to that point. She said "sir, you're causing this huge fuss, being irate with me over some silly fast food." I said to her "you're right, this isn't worth it." I highly recommend the Whataburger a little further north on William Cannon and Mopac. That staff there treated us with respect and a smile. My seven year old son showed more sense than her and said as we left, "I don't think we should ever go there again." And we won't. The staff there could give a crap about anything and then go to lengths to make things up to avoid work. At least, that's what happened to me today. read more

The Wendy's app ordering is not favorable here. After 25 minutes of waiting in the drive-thru just to pick up a mobile order the order was lost and not paid for - as claimed by the manager. (I would have went inside but the option we chose to pick up thru the drive thru was much more appealing since we were in a hurry) The app did not give a 6 digit confirmation code that the manager kept inquiring to me about and even after showing him my auto-text from my bank with the deduction of the total from Wendys at this location, the manager had no remedy to whether he was going to give me my order or not. He had me pull up, park, and come inside. Once inside the cashier asked me to "kindly sit down" as the front counter was only for people who "ordered inside". I explained I had an issue and was asked to come in by the manager. She said the same thing to me louder and made a scene about it to others standing around waiting for their food. In the end I left 50 minutes later with our order incorrect, cold fries, and an oversized large drink that the manager "upsized" for us since it was such an inconvenience. When we pulled over to eat I decided to hit up the infamous Wendys twitter handle and take my compliant there. They handled everything with me within an hour and had the GM call to figure out what had happened. We have a couple of free meals on a tab but I have decided to nix this location altogether when it comes to eating Wendys. I can't justify the poor service when it comes to mobile ordering.
